Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran direct instruction dengan model pembelajaran Personalized System For Instruction terhadap peningkatan waktu aktif belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMA N I Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen yaitu Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi yang dipilih sesuai dengan penelitian yang akan diterapkan yaitu siswa SMA N I Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis. Sampel diambil sebanyak 30 orang, selanjutnya sampel tersebut diukur (dites) menggunakan jumlah waktu aktif belajar. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu penampilan mengajar dengan menggunakan metode observasi sistematis melalui teknik duration recording(Suherman, 2009)Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22, hasil pengolahan data adalah menunjukkan bahwa kedua model pembelajaran yang diteliti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan waktu aktif belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMA N I Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis. Model pembelajaran direct instruction dengan model pembelajaran Personalized System For Instruction merupakan model pembelajaran antara yang biasa diberikan (direct instruction) dengan model yang belum terbiasa dilaksanakan oleh guru maupun muridnya yaitu Personalized System For Instruction. Kecenderungan siswa SMA N I Kawali l lebih menyukai Personalized System For Instruction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the contrast training method on physical conditions consisting of power, flexibility, agility, and balance. The research method used is experimental. The research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design is the research design used. The population used is the PGPI Paragliding Athletes in Ciamis Regency, totaling 15 sons, ranging in age from 16 to 20 years. The sampling technique is total sampling. Instrument test consists of vertical jump test, static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist, zig-zag test, and flamingo balance test. The results showed that the data from the vertical jump test results showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist a significant increase proved the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the zig-zag test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the flamingo balance test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. Conclusion. A better and more appropriate contrast training method is given to paragliding athletes in Ciamis Regency. For coaches of physical condition to be able to apply the contrast training method by prioritizing training program innovations so that the physical condition of the athletes is getting better, especially their needs during matches.

Abstract

The research to be carried out has a goal by the formulation of the problem set, namely "To find out whether the outdoor education circuit games can have a significant influence on increasing the teamwork of Majenang karate athletes". In this study, the author used experimental research methods to determine the effect of circuit games on increasing teamwork in Majenang karate athletes. This study used a population of Majenang karate athletes with a population of 20 people in the age group of 14-16 years. The sample used by the age group of 14-16 years was selected which was suitable to be used as a research sample of 20 people. The results of the identification of problems show that Majenang Karate athletes tend to be individual and lack teamwork development. One of the factors that cause such individual characteristics is that the majority of match numbers that are followed are individual numbers. However, research shows that the use of circuit games in Majenang Regency Karate training has a significant effect on improving teamwork. This is proven by the increase in teamwork that occurs in a shorter time. Therefore, the use of circuit games has a positive impact on increasing teamwork and providing various benefits for Majenang Karate athletes.
