Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) PT Semen Tonasa, akan terus menghasilkan limbah logam berat yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas perairan di sekitar areal tambak masyarakat Desa Bulu Cindea, Bungoro, Pangkep. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas air dan kandungan logam berat timbale (Pb) dan cadmium (Cd) oleh pembuangan limbah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) PT Semen Tonasa di Pelabuhan Biringkassi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu mengamati dan menganalisis parameter oseanografi fisik dan kimia. Titik pengambilan sampel berada di empat lokasi dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi geografis dan karakteristik lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan parameter kualitas air di empat lokasi pengambilan sampel, nilai pH, temperatur, dan DO tidak melebihi ambang baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, sedangkan salinitas masih tergolong alami. Nilai BOT antara 20,22-41,08 mg/liter, melebihi baku mutu pemerintah. Kadar COD di lokasi berkisar 22,7-26,8 mg/liter, melebihi baku mutu. Kandungan Pb dan Cd di dalam air dan gastropoda (kerang), masih di bawah ambang baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah, yaitu 0,05 ppm, Sedangkan pada sedimen di stasiun 1 dan stasiun 2 melebihi baku mutu dengan nilai 0,220 dan 0,151. Kandungan Cd dalam air dan gastropoda (kerang) di bawah ambang baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah, yaitu 0,01 ppm, sedangkan pada sedimen di empat stasiun melebihi baku mutu, berturut-turut nilainya 0,172, 0,12, 0,06, dan 0,01.

Abstract

Abstract. The technology for sustainable ornamental coral aquaculture is very simple and easy for fishing communities to understand. The technology of sustainable ornamental corals is very low. The Coral Export Market Paradigm is very interested in corals aquaculture products because of the product diversification of many variations so that it can meet the export market into opportunities to carry out business activities that can increase the level of fishermen community welfare, regional income, and foreign exchange. This program aims to obtain a planned amount of product, type, and improvement in a planned quality that can ensure the sustainability of ornamental coral business without dependence on natural products. The method used is the fragmentation of the colony taken from the parent of certain colonies by being taped by artificial substrates placed on construction and environmentally friendly desk rack designs in the sea which can form rock buds. The technology developed is Eco-technology oriented agribusiness through the sea farming program or a model of sustainable management efforts based on society and tourism. Improvement of the quality of ornamental coral products innovatively diversification of products on the inventory system with the application of decorative corals of ammonia (protein skimmer) technology at the harvest and maintained in the aquarium before being exported.               Abstrak Teknologi budidaya karang hias lestari sangat sederhana dan mudah dimengerti oleh masyarakat nelayan. Paradigma pasar ekspor koral sangat tertarik produk koral hasil budidaya karena diversifikasi produksi banyak variasinya sehingga dapat memenuhi pasar ekspor menjadi peluang melakukan kegiatan usaha yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan, pendapatan regional dan devisa negara. Tujuan Program ini adalah untuk memperoleh jumlah produk, jenis dan peningkatan kualitas secara terencana yang dapat menjamin keberlanjutan usaha karang hias tanpa ketergantungan dari produk alam.  Metode digunakan adalah  fragmentasi karang berupa potongan karang dengan ukuran tertentu yang siap untuk budidaya yang diambil dari induk dari alam atau hasil budidaya dan ditempel pada substrat buatan yang dietakkan diatas konstruksi dan desain rak meja ramah lingkungan di laut yang dapat membentuk tunas karang. Teknologi yang dikembangkan adalah  eco-teknologi berorientasi agribisnis melalui program seafarming atau model upaya pemanfaatkan secara pengelolaan lestari berbasis pada masyarakat dan pariwisata. Perbaikan kualiatas produk karang hias secara inovatif diversifikasi produk pada sistem inventory dengan penerapan teknologi peralatan penghilang kadar amoniak (protein skimmer) karang hias yang dipelihara di dalam akuarium sebelum diekspor.

Abstract

The Technology Improving the quality and quantity of ornamental fish depends on the catch production. System development of environmentally friendly fishing gear as an alternative to destructive fishing. The model developed by the PIPK team using clove oil concentration. Mastery of technological innovation, especially in handling techniques using injel ornamental fish fishing gear is still relatively low. The purpose of this program is to increase the results of the fishing community's business activities that are more economically independent, profitable and socially, as well as to improve soft skills and hard skills. Components in the clove oil and 95% alcohol concentration system with a composition of 1: 2. Supporting equipment to facilitate the determination of fishing locations using Garmin GPS to find efficient and effective fishing locations. The maintenance aquarium has a capacity of up to 1,500 liters of sea water with a rectangular shape. The method is to follow the direct process of handling ornamental fish with correct modular recirculation in both SMEs so as to produce quality ornamental fish products in a system of applying maintenance technology with a modular recirculation system efficiently and effectively. AbstrakTeknologi untuk Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas ikan hias injel tergantung dari hasil produksi tangkap. Sistem pengembangan alat tangkap ramah lingkungan sebagai alternatif destructive fishing. Model yang dikembangkan oleh tim PIPK dengan menggunakan konsentrasi minyak cengkeh. Penguasaan inovasi teknologi khususnya penanganan Teknik menggunakan alat tangkap ikan hias injel masih relative rendah. Tujuan Program ini adalah kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan dipersivikasi produk masyarakat nelayan yang lebih mandiri secara ekonomi serta meningkatkan keterampilan soft skill dan hard skil. Komponen pada sistem konsentrasi minyak cengkeh dan Alkohol 95% dengan komposisi 1 : 2. Peralatan pendukung untuk memudahkan penentuan lokasi tangkap dengan menggunakan GPS Garmin untuk mencari lokasi tangkap yang efesien dan efektif. Aquarium pemeliharaan berkapasitas hingga 1.500 liter air laut dengan bentuk segi empat. Metodenya adalah mengikuti proses kegiatan langsung penanganan ikan hias injel dengan resirkulasi modular yang benar di kedua UKM sehingga mdnghasilkan kualiatas produk ikan hias injel pada sistem penerapan teknologi pemeliharaan dengan system resirkulasi modular secara efesien dan efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Penerapan IPTEK Kewilayahan (PIPK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi produk ikan hias laut oleh masyarakat khususnya nelayan yang lebih mandiri secara ekonomi serta meningkatkan keterampilan penanganan karantina ikan hias yang baik. Desain akuarium sirkulasi modular tertutup dapat menciptakan gelembung udara yang menghasilkan oksigen terlarut untuk dapat dimanfaatkan ikan hias. Sirkulasi air yang jatuh dari saluran pembuangan mampu menghasilkan oksigen terlarut dari arus air yang mengalir lewat pipa ke akuarium lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan PIPK yang telah dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan kualitas produk ikan hias pada sistem penerapan teknologi pemeliharaan dengan sistem sirkulasi modular tertutup secara efisien dapat menghasilkan harga jual lebih tinggi sesuai standar ekspor. Diharapkan kegiatan PIPK ini dapat berlanjut pada penerapan standar operasional prosedur teknik cara karantina ikan yang baik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi khalayak sasaran.

Abstract

This research aims to design an educational application about conservation and ornamental fish capture areas in Pangkajene Islands Regency. The application is developed based on the Android operating system to facilitate access and usage for the community. In the testing process, the application will undergo unit testing and compatibility testing to ensure that every part of the application works correctly and can be used smoothly on various devices and operating systems. The application will provide information about the conservation and ornamental fish capture areas in Pangkajene Islands Regency, including the types of ornamental fish and how to conserve the aquatic ecosystem in the area. With the presence of this application, it is expected to provide useful information for the community and increase awareness about the importance of preserving the aquatic ecosystem and understanding the concept of conservation and ornamental fish capture areas. Through unit and compatibility testing, it is expected that the application will work correctly and can be used smoothly on various devices and operating systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the empowerment of fishing communities in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency through the implementation of a fisherman logbook system (celebesreeffish.com). During the implementation of this PIPK Program, the results obtained include significant adoption by fishing communities of the fisherman logbook system, increased efficiency in recording fisheries catches, increased understanding of ornamental fish species, and increased collaboration between fishermen and local governments in maintaining the sustainability of marine resources. This activity is a form of supporting the vision and mission of the Pangkajene and Islands Regency Government in realizing a prosperous, superior, competitive, and religious civil society, based on sustainable local resources, especially in marine/fisheries-based community economic development, which is one of the Government's priority programs. This program strengthens the role of fishermen in conserving marine resources and improving their quality of life, in line with sustainable development goals

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the percentage of loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (2) to find out the criteria that have good performance in loading and unloading services at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (3) to find out the criteria that are considered according to the interests of users Loading and unloading services at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port. The population in this study was 120 people, which is the number of respondents in this study related to loading and unloading service assessment performance and the interests of loading and unloading service users. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the IPA Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of loading and unloading at the Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2021 will reach 5,137,823 Tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 1,873% greater than the monthly target. The productivity of loading and unloading at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2022 reached 6,944,242 tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 2,510% greater than the monthly target (2) CSI calculation results of 77.64%. Thus, the level of customer satisfaction with loading and unloading services is in the satisfactory category. The highest WF value is shown at 10.42% on attribute 8 (safety in the port environment) which means that this attribute is considered the most important by customers in unloading services. The lowest WF value is shown at 9.69% on attribute 7 (clarity of information about loading and unloading) which means that this attribute is considered not too important by customers in loading and unloading services.

Abstract

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.
