Pada riset ini periset menganalisa hal strategi partai keadilan sejahtera pada mencapai dorongan massa, strategi yang tengah diimplementasikan oleh partai keadilan sejahtera ialah guna menggapai misi yang telah ditetapkan lebih dahulu yang pada perihal ini diujarkan selaku dengan visi serta tujuan partai politik dengan memakai metode, kiat, metode ataupun penerapan kewajiban dengan menggunakan bentuk partai keadilan sejahtera, diharapkan kemudiannya program kegiatan di lingkungan cocok dengan ekspektasi warga. Sebaliknya guna menguak strategi partai keadilan sejahtera pada mencapai sokongan massa dipakai cara ataupun pendekatan daftar pustaka, Riset kepustakaan diartikan sebagai sehubunganan dengan proses mengumpulkan, menafsirkan, menyalin, dan mengadaptasi informasi dari sumber karya kepustakaan yang mana hubungan tersebut membentuk serangkaian aktivitas yang berulang dilakukan dengan sampai batas kepustakaan teretentu. Riset berisi perolehan hasil yang membuktikan jika strategi partai keadilan sejahtera dalam mencapai upaya sokongan massa yakni dengan senantiasa berupaya memperbaiki komponen internal dan eksternal yang kurang positif dari partai sehingga dengan reorganisasi partai memberikan kader ganti yang berangsur semakin bagus sehingga warga dapat memercayakan suaranya melalui partai keadilan sejahtera guna sebagai penentuan legeslatif ataupun penentuan kepala wilayah serta penentuan kepala negara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi tingkat pendidikan dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan sosial anak dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan orang tua untuk membantu perkembangan sosial anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subyek observasi yang dipilih adalah Anak yang berusia 6 tahun (1 Responden) di Desa Koto Iman kecamatan Danau Kerinci. Dari hasil pengamatan, responden dirawat oleh neneknya yang berusia 65 tahun dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah yaitu tamatan SD dengan menerapkan pola asuh demokratis. Responden memilki sikap yang mencerminkan perkembangan sosial yang baik, seperti mudah bergaul, peduli dan mau berbagi dengan orang lain, mandiri, percaya diri dan disukai oleh banyak orang. Jadi, walaupun tingkat pendidikan orang tua rendah tidak mempengaruhi orang tua dalam menentukan pola asuh Responden.

The Regional Government of Malang City responds to the impact of globalization with the urgency of digitizing communication media between the government and its people. The response aims to establish a two-way relationship between government and society. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of public services through social media on the Twitter account @PemkotMalang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing qualitative data through a 3-month observation period on several documents, the appearance of the Twitter account application and the results of the research which are explained through descriptions in the narrative. The results of this study found that there were several efforts made by the Malang city government to improve the quality of public services through the @PemkotMalang twitter account through easy access to the @PemkotMalang twitter account, increasing content on the @PemkotMalang twitter account, and updating data & information displays. Improving the quality of public services provided can improve the image of the Malang City government in the eyes of its people. The digitalization of communication media is demonstrated by the City of Malang demonstrating its existence as a region that upholds the principles of transparency in good governance through the use of a Twitter account.

The purpose of this research is to find out how emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect students' ethical behavior during the learning process. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Quantitative can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing data is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. Descriptive method is research conducted to find out about the independent variable, either one or more variables, without making comparisons and connecting one to another. In this study the researchers aimed to obtain information about emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on students' ethical behavior. There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on students' ethical behavior during the learning process. This is evidenced by the results of the T test on the variable emotional intelligence (X1) and it is found that t-count > t-table (3.423> 2.048) with a significance value <0.05 (0.002 <0.05). There is a positive influence of intellectual intelligence on students' ethical behavior during the learning process. This is evidenced by the results of the T-test on the intellectual intelligence variable (X2) obtained that tcount > t-table (3.023>2.048) with a significance value <0.05 (0.005<0.05). There is a negative influence of spiritual intelligence on students' ethical behavior during the learning process.

Obligations regarding K3 have been agreed upon by the government through the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. This is written in the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. Per.08 / Men / VII / 2010 concerning personal protection. Service in this case will explain the use of personal protective equipment as an effort to maintain occupational safety and health at the work site or the construction of the Perumda Tugu tirta Malang City water reservoir and provide education on how to increase workers' awareness and knowledge of the dangers / risks if Personal Protective Equipment is not used properly or not in accordance with the work being done. The objectives of this service are: 1.Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as an effort to maintain occupational safety and health. 2.Management and raising awareness of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the workplace and the dangers/risks if PPE is not used. The implementation methods include: Lecture Contains an explanation of Personal Protective Equipment, its functions and types and field visits Contains direct knowledge of the impact of the dangers caused by not using Personal Protective Equipment on the construction work of the Perumda Tugu tirta water reservoir in Malang City. Conclusion Participants are accustomed to using PPE and always pay attention to the PPE used that is suitable for use and in accordance with workplace conditions. It is hoped that this service will be used as a form of concern for workers who work in construction activities and reduce work accidents due to worker negligence at work.

The presence of Prosperous Justice Party legislators quantitatively both at the central and regional levels is still considered minimal. Various attempts have been made to stipulate regulations and requirements for candidates for legislative members aimed at increasing the quantity of representation of the Prosperous Justice Party in parliament, but have not been able to realize this expectation. However, even though in terms of quantity it is still lacking, in fact there are also members of the Prosperous Justice Party legislature who at the time of their candidacy were able to prove their ability to gain sympathy from the public. By using a qualitative method, this study aims to find out what and how the winning strategy for Prosperous Justice Party Legislative Candidates in the 2019 Election in the Malang Raya constituency. The results of the study show that most of the Prosperous Justice Party Legislative Candidates in the 2019 election used several strategies, including a defensive strategy, namely a strategy carried out to maintain their voter base, there was also an offensive strategy, namely a strategy carried out to overcome threats from opponents. Tingkat pengangguran produktif di Jawa Timur cukup tinggi, dimana 11,89% nya adalah lulusan SMK. Kewirausahaan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi pengangguran produktif. Namun, untuk menjalankan kewirausahaan membutuhkan minat dan motivasi yang kuat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jiwa entrepreneurship dari para siswa di SMK Mambaul ulum. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi analisis permasalahan mitra, pengumpulan data, sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pengisian kuesioner pasca sosialisasi, dan evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan. Tips and trick, tantangan dan hambatan, pentingnya motivasi dalam berwirausaha merupakan materi utama yang disampaikan dalam sosialisasi ini. Dalam pelatihan, para siswa membuat rencana usaha berdasarkan pilihan masing-masing. Persentase pertimbangan pemilihan bidang usaha tersebut didominasi oleh kesesuaian jurusan di SMK (sekitar 39%) dan trend yang sedang berkembang (21%). Sedangkan alasan kesesuaian hobi, background keluarga dan lain-lain masing-masing sebesar 19%, 13%, dan 8%. Pemahaman dan minat para siswa terhadap wirausaha meningkat signifikan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari perubahan persentase rencana para siswa tersebut setelah lulus. Jumlah siswa yang berkeinginan untuk kerja di instansi atau perusahaan adalah sekitar 70% (sebelum sosialisas atau pelatihan) dan sekitar 30% (setelah sosialisasi). Jumlah siswa yang berminat untuk berwirausaha meningkat dari 15% menjadi 68%. Hasil-hasil tersebut menunjukkan minat para siswa mengalami pergeseran dari “menjadi karyawan” ke “menjadi wirausahawan”.

This study aims to find out a descriptive description of Public Services and the Quality of Public Services at the Office of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Batu City. things, such as efforts to increase the professionalism of the apparatus which are still lacking, carrying out services that are not yet timely. The findings from the research show that there are a number of things that lead to poor service in terms of the professionalism of the apparatus and the punctuality of work. All of these things need to be improved by paying attention to the qualifications of the apparatus in providing services. Both in terms of Reliability (Reliability), Responsivenees (responsiveness), and Assurance (Guarantee). Supporting factors such as work motivation and cooperation. Inhibiting factors such as Human Resources (HR), Facilities and Infrastructure.

This research was conducted at the Bareng Village office. The purpose of this study was to determine public service procedures at the Bareng Village Office, Klojen District, Malang City. The results of this study indicate that 1) Procedures for handling birth certificate delivery services at the Bareng Village office, Klojen District, Malang City include: a) submitting a birth certificate application and providing the application form by the service officer. Submission of requests by the community is not difficult and not complicated. b) Examination of files by service officers. There were no problems with examining the files, the officers carried out according to the existing procedures, namely checking one by one the completeness of the requirements starting from birth certificates, family cards, ID cards, and diplomas. c) Filling out the register book and expedition book. During the process of filling out the registration book and expedition book, the officers did not experience any problems. d) Preparation of an application letter signed by the village head. There is no problem in preparing a cover letter for making a birth certificate introduction. 2) the inhibiting factor that many officers face is the community, which lacks participation in the awareness to complete the requirements in making an introduction to a birth certificate. PA good service can satisfy its customers. Essentially, public services are operated by the government to suit the requirements of the community. One of them is public service in Husein Sastranegara Village. The goal of this paper is to investigate the analysis of public services in the village of Husein Sastranegara. As state officials, the basic task of the state apparatus is to serve. Citizens have the right to receive public services as well as the right to be protected. This analysis use the descriptive method. This analysis relies on secondary data sources, which include books, articles, journals, and other related sources. As a consequence of this examination, the service in Husein Sastranegara Village performs its obligations admirably. The officers have strong ethics, are kind and professional when serving the community, and the information supplied is clear and easy to grasp.
