Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin kuantitatif, merupakan penelitian populasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karywan di Kantor Pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru dengan jumlah 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunaan analisis regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan dua metode yaitu uji signifikan dengan menggunakan bantuan olah data Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Satpol PP kabupaten Barru, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pengalaman kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai pada kanttor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru, variabel pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada variabel pengalaman kerja yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator tingkat pengatahuan dan keterampilan, hal tersebut dilihat dari sebagian besar pegawai yang mampu untuk saling menghargai sesama pegawai. Sedangkan pada variabel kinerja pegawai yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator kuantitas dan kualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how the influence of work stress on employee performance, (2) find out how the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) find out how the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a sample size of 102 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 data to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that Job Stress has a significant effect on employee performance, the t value of the stress variable is 3.940> t table of 3.088. That the t count of the motivation variable is 3.454> t table of 3.088. simultaneously work stress and work motivation variables on employee performance with F count of 16.326 this shows F count (16.326) > F table (1.660). Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the independent variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Motivation of PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar City. Therefore, if Employee Performance continues to be considered and improved, it will certainly improve more optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction, (2) knowing the effect of reliability on satisfaction consumers, (3) knowing the effect of guarantees on consumer satisfaction, and (4) determine the effect of responsiveness on consumer satisfaction. (5) Define the effect of empathy on consumer satisfaction, and (6) determine how physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy all together affect consumer satisfaction Al Markaz Mixed Pickled Fruit on the Street Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City. The sample size of this study was 70 people. Research findings on physical evidence variables have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t-table < t count, namely -314 < 1.669. With t-table > t-count 1.759 > 1.669 then the reliability variable has a positive effect significant to customer satisfaction. With an it-table value of 0.505 <1.669 then the guarantee variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. With the value of t-table < t-count 0.540 < 1.669 the responsiveness variable is not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. With the t-table value > t count, namely 1.901 > 1.669, the empathy variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study shows that the variable evidence physicality, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy are simultaneously influential significant effect on consumer satisfaction on Mixed Pickled Fruit Al Markaz Di Jalan Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City, proven by F test count 5.030 with probability value of 0.001 is smaller than the value of 0.005

Abstract

His research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. The sample in this study was all employees of the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP), totaling 83 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and R determinant tests. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the positive influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through the results of the hypothesis test (t test) where the calculated t result is greater than the t table. Based on this description, it can be concluded that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment on organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency 47 people. The hypothesis test in this research used a multiple linear regression test and obtained the results, namely: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a multiple linear regression analysis test, it shows that physical work environment and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously influence organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency and the non-physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSD Office in North Luwu Regency.
