Abstract

Increasing the capacity of farmers in an effort to increase livestock production is important, because with the increasing capacity of farmers, increasing livestock productivity will be easier to obtain. The implementation of Community Service was carried out in Lolotuara Village, Pulau Lakor Subdistrict in July 2022, participants in the extension for increasing the capacity of farmers were attended by villages, village officials and the livestock community. The results of the implementation of the extension in Lolotuara Village, Pulau Lakor Subdistrict, which was attended by the village head, village officials and the farmer community, gave quite positive results because the PKM team was well received and during the counseling process the participants asked many questions so that the farmers were able to understand a good livestock business improvement system.

Abstract

The existence of the principle of legal fiction creates problems for the application of every statutory regulation in Indonesia, due to the fact that many people at large do not know about the statutory regulations that are currently and will apply in the future. This research was conducted to find out how urgent the direct socialization of laws based on Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2014 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation in the perspective of legal sociology. This study uses a juridical-normative research method that will use and examine the laws and regulations or positive laws that apply in Indonesia, as well as the implementation of the principles that apply as enforcement of laws and regulations. The sources used in this study are secondary and tertiary legal sources. The results of this research state that the principle of legal fiction is deemed inappropriate or must be intervened by conducting direct socialization to the public as legal subjects. Direct socialization must be carried out to avoid public ignorance regarding laws and regulations which can then ensnare the community itself because of their ignorance. The mechanism for implementing laws and regulations directly through socialization has been regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2014, but the implementation is still lacking. In addition, the theory of the sociology of law which says law is a means of social control will not be implemented if the laws itself is not known by society as a whole.

Abstract

The implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program for PSDKU students at Pattimura University aims to improve the creative economy of village communities and help village communities solve existing problems, including in Upunyor Hamlet. In achieving the objectives of implementing KKN, Upunyor Hamlet KKN students carry out various work programs in the form of priority programs, superior programs, and companion programs. The work program implemented was an initiative of Upunyo Hamlet KKN students and a proposal from hamlet residents through the Head of Upunyor Hamlet. Based on the results of the community satisfaction index questionnaire, in general the community feels very satisfied with the work program that has been implemented by the Upunyor Hamlet KKN students. So it can be concluded that Upunyor Hamlet KKN students can improve the creative economy of the Upunyor Hamlet community and help the community in solving existing problems.
