Abstract

Undergraduate Students data in academic information systems always increases every year. Data collected can be processed using data mining to gain new knowledge. The author tries to mine undergraduate students data to classify the study period on time or not on time. The data is analyzed using CART with bagging techniqu, and CART with boosting technique. The classification results using 49 testing data, in the CART algorithm with bagging techniques 13 data (26.531%) entered into the classification on time and 36 data (73.469%) entered into the classification not on time. In the CART algorithm with boosting technique 16 data (32,653%) entered into the classification on time and 33 data (67,347%) entered into the classification not on time. The accuracy value of the classification of study period of undergraduate students using the CART algorithm is 79.592%, the CART algorithm with bagging technique is 81.633%, and the CART algorithm with boosting technique is 87.755%. In this study, the CART algorithm with boosting technique has the best accuracy value.

Abstract

Abstract - Medical records was a system that exist in every health service facilities intire the world for a long time. In indonesia, medical records can divide to at least 2 major kind that is electronic medical records and paper base medical records. Unfortunately, both of it still can’t achive maximal benefit of a medical records because those systems are disconnected each other, has different paltform and difficult to access. Some effort and research was done as an initiative at several region in Indonesia to connecting the medical records systems at many perspective such as strategic plan or technological sollutions, but that was also not optimal sollution because limited in a region or only for a medical facilities group for example Puskesmas (Society Health Centre). Is important for medical records system held integrated in entire scope area, because high mobility of people now is very potential. Using framework created by The Open Group or better known as The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) The Architectural Design of Integrated Medical Records System was created. Including in that is pleminary phase, architecture vision phase, bussiness architecture phase, information system phase and technological architecture phase. As the result of this research is a architectural blueprint. That is colaboration of business architecture blueprint, information system and technological architecture blueprint. Keywords: IT Architecture, TOGAF ADM, medical records   Abstrak – Rekam medis merupakan sistem yang telah lama dimiliki oleh instansi kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan rekam medis setidaknya dapat dibagi menjadi 3 golongan utama yaitu yang berbasis elektronik , yang berbasis kertas atau kolaborasi keduanya. Baik rekam medis yang berbasis elektronik dan yang berbasis kertas masih belum dapat menjalankan tujuannya secara penuh dikarenakan tidak terkoneksinya rekam medis yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing instansi tersebut. Beberapa upaya dan penelitian telah dilakukan sebagai inisiatif dari beberapa daerah untuk merencanakan baik dari sisi perencanaan strategis, arsitektur sistem maupun teknologi untuk mengkoneksikan sistem rekam medis namun terbatas solusi teknologi atau lingkupnya pada kawasan kecil saja atau bahkan pada satu rumpun instansi kesehatan saja misalnya puskesmas. Sistem rekam medis perlu untuk diselenggarakan secara terintegrasi karena di saat ini, mobilitas pasien dan calon pasien memiliki potensi yang tinggi. Menggunakan framework dari The Open Group atau dikenal dengan The Open Group Architecture Framework – Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) dibuat model Arsitektur Sistem Rekam Medis Terintegrasi yang meliputi fase preliminary, fase architecture vision, fase business architecture fase information system architectures dan fase technology architecture. Perancangan arsitektur pada penelitian ini menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur yaitu blueprint yang dihasilkan dari arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi dan blueprint yang dihasilkan dari arsitektur teknologi. Abstract

Abstract — Signature is the result of the process of writing a person of a particular nature as a symbolic substance, which means a symbol or mark. Signature is usually used as an identifying mark of a person, each person must have his own signature in a different pattern. Because it's used as a person's identifying badge, Signatures now become particularly susceptible to counterfeiting and abuse that require check with a signature pattern recognition. This research has created a signature pattern recognition system using methods Template Matching and Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor to help recognize a person's signature pattern. The number of signatures used is 110 in two categories: the original signature with 100 data and the false signature with 10 data, and there were 10 classes taken using smartphone cameras. From this research, it was found that the best value from the image size of 200x200 pixels was 92% of the class that owned the signature legible, Positive Predictive Value (PPV) 88% and False Rejection Rate (FRR) 12%, with a k=3 on the original signature, and 90% of the class that owned the signature legible, Negative Predictive Value (NPV) 90% dan False Acceptance Rate (FAR) 10% with a k=9 on the false signature. From these results, it could be concluded that methods Template Matching and Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor could be used for signature pattern recognition.Keywords: Pattern, Signature, Template Matching, Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

This service utilizes the steps of the Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) in maximizing the search for website addresses to accelerate recognition and marketing. The output target is the optimization of the Tunas Bangsa website through SEO which includes the ease of finding website addresses for visitors on search engines. The use of automated search engines can lower promotional costs than using traditional and conventional media such as newspapers, radio broadcasts, television, and so on. Website addresses that are used as promotional tools and digital introductions by the Tunas Melati Community Learning Activity Center must be designed properly and correctly, so that they can be an appropriate and optimal promotional tool. This step is followed by website optimization so that it is detected and indexed at the top on search engines like Google. The method used is in the form of steps and the use of SEO plugins on a wordpress-based website. The result of this activity is an optimal website indexing by search engines.

Abstract

Teeth are one of the tools in the framework related to the human stomach which fills as a food destroyer for simple processing. Diseases that attack teeth can withstand this action and cannot be distinguished quickly by young dental specialists. This problem can be solved by methods in the field of technology. The algorithm that can be used is FIS Tsukamoto in classification. Optimization of the membership function at FIS Tsukamoto is needed to improve accuracy. Optimization of FIS Tsukamoto membership function using Simulated Annealing produced the highest accuracy at 92.5% of the 100 test data.Keywords: Simulated Annealing; FIS Tsukamoto, Dental Disease, Optimization Gigi adalah salah satu alat dalam kerangka terkait perut manusia yang mengisi sebagai penghancur makanan untuk pemrosesan sederhana. Penyakit yang menyerang gigi dapat menahan tindakan ini dan tidak dapat dibedakan dengan cepat oleh dokter muda spesialis gigi. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan metode di bidang teknologi. Algoritma yang bisa digunakan yaitu FIS Tsukamoto dalam melakukan klasifikasi. Optimasi fungsi keanggotaan pada FIS Tsukamoto diperlukan untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Optimasi fungsi keanggotaan FIS Tsukamoto menggunakan Simulated Annealing menghasilkan akurasi paling tinggi yaitu 92,5% dari 100 data uji.Kata kunci: Simulated Annealing; FIS Tsukamoto, Penyakit Gigi, Optimisasi

Abstract

Internship is part of achieving the competencies expected in the educational process. Therefore, the suitability of students to companies that serve as a place for street vendors is something important to pay attention to. Weaknesses in the previous system, there are still many students who are not right in choosing companies/agencies. They are still not paying attention to the competencies expected in this internship process. This study aims to help group industrial partners according to the competency achievements of each department. The method used in this research is Modified K-Means Clustering in the grouping process. While the criteria used are the suitability of the company's field with the department, credibility, company ecosystem, company track record in the field of education, and the facilities provided. In carrying out this work, a system will be developed to process the data resulting from the questionnaire so that groups from each company are obtained. The results of the study were obtained from 86 respondents who were apprentices who had been in 37 companies or agencies. 22 questions that build 7 criteria resulted in 4 stable clusters after 8 iterations.Keywords: internship, decision support system, Modified K-Means Clustering.

Abstract

Takisung merupakan salah satu desa terletak pada Kecamatan Takisung, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan. Takisung memiliki wisata pantai yaitu Pantai Takisung. Wisata Pantai Takisung sangat popular yang dikunjungi masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan. Pengunjung wisata Takisung tidak hanya dalam Kabupaten Tanah Laut, melainkan diluar kabupaten Tanah Laut. Fasilitas pantai Takisung yaitu speed boat, banana boat, motor ATV, payung pantai, tenda-tenda, warung makanan dan pasar-pasar. Pasar yang berada pada pantai Takisung menjual jajan khas pantai takisung. Sebelum pandemi, perputaran perekonomian Desa Takisung yaitu kunjungan masyarakat ke wisata pantai Takisung. Saat pandemi sampai dengan keadaan saat ini (new normal) covid-19 mengalami penurunan perputaran ekonomi yang berada pada Desa Takisung Kecamatan Takisung. Workshop yang diberikan untuk memberikan pelatihan pemasaran serta penjualan dengan Marketplace yang tersedia seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, Facebook dan Bukalapak. Workshop telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 November 2021. Akhir pelatihan peserta diminta untuk megisi kuisioner kepuasan mitra pengabdian. Hasilnya sebanyak 14,2% peserta menyatakan sangat puas dengan workshop yang diberikan. Selanjutnya 85,3% peserta menyatakan puas dan 0,6% peserta menyatakan cukup puas.

Abstract

Abstract Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable is used to produce clean and ready-to-consume water from a water source in peatlands. Water is one of the factors that really supports the community, including the process of cooking, bathing, washing, and toilet (MCK). The villagers of Jambu Burung and Jambu Raya at the new lucky sub-district use rainwater as drinking water and river water and pond water (well) to meet their daily needs, one of which is in the consumption sector. However, the water in the river that is used by the community is cloudy and smelly, so it is dangerous to health if it is continuously consumed by humans. The quality of clean water is very influential on the results of the quality of human life. The use of river and well water by the guava and guava community has been going on for years, so it is estimated that there are no other alternatives to get proper clean water. So, Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable is one solution to solve this problem. This tool is made based on the need for a portable tool because the size is 40x80x30 cm, practical, and economical, but has good performance (discharge 1 - 5 liters / minute) and can be increased. . This tool is equipped with solar sell and an automatic control system that is not owned by similar equipment. The use of solar sell by utilizing the abundance of solar power and minimizing public expenditure without any electricity bills. With an automatic system, the equipment will be stable and durable and easy maintenance. The targets and outputs produced from this program, especially for partners, are: Fulfillment of consumption water needs of approximately 80% for the community, there is water filtering equipment with ultrafiltration membrane technology, increasing the level of public health by up to 80%. Keywords: Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable, Water, Health Abstrak Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable digunakan untuk menghasilkan air bersih dan air siap konsumsi dengan sumber air di lahan gambut. Air merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mendukung masyarakat diantaranya proses memasak, mandi, cuci, dan kakus (MCK). Masyarakat desa Jambu burung dan jambu raya kecamatan beruntung baru menggunakan air hujan sebagai air minum dan air sungai dan air kolam (sumur) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, salah satunya pada sektor konsumsi. Namun, air yang terdapat di sungai yang dipakai masyarakat airnya keruh dan berbau sehingga berbahaya bagi kesehatan bila dikonsumsi terus menerus oleh manusia. Kualitas air bersih sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil kualitas hidup manusia. Penggunaan air sungai dan sumur oleh masyarakat jambu burung dan jambu raya telah berlangsung selama bertahun-tahun sehingga diperkirakan tidak ada lagi alternatif lain untuk mendapatkan air bersih yang layak. Maka, Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Alat ini dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan  akan  alat  yang  portabel  karena ukuranya 40x80x30 cm (mudah  dipindahkan/dibawa),  praktis  (mudah  pengoperasian),  dan ekonomis  (biaya  terjangkau),  namun memiliki  kinerja  yang  baik  (debit 1 – 5 liter/menit) dan dapat ditingkatkan. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan solar sell dan sistem kontrol otomatis yang tidak dimiliki oleh peralatan sejenis. Penggunaan solar sell dengan memanfaatkan limpahan tenaga surya dan meminimalkan pengeluaran masyarakat tanpa adanya tagihan listrik. Dengan sistem otomatis, maka peralatan akan stabil dan awet serta perawatan yang mudah. Target dan Luaran yang dihasilkan dari program ini khususnya untuk pihak mitra adalah: Terpenuhinya kebutuhan air konsumsi kurang lebih 80% bagi masyarakat, terdapat peralatan penyaring air dengan teknologi membran ultrafiltrasi, meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat hingga 80%.  Kata kunci: Automatic Ultrafiltration Portable, air bersih, kesehatan

Abstract

River water and well water are the main sources for the daily water needs for the people of South Kalimantan. However, the peatland water has a muddy and smelly that has an effect on health. This cloudy and smelly condition is due to the condition of the peatlands in the South Kalimantan region. The use of peat water by the community in Muning Baru Village, South Daha, HSU has been carried out for a long time, especially UKM salted fish processing. The quality and quantity of fish production are affected by the quality of clean water. Implementation begins with the design of the filtration membrane, assembly of solar panels, pumps and filtration tubes. It is hoped that this application will support the society towards society 5.0. The results of the implementation are giving the needs of clean water up to 80%, either else NTU 30 become 3.44 NTU, TSS 522 mg/l become 352 mg/l, COD 31.9 mgO2 /l become 6.09 mg02/l.
