Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Planning of Housing Facilities Development by PT. Wilnatama in Alata Karya Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research is focused on three development problems: Road Access, Facilities of Worship and Guard Post. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the planning for the construction of the Alata Karya housing facility was not realized by PT. Wilnatama. Overall, the planning for the construction of housing facilities, road access, worship facilities and guard posts was not realized by PT. Wilnatama because the company did not have the funds and did not get a location permit for the next housing development. It is recommended that PT. Wilnatama is committed to carrying out the construction of housing access roads and roads within the housing complex in asphalt conditions so that their utilization is maximized. (2) So that every Realstate company pays attention to all facilities according to the initial plan to be realized, (3) So that PT. Wilnatama prioritizes the construction of the Post Guard facility for the safety of the residents of the Alata Karya housing. (4) So that PT. Wilnatama pays attention to and realizes the facilities that were originally planned.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for inputting certified teacher data at the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency. The focus in this research is, human resources, completeness of files, and supporting facilities. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the human resources that carried out data collection for certified teachers were not optimal. This can be seen from the very limited number of human resources or the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and lack of computer and network (IT) skills, thus hampering or slowing down the process of inputting teacher data. The completeness of the certified teacher data file is not optimal. This is due to the uncooperativeness of some teachers in completing the file in accordance with existing provisions and the lack of socialization related to changes in the completeness of the teacher certification data file. The supporting facilities for the certified teacher data input process are not optimal. This can be seen from the absence of supporting equipment such as generators as an alternative solution in the event of a power outage. It is suggested that it is necessary to improve the quality and quantity of certified teacher data entry officers by adding new officers who master IT-based computer operations. It takes awareness and cooperation of teachers to be more cooperative in completing the filing as stipulated. The need to add supporting facilities such as generators, computers, networks so that the process of inputting certified teacher data can be more optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors inhibiting the issuance of a Certificate of Termination of Salary Payments for retired State Civil Apparatus at the Gorontalo City Finance Agency. The focus of this research is the filing process, coordination, and human resources. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the SKPP Salary filing process by retired ASNs was not optimal. This can be seen from the incomplete file submitted by retired ASN which is not in accordance with the provisions and applicable laws and regulations. Coordination among related agencies in the issuance of SKPP Salary has not been optimal. This can be seen from the discrepancy in employee data such as rank, class, and the amount of basic salary between the relevant agencies, namely the institution of origin of the retired ASN and the Gorontalo City BKD. Human resources that carry out the process of issuing SKPP Salary are not sufficient. This can be seen from the slow process of issuing the Salary SKPP due to the minimal number of ASN who have expertise in managing financial administration and the large number of employees who are still honorary status and have never attended Bimtek. It is recommended that a comprehensive effort is needed in the issuance of SKPP payments for ASN Retired Salaries by submitting correct and complete files or data, always communicating with relevant agencies and adding and improving the quality of staff or special officers in terms of financial administration management.

Abstract

This study aims to see the ability of officers in issuing small business licenses (UMK) at the Dungingi sub-district office in Gorontalo City. The focus of this research are the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data interview techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and secondary data recording. Under the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.The results showed that: research on the ability of officers in issuing micro and small business licenses at the place. The city which is seen from the aspect of the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative is still lacking and has not supported the Micro and Small Business.The suggestion in this research is the need for the problems identified in this study, such as a lack of accuracy, less responsibility, and less work initiative from employees, which can be used as benchmarks or recommendations for improving work quality.
