Abstract

Knowledge based view (KBV) merupakan eksistensi baru dari pandangan sumber daya parusahaan dan memberikan teoritis yang kuat dalam mendukung intellectual capital. Knowledge management (KM) hadir dengan konsep untuk dapat mengelola intellectual capital dalam organisasi. Praktik dan pengembangan implementasi KM dalam organisasi terus mengalami peningkatan. Knowledge sharing merupakan salah satu proses inti dalam KM serta berkaitan erat dengan dunia kerja seorang dosen. Keberhasilan implementasi knowledge sharing harus didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang senantiasa mempengaruhi steiap praktik tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor budaya organisasi yang dapat mendukung  implementasi knowledge sharing dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) di Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah studi kausal dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah dosen tetap PTN di Bandung. Jumlah sampel adalah 119 dosen. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Saat ini Corona menjadi pembicaraan yang hangat. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) yang lebih dikenal dengan nama virus corona adalah jenis baru dari coronavirus yang menyebabkan penyakit menular ke manusia. Sistem pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) menjadi jawaban untuk Perguruan Tinggi untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan akademik. Pembelajaran daring merupakan sistem pembelajaran tanpa tatap muka secara langsung antara dosen dan mahasiswa tetapi dilakukan secara virtual. Dosen harus memastikan kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap berjalan, meskipun mahasiswa berada di rumah. Solusinya, dosen dituntut untuk dapat merancang kegiatan pembelajaran sebagai inovasi dengan memanfaatkan media daring (online) agar dapat tetap berjalan efektif. Komunikasi antar mahasiswa dan dosen melalui video conference, memunculkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu rendahnya kreativitas mahasiswa, sulitnya mencapai efektivitas komunikasi serta lahirnya demotivasi dan disembodied Behaviour. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat (1) efektivitas komunikasi dosen secara virtual,  berdasarkan perspektif mahasiswa (2) demotivasi mahasiswa (3) disembodied behaviour mahasiswa, dan (4) kreativitas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metoda sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling yaitu subjek yang diteliti adalah dosen dan mahasiswa yang bersedia berpartisipasi mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Jumlah dosen dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 orang dari 25 perguruan tinggi di Kota Bandung, dengan  jumlah mata kuliah 100, sehingga didapat ukuran sampel sebanyak 200 unit sampling, dimana satuan unit samplingnya adalah mata kuliah-dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi, variabel demotivasi dalam kategori rendah, variabel disembodied behavior dalam kategori cukup dan variabel efektivitas komunikasi dosen berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct or indirect effect between the entrepreneurship education variable and the student entrepreneurship competence variable in Vocational High School students. This study used a quantitative approach with the Survey Method (Explanatory Survey Method), and the test uses path analysis. The number of samples in this study found 100 students from 25 Public and Private Vocational High Schools accredited-A in the city of Bandung. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, both directly and indirectly, (2) entrepreneurship education had a significant direct effect on student entrepreneurial competencies, (3) and student entrepreneurial competencies had a significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions.  This is because the results can illustrate that entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools is good, it can be seen from the score of the entrepreneurship education variable in the high category and the form of entrepreneurship learning in vocational high schools is good. Entrepreneurship education has the highest direct influence on students' entrepreneurial competence variables. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but if the competence variable becomes a mediating variable, it can further increase students' entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study are expected to be considered by vocational high schools to provide entrepreneurship education to students, so that students' competence and interest in entrepreneurship can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on performance through knowledge management. The sample in this study amounted to 259 lecturers at private universities in the city of Bandung. Two-level hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) is used to analyze hierarchical structure data in this study, namely at the lecturer level as an individual and at the study program as a group level. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on knowledge management, knowledge management had a significant positive impact on performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on performance directly or indirectly.

Abstract

Abstract: Optimization of Knowledge Management in Improving Higher Education Performance during the Covid-19 PandemicThis study aims to examine the effect of knowledge management which consists of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization on organizational performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey research design and correlational design. The number of samples in this study found 103 permanent lecturers at the University of Indonesia Education, Adhirajasa University Reswara Sanjaya, and Langlangbuana University. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Form with research instruments using a Likert scale with five categories Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and product correlation analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that knowledge management simultaneously affected organizational performance, acquisitions knowledge has no significant effect on organizational performance, knowledge sharing has no significant effect on organizational performance and the use of knowledge has a significant effect on organizational performance at the University of Education Indonesia, Adhirajasa University Reswara Sanjaya, and Langlangbuana University. This finding shows that human resource knowledge can significantly improve organizational performance and through the implementation of optimal overall knowledge management, at every stage of the process it can run well so as to improve organizational performance, especially during the current covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak: Optimalisasi Knowledge Management dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge management yang terdiri dari knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing dan knowledge utilization terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei dan desain korelasional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 dosen tetap Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya, dan Universitas Langlangbuana. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google Form dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima kategori Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, secara parsial knowledge acquisition berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, knowledge sharing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan knowledge utilization berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya, dan Universitas Langlangbuana. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara signifikan dan melalui penerapan knowledge management secara keseluruhan yang optimal, pada setiap tahapan prosesnya dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini.

Abstract

Implemented knowledge management (KM) in universities is currently a significant and interesting topic to be discussed since universities’ human resource possess knowledge. Ultimately, knowledge management is essential in order to increase university lecturers’ performance. Knowledge management must be supported by leadership and organization culture that would support each process of KM, which includes knowledge creation, knowledge transfer and utilization of knowledge. This study tested a model that shows the influence between KM, job performance, leadership, and organizational culture. This study collected sample from 150 lecturer respondents in seven universities in Bandung using random sampling. We analyze the variables (leadership, organizational culture, KM, and job performance) from questionnaire using Structured Equation Modelling (SEM). Research results have shown that the relationship between leadership and KM has a positive and significant impact, that the relationship between organizational culture and KM has a positive and significant impact, that leadership and job performance have a positive and significant impact, that organizational culture and job performance have a positive and significant impact, and there is a positive and significant influence between KM and job performance. This study concludes leadership, organizational culture, KM, and job performance in universities in Bandung are included in positive category. There are significant and positive influences on variables analyzed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keefektivan penggunaan Microsoft Access dalam pengelolaan kearsipan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitan menunjukkan jika dilihat dari keberadaan aplikasi E-Arsip berbasis Microsoft Access di SMKN 1 Bandung ini dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif dengan hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 84,62%; jika dilihat dari efektivitas kegunaan dari Aplikasi E-Arsip sangat efektif dengan hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 86,70%; dan apabila dilihat dari kenyamanan dalam penggunaan aplikasi E-Arsip berbasis Ms. Access di SMKN 1 Bandung dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif dengan hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 85%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi berbasis Microsoft Access di SMKN 1 Bandung pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat efektif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa aplikasi ini optimal karena dapat memudahkan pengelolaan arsip secara digital dan memudahkan dalam penemuan kembali arsip.

Abstract

Currently, Corona is a hot topic of discussion. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2), better known as the coronavirus, is a new type of coronavirus that causes infectious diseases in humans. The online learning system (on the network) is the answer for universities to continue to carry out academic activities. Online learning is a learning system without face-to-face directly between lecturers and students but is done virtually. Lecturers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue while students are at home. The solution is that lecturers must be able to design learning activities as innovations by utilizing online media to continue running effectively. Communication between students and lecturers through video conferencing raises several problems: the low creativity of students, the difficulty of achieving communication effectiveness, and generating demotivation and disembodied behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of (1) effectiveness of virtual lecturer communication based on student perspectives, (2) student demotivation, (3) student disembodied behavior, and (4) student creativity. This research uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used is incidental sampling, where the subjects studied are lecturers and students willing to participate in filling out research questionnaires. The number of lecturers in this study was 91 people from 25 universities in the city of Bandung, with a total of 100 courses, so a sample size of 200 sampling units was obtained, where the sampling unit was lecturer-subjects. The results showed that the student creativity variable was in the high category, the demotivating variable was in the low category, the disembodied behavior variable was in the moderate category, and the lecturer's communication effectiveness variable was in the very high category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Celebrity Endorsement dan Freebies Marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada UMKM di Kota Bandung. Objek penelitian ini diambil dari Masyarakat Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik judgement sampling dengan penarikan sampel berdasarkan karakteristik yang telah ditetapkan yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan atau masalah penelitian yang melibatkan 206 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dari celebrity endorsement dan freebies marketing sebagai variabel bebas dan minat beli sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS menunjukan bahwa Celebrity Endorsement (X1) dan Freebies Marketing (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) dengan menggunakan uji T dan Uji F. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan freebies marketing maka akan semakin tinggi pula minat beli konsumen.
