Abstract

The great potential of Indonesian tourism with its diversity of objects and attractions, supported by facilities and infrastructures as well as the potential of qualified human resources, made tourism as one of a major core businesses in Indonesia, especially in West Java . The developing tourism industry in Indonesia has spur a competition among the enterpreneur which involved in tourism business. It also has a great impact to Taman Bunga Nusantara, which is one of tourism objects in Cianjur and located strategically between the area of Jakarta-Bandung. The development of Taman Bunga Nusantara is quite good, but it deals with decreased numbers of tourists visit in the year 2006-2010. This is due to several factors, one of these factor is the competition among tourism businesses subject in Puncak and the opened access of Cipularang toll, therefore it impacts to several number of tourism objects in Puncak-Cianjur especially Taman Bunga Nusantara. Therefore, Taman Bunga Nusantara tries to attract visitors by offering a unique tour to emphasize the concept of nature. The independent variable (X) is distinctive capabilities which consists of two dimensions which are Reputation and Innovation. The dependent variable (Y), namely the decision to visit. The type of the study is descriptive verifikatif, and the method used was survey which use sistematic sampling technique, so it obtains 100 respondents of samples. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis test used was analyisis path (path analysis). The results showed that the distinctive capabilities provide a significant influence on the decision to visit. The biggest influence of distinctive capabilities of the Keputusan Berkunjung obtained through reputation and the smallest influence obtained through innovation. As for suggestions for the company in improving the decision to visit the Taman Bunga Nusantara is through the development of distinctive capabilities and a greater planning and innovative.

Abstract

Bandung city to increase tourist arrivals from year to year. It is characterized by several factors such as the products and services of varied tourism, construction of access roads to tourist spots, and increased hotel construction and recreation. Bandung city tourism destinations have varied as culinary tours, shopping, heritage, and educational tours. Educational tours in the city no less a role in the tourism industry, one of which is a museum. One of the interesting tourist attraction in the city of Bandung Asian-African Conference Museum is the reference and study materials by the academic community in terms of the uniqueness of certain aspects of the documentation or the documentation and imaginative thinking in the future, this is done by the museum to maintain the loyalty of its visitors. Therefore the Asian-African Conference Museum visitors maintain loyalty through brand community Friends of the Museum consists of consciousness of kind of kind (brand awareness), rituals and tradition (ritual and tradition), and moral responsibility (feeling of responsibility). Based on the above then do research on brand loyalty is seen from the community. The unit of analysis of this study is the Asian-African Conference Museum visitors as loyal visitors who take the program brand community Friends of the Museum. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification, this study done in less than one year, then the method used is the cross sectional method. The data used are primary data and secondary data through literature study and a questionnaire. To measure the influence of brand community loyalty used multiple regression analysis, the aim of this research to determine the influence of brand community loyalty. Based on the results of the descriptive assessment 100 respondents who obtain the greatest value in the moral community brand responsibility. While the greatest value on the loyalty of the visits between product lines and services. In verifikatif brand community consists of consciousness of kind of kind (brand awareness), rituals and tradition (ritual and tradition), and moral responsibility (feeling of responsibility) may partially affect loyalty, different relations simultaneously based on the results of the analysis that the consciousness of kind have a negative influence on loyalty

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai rendahnya keterikatan karyawan. Rendahnya rendahnya keterikatan karyawan menjadi salah satu perhatian yang perlu dicarikan solusinya. Salah satu yang membuat rendahnya rendahnya keterikatan karyawan adalah iklim kerja kurang kondusif. Iklim kerja yang kurang kondusif tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya ketidaksesuaian antara apa yang dicari oleh karyawan dengan tawaran perusahaan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, penghargaan intrinsik terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada hotel berbintang di Kota Subang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Explanatory Survey Method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala ordinal. Jumlah populasi berukuran 74 orang, yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan pada level non managerial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, dan penghargaan intrinsik terhadap keterikatan karyawan; 2) terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi internal terhadap keterikatan karyawan; 3) terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karir terhadap keterikatan karyawan dan; 4) terdapat pengaruh antara penghargaan intrinsik terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Atas dasar hasil penelitian di atas, rekomendasi yang diajukan harus ditingkatkan peran komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, dan penghargaan intrinsik di dalam aktivitas organisasi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, pembelajaran organisasional, inovasi organisasional terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan explanatory survey. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model persamaan struktural berbasis varian yang diproses dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS), dan ukuran sampel adalah 44 perusahaan. Kesimpulan Penelitian adalah Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Inovasi Organisasional, dan Kinerja Perusahaan sudah cukup baik namun Pembelajaran Organisasional masih belum baik; Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Pembelajaran Organisasional; Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Inovasi Organisasional; Pembelajaran Organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Inovasi Organisasional; Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; Pembelajaran Organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; Inovasi Organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Inovasi Organisasional secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui Pembelajaran Organisasional; Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui Inovasi Organisasional; dan Pembelajaran Organisasional berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya turnover karyawan yang diindikasikan manajemen belum fokus terhadap employee engagement. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan 49% karyawan not engaged (tidak terikat) artinya meskipun karyawan bekerja dengan baik akan tetapi memiliki niat untuk berhenti atau mencari pekerjaan baru dalam waktu dekat, mereka juga merasa kurang termotivasi untuk sukses saat bekerja di perusahaan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena sumber daya manusia menjadi sebuah sumber daya terbaik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal terhadap employee engagement. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif, verifikatif dan metode survey. Jumlah sampel 85 orang. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal terhadap employee engagament sebesar 62,25%. Secara parsial, kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 86,6%, dan komunikasi internal mempunyai pengaruh 49,2% terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

Bandung SMKN (vocational high school) resources are relatively diverse. These resourcesmust be identified if they are to be utilized by the vocational high school in their effort to planand make the implement of their education program better than other vocational high schools.Therefore it is necessary to analyze further the current condition of school resources as theresources theoretically can be developed to produce a competitive edge for the education unit.This research is focused on efforts to analyze the SMKN resources in Bandung with intentionto develop them to strengthen planning and implementation of vocational education. The resultof the research produced a model for implementation of vocational high school resources.This model focuses on education management practice, development and implementationof curriculum, development and implementation of learning resources, development andimplementation of teachers as human resources in the vocational high school.Keywords: Resources, strategy and school competitiveness, Vocational High School.

Abstract

AbstractDemands for productivity are getting higher. The tight competition among retailers causes companies that do not have high productivity to compete. Quality of HR is the key to success. The purpose of the study was to obtain an explanation of the influence of work discipline and organizational climate on the work productivity of employees at PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur, which numbered 59 employees randomly selected. The research method uses explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that productivity as one of the keys to compete in the retail industry is determined by work discipline and organizational climate that supports work productivity. Labor productivity is determined by internal and external dynamics in the form of organizational climate. The managerial implication is that the lack of productivity over employees causes low company productivity. Increase productivity as an option to support work productivity.Keywords : Work discipline; organizational climate; productivity; retailer industry AbstrakTuntutan terhadap produktivitas semakin tinggi. Persaingan yang cukup ketat diantara perusahaan retailer menyebabkan perusahaan yang tidak memiliki produktivitas tinggi kalah bersaing. Kualitas SDM menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh penjelasan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja para pegawai di PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur yang berjumlah 59 pegawai yang dipilih secara acak. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa produktivitas sebagai salah satu kunci untuk bersaing dalam industri retail ditentukan oleh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi yang mendukung produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas tenaga kerja ditentukan oleh dinamika internal dan eksternal berupa iklim organisasi. Implikasi manajerial adalah lemahnya produktivitas pegawai menyebabkan produktivitas perusahaan rendah. Meningkatkan produktivitas sebagai pilihan untuk mendukung produktivitas kerja.Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja; iklim organisasi; produktivitas; industri retailer

Abstract

The current business development is entering the industry era 4.0. To anticipate the development of the industry era 4.0, employee performance aspect in human resource management becomes very important. Problems in this research is the low innovative behavior of employees described by the phenomenon of decline and increase performance of employee performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (PTPN VIII) in Industrial era 4.0 in Indonesia. If the human resource problem is not addressed immediately, it will have an impact on the achievement of corporate management objectives which in turn also affect the performance, productivity, competitiveness and sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze employee perceptions on (1) the effectiveness of knowledge creation and the level of innovative behavior (2) Effect of the effectiveness of knowledge creation on the level of innovative behavior. The research method used a quantitative approach that is descriptive and verification through descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Respondents and research population are employees of PTPN VIII as many as 3999 people, with sample size of 364 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS 24 software tools. The findings of the research show that (1) Knowledge creation is in effective category and innovative behavior is in high category. (2) Knowledge creation has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior

Abstract

Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah kurang berkembangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan program keahlian otomatisasi tata kelola perkantoran SMKN 1 Garut yang terlihat dari nilai ulangan di bawah KKM. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan metode Team Games Tournaments dan Metode Team Assisted Individualization. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment dengan Pretest-Posttes Nonequivalent Design. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas X OTP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen I dengan metode Team Assisted Individualization dan X OTP 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas Eksperimen I dengan kelas Eksperimen II, namun kedua metode tersebut sama-sama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di SMKN 1 Garut. Hal ini terbukti dari N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen I sebesar 0.776 dan pada kelas eksperimen II sebesar 0.664 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Terlihat pada T-Test for Equality of Means bahwa nilai t-hitung 5.361 1.99444 t tabel, artinya ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa antara metode TGT dengan metode TAI.
