Abstract

Educator Accountant as long one part of from accountant procession owning big enough role indetermining growth of human research in next period and affect growth of accountancy as one sciencearea.One of factor influence thing performance of educator accountant so that can run it profession better issatisfaction in work area. Satisfaction in work area to represent the positive attitude that coming fromjob experience it self.Goals which wish reached in this research are : (1) learning relation of Multidimensional oforganizational commitment developed by Allen and Meyer with the satisfaction work felt by the educatoraccountant, (2) learning influence of Multidimensional of organizational to satisfaction work, (3)learning influence of dimension of affective commitment satisfaction work, (4) learning influence ofdimension of continuance commitment to satisfaction work, (5) learning influence of dimension ofnormative commitment to satisfaction work.Research conducted descriptive and verification while reset method used descriptive survey method byusing technical of with drawls simple random sampling. Institutes which are being research object are13 private sector colleges opening programmed first degree in accountancy and accreditation B by BANPT.gathering technical used is spreading questionnaire. Analyzer used Path Analysis using programmedLisrel 8.30.Results of this research hypothesis examination express: (1) Multidimensional of organizationalcommitment with this satisfaction work is positive correlation and significant, (2) dimension of affectivecommitment have an effect on positive and significant to satisfaction work, (3) dimension of continuancecommitment have an effect on positive and significant to satisfaction work, (4) dimension of normativecommitment don’t have an effect on positive and significant to satisfaction work.

Abstract

Amount of client and also kind of industrial often result a work of audit have character is clerical andonly pursuing goals " Deadline". So that sometimes work of audit become something is routine. Workof audit which in have character the routine and clerical can weaken of supervision. This matterindication height turnover at the accounting firm.This research aim to know influence of supervisory actions to job satisfaction of entry-level staff, eithersimultaneously and also partially at the accounting firm in Bandung City. And for that used by thefollowing grand theory: for the variable of leadership and mentoring to job satisfaction, used theoryfrom Malayu ( 2003:189) and Robbin ( 1993:182). Variable of working conditions to jobsatisfaction, used theory from Luthan ( 1995:122) and Robbin ( 1993:181). While variable ofassignment to job satisfaction, used theory from Luthan ( 1995:121) and Robbin ( 1993:181).This research use the census method, with population counted 60 responder, that is entry-level stafffrom the accounting firm in Bandung City. Data required consisted of primary data obtained throughthe questioner and secondary data supporting this research. To analysis this research used by Analysisof Multiple Regression.The study find that three major element of supervisory actions recommended by the AECC, leadershipand mentoring, working conditions, and assignment, simultaneously have positive influence to jobsatisfaction of entry level staff equal to 47,20 %. Partially, influence element supervisory actions to jobsatisfaction of entry-level staff, leadership and mentoring have positive influence to job satisfaction ofentry-level staff equal to 19,70 %, working conditions have positive influence to job satisfaction equalto 32,50 %, and assignment have positive influence to job satisfaction equal to 15,20 %.

Abstract

The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

Abstract

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis apakah kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui motivasi belajar siswa secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kelas X pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran SMK di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik penyebaran angket kepada 94 responden dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi kepribadian guru maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi motivasi belajar siswa maka semakin tinggi pula prestasi belajar siswa. Kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui motivasi belajar siswa maka semakin tinggi prestasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: kompetensi kepribadian guru, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar AN ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF PERSONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS WITH MOTIVATION TO LEARN AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE ON ACHIEVEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE STUDENT GRADE XThis study aimed to analyze the influence of teacher?s personality competence has positive and significant impact toward student achievement through students? learning motivation directly or indirectly on the subject of class X of Office Administration productive SMK in Cimahi. The research method used survey methods by distributing questionnaires to 94 students as respondents in grade X of Office Administration and data analyzed by simple regression analysis. The results showed that the of the teacher's personality competence has positive and significant impact on student motivation, so it can be concluded that the higher of the teacher's personality competence, the higher the students' learning motivation. Students? learning motivation has positive effect on student achievement, so it can be concluded the higher the students' learning motivation, the higher the student achievement. The teacher's personality competence has positive and significant impact on student achievement through students? learning motivation, so it can be concluded the higher the of the teacher's personality competence through the students' learning motivation, the higher of student achievement.Keywords: teacher's personality competence, learning motivation, academic achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how organizational commitment and work motivation can improve teacher performance especially in case study from teachers in SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The study used a pre-validated survey instrument to measure the perceptions of 50 teachers about affective commitment, normative commitment, and sustainability commitments, as well as their motivation and performance in schools. A multiple regression equation is used to assess the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on performance and prove whether or not there is a relationship between organizational commitment and work motivation with teacher performance. This study empirically confirms the positive impact of organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher performance which in turn will have a positive impact on school quality.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru terutama dalam studi kasus dari guru-guru di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen survei skala pra-divalidasi untuk mengukur persepsi dari 50 orang guru tentang komitmen afektif , komitmen normatif, dan komitmen keberlanjutan, serta motivasi dan kinerja mereka di sekolah. Persamaan regresi ganda digunakan menilai pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dan membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan  kinerja guru. Penelitian ini secara empiris menegaskan dampak positif dari komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang pada gilirannyan akan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas sekolah.

Abstract

Kinerja antara lain ditentukan oleh kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan dan disiplin kerja yang diterapkan. Maka dengan sendirinya pegawai akan senantiasa menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi organisasi. Sehingga pegawai akan mencintai pekerjaannya. Dinas Pendidikan pada salah satu kabupaten  di Jawa Barat menjadi tempat penelitian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai menjadi kajian permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 pegawai dengan sampel yang telah ditetapkan melalui sampel acak sebanyak 57 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai secara parsial, diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 24,5584 >  4,0162, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 31,7205 >  4,0162. dan (3) secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperoleh Fhitung  ? Ftabel yaitu (323,686 ? 3,1682). Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai serta meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada pegawai.Kata Kunci: kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerjaREACH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BY JOB PERFORMANCE  AND WORK DISCIPLINEThe performance determined by the perceived job satisfaction and discipline in working that is applied. Therefore, the employees naturally will continue to perform well and give a good contribution to the organization. So, the employees will love to their jobs. Department of Education in West Java was the location of this research. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and discipline in working toward employee performance partially or simultaneously. The employee performance which is not optimal became issues to be studied in this research. The method used was explanatory survey method. The populations in this research were 132 employees with predefined sample through random sample as much as 57 of employees. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The result showed that: (1) job satisfaction has significant effect toward employee performance. By partially, it was obtained that Fcount> Ftable was 24.5584 > 4.0162, (2) the discipline in working has significant effect on employee performance partially. It was obtained that Fcount > Ftable was 31.7205 > 4.0162, and (3) simultaneously; job satisfaction and discipline in working have significant impact on employee performance. It was obtained that Fcount ? Ftable was (323.686 ? 3.1682). Therefore, to improve employee performance, job satisfaction should be considered which is felt by employees and improve discipline in working by providing stimuli to employees.Keywords: employee performance, job satisfaction, work discipline

Abstract

This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students? learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students? learning discipline. Therefore, students? learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

Abstract

There are many factors that can cause teachers to get job satisfaction where they work. One of them is environmental factor especially non environment physical factor that is environment of work place of employee in the form of harmonious work atmosphere between subordinate with superior (vertical relationship) and between fellow employees (horizontal relationship). This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of non-physical environmental factors on job satisfaction of teachers in a vocational school in Cimahi. This research use explanatory survey method. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 51 selected teachers as sample. The statistical tool used is simple linear regression. Result of research indicate that there is influence of non working physical environment to job satisfaction of teacher at SMK PGRI 3 Cimahi.ABSTRAKTerdapat banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan para guru mendapatkan kepuasan kerja di tempat mereka bekerja. Salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan terutama faktor lingkungan non fisik yaitu keadaan lingkungan tempat kerja pegawai berupa suasana kerja yang harmonis antar bawahan dengan atasan (hubungan vertikal) serta antar sesama pegawai (hubungan horisontal). Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh faktor lingkungan non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada sebuah SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Data yang diperoleh melalui angket  yang disebar kepada 51 guru terpilih sebaGai sampel. Alat statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PGRI 3 Cimahi

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the description of compensation, work environment, and performance of honorary teachers, and to determine the effect of compensation and the work environment on the performance of honorary teachers at the Cirebon Islamic Center SMK. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey method. The theory used is the theory of organizational behavior from Stephen P Robbins. The data collection tool is a questionnaire given to respondents of 40 honorary teachers. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) the description of high compensation (2) a description of the conducive work environment (3) an overview of the performance of moderate honorary teachers (4) there is an effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of honorary teachers both partially and simultaneously.ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja guru honorer, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori perilaku organisasi dari Stephen P Robbins. Alat pengumpulan datanya adalah angket yang diberikan kepada responden sejumlah 40 guru honorer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gambaran tentang kompensasi tinggi (2) gambaran tentang lingkungan kerja kondusif (3) gambaran tentang kinerja guru honorer sedang  (4) terdapat  pengaruh dari kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer baik parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determineif intellectual capital could mediate the influence of knowledge management on the branch performance offices of state-owned banks. If we compare to the ASEAN banks, the performance of state-owned banks is weak, especially in the case of operational cost efficiency depressing the potential for large profits. The low level of performance cannotbeseparatedfrom of the low performance of branch offices. BI's expectation as stipulated in the BI Regulation of 2010 is that the banking sector should perform the maximum role of branch offices because if the management of branch offices understandknow more than head officedoes.The improvement in knowledge management should be made by state-owned banks at branch offices.Beside, it is necessary that aggregation of all knowledge and employee competence that allows companies to gain competitive advantage. In my research, the method of research used is explanatory survey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL was chosen to test the hypothesis.152 pieces of sample were taken from the whole state-owned banksoffices in West Java. The focus of the assessment is the branch officees of state-owned banks located in the region of West Java because the industry's contribution in the region to GRDP is relatively large. My research concluded that the effect of Knowledge Management on Intellectual Capital was significant. The effect of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital on the performance of each Branch Office is significant. In this case intellectual capital played a role in mediating the effect  of Knowledge Management to the Branch performance Offices of state-owned banks in West Java. The Branch offices conducting knowledge management continuously resulted the good intellectual capital, which would strengthen the role of knowledge management in improving the branch performance.
