Abstract

Learning is a knowledge transfer process involving the system in the education world: teachers/educators, students, materials, goals, and tools. The purpose of this education and training is to transfer and share knowledge and experience between instructors and training participants regarding the duties and authorities of crossing guards on a railroad plot with a highway. The method used is face-to-face learning with 2 JP or 100 minutes. The teacher gives a questionnaire that the training participants fill out. The questionnaire contains the latest education, work area, and 13 (thirteen) questions related to the duties and authorities of a level crossing guard with a highway. The results of the questionnaire obtained that there were still 6 participants whose total percentage of answers was still below 60%, and there were still 14 participants whose percentage of responses was still below 70%. There are 5 participants whose answer percentage is 100%. Based on this, learning is still needed to increase the knowledge and competence of each individual because safety at level crossings is an absolute thing. After all, it is related to the safety of lives and objects of road users who pass at level crossings.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which variables most influence user acceptance of electronic payment systems. Researchers used a quantitative approach in their research. The students who used motorcycles and electronic payment methods made up the study's population. sampling strategy that combines purposive sampling with the non-probability sampling technique. There were one hundred responders in the study's entire sample. Researchers used observation, interviews, surveys, and related literature to gather the information they needed for this investigation. The elements that were demonstrated to have an impact on users' acceptance of electronic payment systems were behavioral intention, use behavior, social influence, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions, according to the research findings. The variable that most influences user acceptance of electronic payment systems is facilitating conditions for use behavior, which shows that users repeatedly use electronic payment systems because the management has adequate facilities and infrastructure and is commonly used in other public parking lots, such as card readers for tapping in and exit parking, as well as staff who help if there are difficulties and sufficient knowledge in using them.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a decision support system to reduce traffic jams through U-turn layout engineering. We carried out data collection by recording traffic at the research site and conducting interviews through questionnaires submitted to the sources. System development stage, where this stage is divided into three major stages according to the method used, namely the RAD method. The three major stages are requirements planning, workshop design, and implementation. Based on the research results, it was found that the modeling of traffic passed by a U-turn can be identified through calculation graphs of volume, speed, density, capacity, degree of saturation, and geometric delay. Traffic flow engineering is implemented by modeling eight open U-turns, which are then eliminated or closed one by one in order to increase vehicle speed and reduce delays on that road section. We also carried out contraflow modeling for comparison. However, the results obtained were no better than U-turn elimination. The largest average number of motorbikes at the end of the week was only 300 motorbikes on Saturday. Meanwhile, the largest average of motorbikes on weekdays was 400 motorbikes on Thursday. The design combines two WFA methods and the fuzzy logic method to present several alternative decisions in the form of final values and bar graphs. These alternatives can be used as material for expert consideration in decision-making. A graph can serve as a benchmark when eliminating U-turns and testing contraflow on the road. Eliminating U-turns and testing contraflow on the road can provide an alternative decision solution using the largest graph.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether job happiness, teamwork, and career advancement have an impact on employee retention. 100 employees made up the study's population. Probability sampling with a simple random sampling category of 60 participants was the sampling technique employed in this investigation. To gather data, the researcher provided a questionnaire. Path analysis is used in this study. According to research findings, career growth has an impact on workers' job happiness. Teamwork has an impact on workers' job happiness. Employee job happiness is simultaneously influenced by career growth and teamwork. Employee retention is affected by career advancement. Employee retention is influenced by teamwork. Employee retention is influenced by job satisfaction. Teamwork, professional growth, and job happiness all have an impact on employee retention. Job satisfaction, which is influenced by career advancement, affects employee retention. Through increased job satisfaction, teamwork affects employee retention.

Abstract

The competition between online firms occasionally gets more intense due to Indonesia's growing use of the digital economy. The context of this study is competition that attempts to boost customer loyalty through excellent service and alluring promos. This study uses e-customer satisfaction as an intermediary variable in Tokopedia's e-commerce to examine the impact of e-service quality and sales promotion on e-customer loyalty. Using non-probability sampling strategies and purposive sampling approaches on 100 respondents. SEM-PLS, or structural equation modeling, is the analytical technique employed. This study discovered that e-service quality and sales promotion have a direct effect on e-customer satisfaction, e-customer satisfaction has no indirect effect on e-customer loyalty, and e-service quality and sales promotion have no effect on e-customer loyalty with e-customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if work satisfaction and organizational commitment variables have an additive effect on employee turnover intention. The sample size for this study was 200 contract workers. This study's sampling methodology is nonprobability. Purposive sampling was the technique utilized, and there were 100 samples in all. In this study, questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect the data. An ordinal scale was employed as the measurement system for the questionnaire. Using descriptive statistics, data quality testing, traditional assumption testing, and hypothesis testing with SPSS, the collected data will next be examined and evaluated. The following conclusions can be drawn from the findings of the data testing that was done on the issue utilizing multiple linear regression tests: On the likelihood of leaving a job, job satisfaction has a large beneficial impact. The intention to leave the company is significantly impacted negatively by organizational commitment. The intention to leave the company is significantly influenced by both job satisfaction and organizational commitment at the same time.

Abstract

This study uses competence as a moderating variable in SMEs to assess and evaluate the impact of motivation and spiritual capital on SME performance. Primary and secondary data, gathered from 100 respondents, were used in this study. Path analysis is used to process the data after the non-probability sampling methodology using purposive sampling method was used in this study. The study's findings suggest that, in structure I, spiritual capital and motivation play a major role in competence. Competency is not significantly impacted by motivation at the same time as it is by spiritual capital. The elements of competence, spiritual capital, and motivation have a big impact on success in structure II. The results of the Adjusted R Square analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in structure I show that the combined effect of spiritual capital and motivation is 75%, with other variables influencing the remaining. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in structure II show an Adjusted R Square of 60%, indicating that other factors have an influence on the remaining 40% of the effect, which is the simultaneous influence of competence, spiritual capital, and motivation.
