Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the family planning program in controlling the population in Riau Province. The data used is the performance accountability report of the representative government agencies of the Riau Province BKKBN from 2015 to 2019. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive method, using a targeted approach, namely an approach that measures the level of success of an activity based on the goals achieved by a program compared to the targets to be obtained. The results of the analysis show that the family planning program is very effective in controlling the population in Riau Province, which is reflected in the increasing trend of contraceptive acceptors and the decreasing population growth rate, which means that the family planning program can control the population growth rate.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to identify strategies for meeting the needs of food in Rokan Hulu Regency. The research was conducted in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, which is one of the 12 districts / cities in Riau Province. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data are supporting data that have been published and obtained from books, magazines, etc. related to this research. In the research on the Strategy of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security in improving Food Security in Rokan Hulu Regency, the theory used is the SWOT analysis theory.Based on the research results, it is known that Rokan Hulu Regency in facing threats and opportunities is still not good. The most significant threats at this time are dependence on imports and the powerlessness of the government to eradicate the food mafia and cartel practices which have had a sustainable impact on price increases, food scarcity, state economic conditions, and the credibility of the people towards their own government. On the other hand, the opportunity for Rokan Hulu Regency to advance food security lies in its very broad geographical factors. However, these potentials to become the driving force for national food are still not being maximized due to limited access to infrastructure, distribution, research and development, and qualified human resources. food security management in Rokan Hulu Regency is still not good enough. The most major strengths can be seen in the decision-making process, namely the need for budgeting and stability of economic policies to meet strategies to strengthen food security. Meanwhile, the most significant weakness lies in the human resource factor or farmer actors, namely the low level of farmer income and the decline in the preference of the agricultural sector as a source of community income which affects the choices of farmers to be productive and advanced due to the lack of incentives and training for farmers.

Abstract

Economic transformation is an important precondition for bringing Indonesia into the group of high-income countries by 2045. The process of transforming the economic structure is actually shown not only in the decreasing proportion of the primary sector which is replaced by the secondary and tertiary sectors in the formation of GDP or GRDP but also focuses on the use of production factors, one of which is labor. This study aims to analyze the process of transforming the economic structure and changes in the proportion of workers in Indonesia and also to see the effect of economic growth and per capita income on the transformation of the economic structure and changes in the proportion of workers in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is the path analysis model which is used to analyze the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the results of the research conducted, economic growth and per capita income have a negative and significant effect, both directly on the proportion of labor and indirectly through the transformation of the economic structure. This shows that the existence of economic growth and an increase in per capita income affects or is followed by a decrease in the dominance of the primary sector (agriculture) and an increase in the dominance of the non-primary sector, namely the industrial and service sectors, both in the transformation of the economic structure and in changes in the proportion of labor.

Abstract

Setiap instansi seringkali dihadapkan dengan masalah mengenai kinerja pegawainya. Setiap pimpinan di dalam instansi akan selalu berupaya agar setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mencapai hasil yang maksimal dan dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Agar tercapai tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi yang di inginkan, maka di dalam instansi tersebut harus memiliki sistem kerja yang baik atau memiliki kinerja yang baik. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung kepada baik atau buruknya kinerja dari organisasi tersebut. Dimana kinerja dari suatu organisasi tergantung dari kinerja para pegawainya yang merupakan motor bagi berjalannya sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPKAD Provinsi Riau sebanyak 141 pegawai. peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukanan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah minimum dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Riau. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) melalui program SPSS 26. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Riau Riau Dalam Angka (2000-2020). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Riau dan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Riau. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketenagakerjaan di Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

The highly competitive environment of the nowadays modern world brought about survival challenges. Hence, individuals all over the globe are striving for a quality life with the fulfillment of their basic needs. Simultaneously, the population plays an important role in determining the distribution of resources and quality of life in a particular area. At the same time, the fertility rate is an important element of the world’s population. Hence, this study aims to analyze the effect of women's education, women's participation in the labor market, income, and mortality on the fertility rate in Indonesia. Multiple regression analysis methods with Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis technique were applied. Based on the result of the research conducted, women's education, participation in the labor market, income, and mortality rates together significantly affect fertility in Indonesia in the long term. However, the results were insignificant in the short term.  Moreover, based on the long-term results of the data, it is suggested that in fertility control, these factors need to be included in developing nations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kampar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kampar. Dalam pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sensus, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kampar. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Capital Expenditure, Own-Source Revenue (OSR), and the Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty in the Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data used was time series data from 2010 to 2021. The test was performed using multiple linear regression tools with OLS analysis techniques. The results showed that the GRDP and OSR significantly negatively affect poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Poverty in Kuantan Singingi Regency will decrease as the GRDP and OSR increase. Meanwhile, Capital Expenditure has a significant effect on the poverty of Kuantan Singingi Regency. However, the HDI does not have a significant positive effect on the poverty of the Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Abstract

Dalam konteks persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, kinerja karyawan memainkan peran krusial dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta dampaknya pada keunggulan bersaing di, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Witel Riau Daratan. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 162 karyawan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM dan dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lebih lanjut, kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan karyawan dan dukungan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang pada gilirannya akan membawa dampak pada keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan SDM dan dukungan organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan kemudian mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menyarankan organisasi untuk terus meningkatkan program pengembangan SDM, memperkuat dukungan organisasi, dan memfokuskan upaya pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan sebagai strategi untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di pasar yang kompetitif.
