Abstract

This study aims to: 1) evaluate the background and objectives of the coaching program, 2) evaluate human resources, infrastructure and funds, 3) evaluate program implementation, coordination, 4) evaluate the results achieved and welfare This research is a survey research using evaluation the CIPP model program. The research subjects included administrators, coaches, athletes, parents of athletes, the community around the club. The technique of collecting data through 3 ways, namely by (1) interviews, (2) observation (3) documentation. The source of the data studied was the PB Jaya Madiri club, Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are 1) the badminton sport coaching carried out by the club is in accordance with the background and program objectives. 2) badminton sports coaching in the club has good and quality human resources, supported by infrastructure and insufficient funds, 3) badminton coaching in clubs which consists of aspects of program implementation and coordination is running well. 4) badminton coaching in the club is a result of the decreasing achievements achieved by athletes, while the welfare category is less. In conclusion, the badminton sport coaching carried out by PB Jaya Mandiri club is appropriate, has good and quality human resources (HR), supported by the availability of adequate infrastructure but limited funds that reduce the achievement of PB Jaya Mandiri club. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a traditional game of touching the ball on the ability to throw in a soccer game at SMK Yadika Lubuklinggau. The research method used in this study is a true experimental experimental design category for the control group pretest posttest category. That is by conducting a preliminary test and a final test with a population of 120 people. From this population, a sample of 60 male students was taken. The sample was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group with each group totaling 30 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the throw-in test technique, the data obtained from the results of the throw-in test, is analyzed using t-test statistics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei. Sampel berjumlah 36 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup sebanyak 30 butir pernyataan. Terdiri dari 2 sub variabel yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, yaitu: persentase motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas berada pada kategori “rendah” 16.67%, “kategori sedang” sebesar 50%, kategori “tinggi" sebesar 33,33%. Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 26,6, motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas masuk dalam kategori “Sedang”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of circuit training on physical fitness at the football club Spartan Fc Lubuklinggau. The research method used in this study was quasi-experimental. The technique used in data collection in this study is a test technique in the Indonesian Physical Fitness (TKJI) test. The results showed an increase in the number of athletes who scored in the excellent category as many as 12 athletes, scores in the moderate category as many as six athletes. The highest score on the final test is 20, and the lowest score is 16. The average x value of the overall final test result based on the calculation is 18.11. The analysis results show that t count 14.28 is greater than t table 1.739 with a significant 5% (α = 0.05). In conclusion, there is a substantial effect after being given circuit training on physical fitness at the Spartan FC Lubuklinggau football club. Keywords: Circuit Training, Physical Fitness Test

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of ball feeling training on the dribbling ability of YF13 soccer school (SSB) athletes in Lubuklinggau City. The research method used in this study was quasi-experimental. The data was collected using the technique of soccer dribbling ability test, followed by analysis using t-test. The results showed the value in ttable> alpha with a value of `20,843>2,10. From these results, it can be said that there is an influence because the tcount is greater than talpha. In conclusion, ball-felling training on the dribbling skills of YF13 football school (SSB) athletes in Lubuklinggau City in 2020. Keywords: Ball feeling, Dribbling

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase after the application of Hand paddel training to swimming speed of 50 meters freestyle in beginner athletes. The research method used in this research is the pre-experimental method with the research design using one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at Noren Tirta Buana Swimming Club with a sample of 20 young athletes in the age group III and IV selected using total sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that there was an increase after the application of the exercise using Hand paddels to the 50 meter freestyle swimming speed of the novice athlete Noren Tirta Buana Swimming Club, this is evidenced from the results of statistical analysis that the t-count value (t-count > t-table) (1,51 > 0.13), the increase in pretest and posttest was 2,93%, so the hypothesis that Hand paddels can increase the speed of 50 meters freestyle can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan senam aerobic terhadap penuruna kadar lemak ibu-ibu di Klub Keke Studio Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian eksprimen, sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang ibu-ibu yang melakukan senam aerobic. Pengujian ini menggunakan analisa normalitas dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pengolah data dengan program SPSS 21 bahwa data dinyatakan distribusi normal, pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa thitung sebesar 21.525 dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,699, maka thitung>ttabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya Ada pengaruh latihan senam aerobic terhadap penurunan kadar lemak ibu-ibu di Klub Keke Studi Kota Lubuklinggau

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penurunan Berat Badan Sebelum dan Sesudah Penerapan Senam Aerobik Low Impact pada Peserta Senam Sagga Gym Kota Lubuklinggau 2021. Masalah dalam penelitian ini berawal dari observasi yang penulis temui di lapangan ternyata secara keseluruhan peserta yang datang mengikuti senam di Sagga Gym Kota Lubuklinggau mengelukan berat badan yang berlebih dikarnakan aktivitas keseharian yang pasif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu.Populasinya adalah peserta senam Sagga Gym Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 16 orang peserta. Teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 16 orang. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini berupa program latihan senam aerobik low impact dengan 12 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu dengan intensitas sedang untuk mengetahui penurunan berat badan peserta senam Sagga Gym Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2021. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan taraf signifikan α = 5% dan dk = 4 menunjukkan besar zhitung = 0,761dan ztabel= 1,64 (zhitung≤ztabel ). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat penurunan berat badan secara signifikan pada peserta senam Sagga Gym Kota Lubuklinggau setelah dilakukan penerapan senam aerobik low impact. Nilai rata-rata hasil akhir penurunan berat badan peserta sebesar 62,69.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the decrease in fat levels in PKK women in Sukowarno Village after being given a Healthy Heart Gymnastics exercise. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The data collection technique in this study used a skinfold calipers body fat percentage test. Data analysis technique with normality test. Based on the survey results, the magnitude of t count is 12.63 and t table 2.056 with a significant 5% (α = 0.05) with degrees of freedom dk = n-1 where n is the number of student data as many as 27 mothers. Suppose the value of t count > t table. Then the hypothesis is accepted so that the average results of fat levels in PKK women in Sukowarno village after being given healthy heart exercise are less than the post-test average value. In conclusion, healthy heart exercise effectively reduces fat levels in PKK women in Sukowarno village, Musi Rawas district. Keywords: Decrease, fat content, healthy heart exercise,

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan passing atlit SSB Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing SSB Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen murni. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 26 orang adalah atlet SSB Silampari kota Lubuklinggau. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara sampling perpuse, dimana sampel untuk kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 13 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 13 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes kemampuan passing. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan passing berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing SSB Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau. Hal ini dapat dilihat hasil nilai rata-rata pre-test pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 3,77 dan pada kelas Kontrol sebesar 3,85. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan mengunakan latihan passing berpasangan sebesar 7,85, dan pada kelas kontrol yang diberikan pembelajaran dengan latihan biasa sebesar 5,92. Dengan demikian berarti nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data mengunakan uji beda rata-rata (Independent Sample T-test) diperoleh nilai tes akhir di Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,001 < Sig= 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima.
