Abstract

mempertahankan fungsi fisiologis yang berpengaruh terhadap integritas berbagai fungsi tubuh. Mobilisasi memperbaiki sirkulasi, membuat napas dalam dan menstimulasi kembali fungsi gastrointestinal normal. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan two group pre-post test design. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri  pada pasien pasca operasi di BLUD RS H.Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar. Jumlah sampel memenuhi kreteria inklusi selama penelitian sebanyak 32  orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pedekatan pre dan post test, dengan tehnik accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien pasca operasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian  diolah menggunakan uji alternative yaitu wilcoxon diperoleh nilai hitung dengan nilai p=0,000 α 0,05. Kesimpulan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik ada pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi di BLUD RS H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar 2019.Kata kunci : Pasca operasi, Mobilisasi dini, penurunan tingkat nyeri

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease associated with insulin deficiency and the inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin. WHO predicts that the number of people with type II diabetes mellitus in Indonesia will increase to 12 million in 2030. The study aimed to describe Physical Activity Interventions in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Using the online journal database that provides free articles and journals from 2010 -2020 in PDF form such as: Scinapse, Pubmed, ProQuest, MDPI and Google Scholar using the keywords "Physical Activity", “Effectiveness of Physical Activity". Physical activity intervention can improve the condition of patient with Diabetes mellitus if routinely done. Intake of physical activity intervention can control HbA1c levels and blood sugar, body weight and other glycemic control. Physical activity intervention is able to improve the condition of Diabetes Mellitus patients

Abstract

Background: Effective strategies in preventing type 2 diabetes mellitus and complications such as educational support, multidisciplinary management, strict monitoring, and prevention such as foot care; Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the implementation of the educational support and its’ related factor with random blood sugar control in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients during the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Method: The retrospective cohort was applied in this study. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, and the number of samples in this study was 40 people. Results: There is a relationship between the implementation of educational support and random blood sugar control with ?=0.007 an OR value of 9,67, there is a relationship between age and random blood sugar control with ?=0.017 an OR value of 9,0; there is a relationship between the length of suffering from DM and random blood sugar control with ?=0.018 an OR value of 7,0; there is no relationship between obesity and random blood sugar control with ?=1.000 an OR value of 1,0, and there is no relationship between genetic and random blood sugar control with ?=0.479 an OR value of 1,8. Conclusion there is a relationship between the implementation of educative support, age, and length of suffering from diabetes mellitus with random blood sugar control

Abstract

Background: According to WHO, hyperemesis gravidarum occurs worldwide with an incidence rate of 12.5% of all pregnancies. The incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Indonesia is 1-3% of all pregnancies. The Ministry of Health (2015) explains that more than 80% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience excessive nausea and vomiting, which can cause pregnant women to avoid avoiding certain types of food and will pose risks to themselves and the fetus they are carrying. Purpose: to determine the effect of ginger aroma therapy on reducing emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester. Design: This study used a Quasy experimental one-group pretest-posttets design using purposive sampling with a sample of 10 people, data collection was carried out through interviews with assessment through the observation sheet pre and post frequency of nausea and vomiting. Results: Based on the results of the study using the Wicoxon test showed that there was an effect of the use of ginger Aroma therapy on reducing emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester with a value of p = 0.041 <α 0.05. Conclusion This shows that statistically there is an effect of giving ginger aroma therapy on reducing emesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester of the Work Area of the Mangarabombang Public Health Center, Takalar Regency 2020.Keywords: (Ginger aromatherapy, Emesis gravidarum, frequency of nausea and vomiting, pregnant women)

Abstract

Background : Early mobilization has a role in the healing process of postoperative patients. One of the nurse's roles in the recovery process is as an educator. Purpose : of the study was to determine the effect of early mobilization counseling on knowledge of the implementation of early mobilization in postoperative patients at the BLUD RSUD H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle, Takalar Regency. Methods: pre experimental design with a one group pre post test design with the sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 34 respondents. Results: using the Wicoxon test, the calculated value was obtained with a value of = 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: there is an effect of early mobilization counseling on knowledge of the implementation of early mobilization in postoperative patients at the BLUD RSUD H. PadjongaDaengNgalle, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is an established risk factor for several causes of death, including ischemic heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, infectious diseases, and some cancers. WHO predicts an increase in the number of people with diabetes in Indonesia from 8.4 million in 2000 to around 21.3 million in 2030. This report shows an increase in the number of people with diabetes by 2-3 times in 2035. The strategy that can be used is education website-based diabetes self-management. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of website-based Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) on Diet Behavior in Type 2 DM Patients during the covid-19 pandemic in Takalar Regency. Methods: This study used an experimental design with a one group pre and posttest design approach. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The research instruments were questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis with statistical Paired t test with a value of significance degree p 0.05. If the probability is smaller than p 0.05, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Results: this study obtained the results of pre-intervention with post-intervention is 17.10, meaning that there is an increase in dietary behavior after the intervention where p value = 0.000 < = 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of website-based Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) on Diet Behavior in Type 2 DM Patients during the covid-19 pandemic in Takalar Regency. Recommendation: It is hoped that DM sufferers can apply this educational media. as well as further researchers so that the number of samples is enlarged and the variables that have not been studied in this study and the intervention are sharpened Keywords: Diabetes mellitus; Diet

Abstract

Background: Physical activity is a part of exercise, considered the cornerstone in treating type 2 diabetes. Physical activity controls blood glucose directly circulating and increases tissue sensitivity to insulin, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, and reduces mortality. Objective: This study aims to determine the difference in changes in blood sugar given through the Physical Activity Health Module (PA) media. Design: This study used pre-experimental using two groups of pre-test and post-test. The sample is 100 people who have DMT2 in Takalar Regency. The research results show a significant difference between the provision of education through the health module media to changes in blood sugar. Conclusion: Giving the Physical Activity (PA) health module can reduce blood sugar levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus type. Recommendation: The Physical Activity Health (PA) module is the evidence base to assist decision-makers, especially for nurses holding the Diabetes Mellitus program, in making relevant policies. It is also essential to design effective promotion and prevention programs to improve health services, especially promoting physical activity programs for DMT2 patients

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan suatu kumpulan gejala yang ditandai dengan kadar glukosa darah melebihi normal yaitu kadar glukosa darah sewaktu sama atau lebih dari 200 mg/dl, dan kadar gula darah puasa diatas atau sama dengan 126 mg/dl. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran karakteristik pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 dan menganalisis hubungan aktivitas fisik dan perawatan kaki dengan status pre ulcer pada penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Polongbangkeng Selatan Kabupaten Takalar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 64 responden, dengan teknik penyampelan total sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analitik dengan rancangan cros sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan status pre ulcer (ρ=0,000) dan ada hubungan perawatan kaki dengan status pre ulcer (ρ=0,001). Kesimpulan penelitian ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan perawatan kaki dengan status pre ulcer.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the dangerous factors to expand the seriousness of the COVID-19 disease. Older diabetes patients (>60 years), uncontrolled glucose levels, and the presence of diabetic complications were associated with worse COVID-19 suspicion. Aim: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between family support and foot care in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Takalar Regency. Method: The method used is an analytical survey research with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique is Accedential Sampling. The research location is in the Work Area of ??the Bulukunyi Health Center, Takalar Regency with a total sample of 49. The data analysis used the Chis-quare test. Results: The results showed that the value of 0.001 (0.05) this indicates that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: There is a relationship between family support and foot care in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients during the Covid-19 pandemic in Takalar Regency. For clinical practitioners, it is necessary to improve foot care in DM patients to prevent further complications through family support, and further research needs to be carried out by looking at HbA1C

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah suatu kelainan yang dapat ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar gula darah dan hambatan metabolisme protein, lemak, serta karbohidrat yang dikaitkan dengan kurangnya secara mutlak maupun relative dari kerja ataupun pengeluaran insulin. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan penderita DM melalui pemberian Edukasi Penyakit Diabetes Melitus Dengan Metode Pemberian Modul Pada Penderita DM dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kab. Takalar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan cara pemberian penyuluhan secara langsung dengan menggunakan media Modul yang termuat di dalamnya Konsep DM, Diet DM, Aktivitas Fisik, Perawatan Kaki, Monitoring Gula Darah dan Pengobatan. Peserta maupun pemateri dalam kegiatan ini tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan selama kegiatan berlangsung, sebelum penyuluhan dilakukan di ukur pengetahuan pre dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan di ukur kembali pengetahuan post. Peserta yang terlibat adalah penderita DM. Hasil kegiatan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi Penyakit Diabetes Melitus Dengan Metode Pemberian Modul Pada Penderita DM dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Bontokadatto Kab. Takalar, yaitu dari 1 responden (7%) yang pengetahuan baik meningkat menjadi 12 responden (80%)setelah dilakukan edukasi. Pada kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi pada penderita DM, sehingga masyarakat perlu terus diberikan edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga komplikasi bisa diminimalisir, dan kualitas hidup tetap baik.
