Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Kondisi pasar yang kompetitif dan dinamis pada rumah sakitperlu memahami struktur pasar dan mengembangkan suatu hubungan dengan berbagai pelaku. Tanpa adanya kepercayaan, suatu hubungan tidak akan  bertahandalam jangka panjang. Dasar yang penting dalam suatu  hubungan adalahkepercayaan. Selain itu, tingkat kepercayaan dan komitm en yang tinggi dapatmempertahankan pelanggan dan profitabilitas organisasi.

Abstract

Background: The knowledge and preventive behaviors toward stroke must be associated because this disease is often called as “CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)”. Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the world. 15 million people worldwide suffer a stroke, one-third of them die and the rest is left permanently disabled. Indonesia Basic Health Research in 2013 especially in Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) shown that stroke is the second leading non-communicable disease in DIY. Data of stroke recorded in Public Health Offi ce in Sleman in 2015 indicated that the highest number was 1.325 cases. Data of Community Health Center (PUSKESMAS) in Ngaglik II in 2015 shown that there were 142 stroke cases occurred, and the highest was in Donoharjo with 62 people spread in all villages, and the leading case was in Donolayan village with 8 people. Objectives: To fi nd out the level of knowledge about stroke, preventive behaviors, and the association between the knowledge about stroke and the preventive behaviors in communities of Donolayan Donoharjo Sleman Yogyakarta. Methods: The method used in this research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The respondents participated in this research are 64 people aged 40-60 years old in Donolayan village. The sampling technique employed is total sampling, and the data processing used in this research is Chi-square.Results: The result indicated that the level of knowledge in communities about stroke was 54 people (84,4%), and the preventive behaviors of stroke were 50 people (78,1%), and there was a signifi cant relation known sig (2-sided) 0,033<0,1 with correlation coeffi cient value 0,281.Conclusion: There was a signifi cant relation between the knowledge about stroke and the preventive behaviors of stroke in communities of Donolayan Donoharjo Sleman Yogyakarta. Therefore, the better the knowledge of respondents have, the better the preventive behaviors of respondents obtain.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tumbuh kembang anak usia sekolah tergantung kualitas dan kuantitas pemberian gizi yang benar. Salah satu pemenuhan gizi yang tepat adalah mengkonsumsi makanan sehat berupa sayur. Meski sayur memiliki kandungan yang baik untuk anak namun jarang disukai dan seringkali di abaikan oleh anak. Kurangnya konsumsi sayur disebabkan kurang tersedianya sayur di rumah, kurang gemar dan kebiasaan untuk mengkonsumsi sayur, budaya, lingkungan, social ekonomi dan etnis. Oleh karena itu, membiasakan pola makan anak untuk mengkonsumsi sayur sangat penting karena pola makan yang diterapkan pada anak akan mempengaruhi pola makan ketika dewasa.Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran pola makan sayur pada anak sekolah dasar Al-Islam Tambakbayan, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta.Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah anak kelas IV, V dan VI SD Al Islam Tambak Bayan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Instumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner frekuensi konsumsi makan sayur pada tiga kelompok sayuran yaitu kelompok A terdiri 8 jenis sayur, kelompok B terdiri 14 jenis sayur dan kelompok C terdiri 6 jenis sayur.Hasil Penelitian: 72,9 % Responden lebih suka dengan sayuran jenis B dan 95,8 % Responden memiliki frekuensi makan sayur kelompok A, B dan C yang rendah.Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar responden suka dengan sayuran namun memiliki frekuensi makan sayur yang rendah

Abstract

Skin care is a service which is taken into account by PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta hospital as a way to cope with the competition among the hospitals. PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta skin care was established in July, 2010. In a year, visit amount had fluctuated. One fluctuated impact is negative evaluation of market because hospital can not control skin care service. marketing evaluation a principles on relationship marketing. Handled fluctuated way of marketing evaluation principled on relationship marketing. To evaluate of relationship marketing on skin care service in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. This research used a mixed method with design sequential explanatory. The subject quantitative is 112 respondents and subject qualitative is 7 respondents selected from subject quantitative. The data was taken from questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The data analysis is double linear regression. Communication have association on trust, commitment and relationship satisfaction.Relationship duration have association on commitment and relationship satisfaction. Interaction frequency have no association on trust. Commitment and relationship satisfaction have association on word of mouth. Factors affecting no customer commitment is customer must wait whereas did appoitment, beautician can not answer the question of customers, no drugs in pharmacy and no resulting skin care in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Commitment and relationship satisfaction have association on word of mouth. Communication and relationship duration can increase of commitment and relationship satisfaction

Abstract

Adolescene is a critical period of development. Adolescents face a period of searching for answers to questions about themselves. So that adolescence is an important period in the formation of self concept. Parents are the earliest social contact experienced by a person and the most powerful in the formation of self concept. However, some teenagers are faced with the choice of having to separate from their families and live in orphanages. Several psychological problems are experienced by adolescents who live in orphanages so that it will affect the process of forming adolescent self concepts. This study aims to determine the relationship between the closeness of parents with the self concept of young women with the type of research that is observational analytic with cross sectional study design. The number of samples as many as 18 people with a sampling technique that is total sampling. Sampling using a questionnaire and data analysis using the chi square test. The result of this study indicate that self concept and family closeness in the good category is 61,1 %. However, the results of data analysis showed that there was no relationship between family closeness and self concept (0,24). It is hoped that the young women of the orphanage can socialize and easily get along with the environment in order to further increase their self confidence so that their self concept will be better.

Abstract

Elektronic Medical Records have been widely applied in Asian countries including Indonesia. Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta has implemented EMR on an outpatient basis since July 2019. In practice, there are still obstacles in implementation. So it is necessary to evaluate by looking at the satisfaction of service users, usefulness, ease of use, quality of information, performance expectations and attitudes of officers. The hope is that there will be improvements, helping performance and learning about the development of management systems in hospitals. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of electronic medical records in outpatient services at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The population is an outpatient staff. The sample is 81 people with total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires totaling 33 questions and open interviews. Data analysis with univariate analysis. The results showed that service user satisfaction was 97,5 % good, usefulness was 95,1 % good, user convenience was 95,1 % good, information quality was 87,7 % good, performance expectations were 87,7 % good, and the attitude of the officers was 95,1 % good. The conclusion that the implementation of electronic medical records in outpatient Queen Latifa Hospital Yogyakarta is in the good category for all variables. It is recommended that further researchers use other variables such as facilities, security, timeliness.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi remaja Indonesia adalah masalah gizi mikronutrient yaitu sekitar 12% remaja laki – laki dan 23% remaja perempuan mengalami anemia yang sebagian besar diakibatkan kekurangan zat besi (anemia defisiensi besi). Secara khusus, anemia yang dialami oleh remaja putri akan berdampak lebih sering mengingat remaja putri adalah para calon ibu yang akan hamil dan melahirkan seorang bayi sehingga memperbesar resiko kematian ibu melahirkan, bayi lahir prematur dan berat bayi lahir rendah (Kemenkes, 2018). Oleh karena itu, remaja putri perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan tentang anemia defisiensi besi. Kelompok sasaran untuk kegiatan pengebmas ini adalah remaja putri SMA kelas 1-3 di Panti Asuhan Al islam, Babarsari, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Responden dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 18 orang. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pre test – penyuluhan – post test. Materi yang diberikan tentang cara pencegahan dan mengatasi anemia  pada remaja. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan remaja sebelum dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan ini diharapkan dapat menerapkan cara mencegah anemia agar terhindar dari anemia.

Abstract

Establishing a patient safety culture is associated with reducing the occurrence of adverse events. One important component of safety culture is the frequency of reporting patient safety incidents. Nurses are reliable information reporters for assessing patient safety outcomes including adverse events. However, nurses have obstacles in reporting patient safety incidents. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the reporting of patient safety incidents by nurses at Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul. The research method is quantitative observational with cross sectional design. A sample of 189 nurses was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis usingspearman rank and logistic regression. The results of the analysis with incident reporting obtained the value of open communication (p value <0,001); expectations & promotion of patient safety by superiors (p value 0,015); feedback about errors (p value 0,007); non punitive response to mistakes (p value <0,001) and management support (p value 0,084). So that the factors related to the frequency of reporting patient safety incidents at Panembahan Senopati Hospital, Bantul are non punitive responses to errors, ope communication, feedback about errors and expectations & promotion of patient safety by superiors. So that hospitals can improve the culture of reporting patient safety incidents by paying attention to the factors that influence itu.

Abstract

Univeristas Singaperbangsa Karawang sebagai pusat pendidikan yang didalamnya memiliki ribuan sivitas akademika yang berkegiatan memerluka fasilitas kesehatan  memadai yang dapat dimanfaatkan serta lokasinya dekat dengan pusat kegiatan, sehingga apabila dibutuhkan dalam kondisi mendesak maupun tidak dapat dapat diakses dengan mudah, yang saat ini belum ada.Serta adanya fakultas ilmu kesehatan tentunhya pendurian klinik akan menunjang pembelajaran sebagai media pembelajaran. Meski klinik merupakan organisasi nonprofit, namun tetap harus memiliki strategi bisnis yang baik salah satunya dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang saat ini belum ada. Pada BMC strategi usulan akan dipetakan menjadi 9 blok atau element. Penelitian  dilakukan  dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan merumuskan perancangan dan rekomendasi strategi yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan klinik melalui BMC. Rekomendasi Hasil 9 elemen BMC yaitu Customer Segment konsumen internal dan eksternal masyarakat disekitar unsika. Value Proposition yaitu layanan yang profesional. Channels memanfaatkan  Media sosial, Event offline dan Whatsapp, Customer Relationship pelayanan kesehatan personal dan juga komunitas. Revenue Stream dari pelayanan kesehatan baik penjualan obat dan alat kesehatan, pemeriksaan dan tindakan kesehatan. Cost Structure Biaya pra-operasional, Perizinan dan Konstruksi fisik klinik. Key Activities Pengemasan dan peracikan obat, pengelolaan fasilitas dan jasa layanan kesehatan. Untuk operasional jasa kesehatan adalah kegiatan pemeriksaan, pelayanan, pendidikan, penyuluhan dan promosi kesehatan, serta akreditasi klinik. Key Partnership yaitu rumah sakit jejaring, suplier obat dan alkes. Key Resource baik SDM dan sumber daya fisik. Rancangan ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemetaan awal dalam menentukan aspek  yang perlu dipenuhi, selanjutnya dikembangan sesuai perkembangan lingkungan UNSIKA. Penelitian kedepanya perlu dievaluasi dalam implementasinya

Abstract

Oral disease is considered a major health problem because of its high incidence and prevalence worldwide. Dental complaints felt by patients can cause anxiety and stress, so dentists need to provide good dental care services. Paying attention to the quality of service at the dental clinic is the first and most important factor in improving service. Patient satisfaction is one of the key indicators of quality in healthcare organizations. Gentan Dental Clinic Surakarta was founded in 2012. This clinic has not conducted a survey on patient satisfaction levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 85 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of patients aged more than 17 years and visiting or receiving services more than once. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square test. The results of the study explained that the quality of service in the good category was 78,8 % and patient satisfaction in the satisfied category was 67,1 %. The statistical test between service quality and patient satisfaction at the Gentan Dental Clinic with a p-value of 0,000.
