Abstract

Pragmatic transfer is currently the subject of research by many researchers. Sociopragmatic and linguistic pragmatic factors were discovered as aspects influencing practical transfers. The aim of this study is to examine the aspects that drive the development of pragmatic transfer. This study used the discourse completion test. This required interviewing 33 of his English students and 33 of her Arabic students. This research shows that there is a psychoparagmatic dimension to how foreign language learners use and influence the language they are learning in interacting with others. By observing the psychology of the languages ​​spoken by Arabic and English students in UIN Alauddin Makassar, the mental-practical aspects that were the focus of the researcher's analysis of this study were found to be social-practical. It had the same effect as the physical aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji Implementasi kebijakan Program Pembinaan dan Perlindungan Anak pada Unit Pelayanan Tekhnis Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan anak Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan yaitu penelitian Kualitatif, dengan melihat data-data yang deskriptif mengenai Kekerasan anak Pada Kantor Unit Pelayanan Tekhnis Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Gowa. Proses menganalisis data termasuk menafsirkan data yang sudah dilakukan analisa. Selain itu, analisis data juga termasuk teknik pengumpulan data karena proses pengumpulan data juga menentukan seberapa akurat data yang akan digunakan Langkah-langkah Teknik Pengolahan Data Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aspek aktor, dalam jaringan kebijakan program KLA dan PKSAI di Kabupaten Gowa, dinilai berhasil dibuktikan dengan keterlibatan actor yang telah cukup mamadai. Aktor pelaksana terdiri dari Sembilan SKPD, didukung organisasi antar pemerintah, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, serta lembaga kesejahteraan sosial anak. Aspek Fungsi jaringan dalam implementasi program KLA dan PKSAI di Kabupaten Gowa sudah cukup berhasil, menempatkan fungsi jaringan sebagai komunikasi dan kordinasi yang mterhubung dalam setiap Tindakan pelaksanan program perlindungan anak. Struktur Jaringan Kebijakan Publik dalam Implementasi Program Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Integratif di Kabupaten Gowa telah dilaksanakan dengan terbitnya keputusan Bupati nomor 240/ III/ 2017, terkait pembentukan tim Pembina dan tim teknis pusat kesejahteraan sosial anak integratif di Kabupaten Gowa. Pelembagaan dalam jaringan implementasi program Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Integratif (PKSAI) serta Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA) di Kabupaten Gowa, belum optimal dalam melaksanakan fungsi dari setiap Lembaga yang terkait dan Lembaga pemerintah kabupaten gowa maupun Lembaga swadaya masyarakat .

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the effectiveness of electronic attendance (finger print) on employee discipline, both in terms of attendance level, convenience and comfort in the attendance process and the application of electronic attendance (finger print) in making it easier for superiors to see employee discipline both in terms of attendance, as well as employee discipline. The results of the study show that the application of finger print attendance has increased employee work discipline, seen from the achievement of targets after the application of finger print attendance has been achieved, where it is known that there are still many employees who are disciplined at work such as arriving on time to the office. Adaptability, employees already understand the procedures regulations for using finger print attendance and being able to adjust from manual attendance to finger print attendance due to previous trials. Job satisfaction for employees is good because of additional employee income (TPP). While the responsibilities of the employees have progressed but not maximized, because there are still employees who leave the office after filling in absences for personal needs. has not increased, there are still many employees who come late to the office. This study discusses the effect of finger print absences on employee discipline. This research is motivated by the problem of the level of punctuality of employees when entering and leaving work, so that it becomes an interesting phenomenon to study. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the pragmatic failure in English and Arabic students at the UIN Alauddin Makassar's Faculty of Adab and Cultural Studies. The data for the study were gathered through observation, distribution of questionnaires in the form of a discourse completeness test (DCT), and interviews. Quantitative and qualitative research data were collected in this research. This study employed three statistical models or techniques: descriptive statistics, association rules (a priori algorithm), Chi Square, and qualitative analysis. The results shos that there are three kinds of pragmatic failure that produced by the English and Arabic students such as sociopragmatic, pragmalinguistic, and psychopragmatic aspects. In addition, The researcher suggests to the next researcher to study more deeply about the types of pragmatic failure in other fields.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the review of employee motivation at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, in which the author describes the results of observations and direct interviews with employees at Hotel Arborbiz Makassar. Writing this Final Project is the result of research conducted from June to July 2022.The results showed that the work motivation of employees at Hotel Arborbiz Makassar was seen from several factors that influenced employee motivation, such as promotions, work performance, the work itself, awards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penegakan aturan disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil berdasarkan PP No.53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada kantor Balai Penelitian Kehutanan Makassar. Dan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukuman disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil berdasarkan PP No.53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada kantor Balai Penelitian Kehutanan Makassar.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara sebagai berikut:Penelitian Pustaka(Library Reseacrh) adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui dokumen-dokumen tertulis, laporan-laporan, serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang erat kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian Lapang(Field Research) adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang sehubungan dengan penulisan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan aturan disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil dilihat dan kesanggupan pegawai dalam menaati kewajiban masih rendah, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran pegawai terhadap jam kerja, masih ada sebagian kecil pegawai yang menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu,serta pelayanan yang diberikan belum optimal. Penerapan sanksi di Balai Penelitian Kehutanan Makassar sudah sesuai dengan aturan disiplin PNS yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 tahun 2010, yang mana pemberian sanksi dilakukan sesuai dengan tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pegawai yang melanggar atau indisipliner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan mekanisme transaksi sewa guna usaha dan mengetahui teknik pembiayaan guna usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara,yaitu Peneliti akan mewawancarai pihak yang_berkaitan dengan prosedur pembuatan perjanjian bell sewa, bentuk perjanjian bell sewa,serta permasalahan apa timbul khususnya wanprestasi dan risiko serta bagaimana penyelesaiannya dalam pelaksanaan prosedur dan mekanisme proses transaksi sewa guna usaha di Makassar, bentuk pembiayaan sewa guna usaha kepada Staf P.T. Kredit plus Multi Finance Divisi Non Otomotif Makassar dan beberapa konsumen (Pembeli Sewa).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sewa guna usaha adalah kegiatan pembiayaan dalam bentuk penyediaan barang modal balk secara guna usaha dengan hak opsi (finance lease) maupun sewa guna usaha tanpa hak opsi (operating lease), untuk digunakan oleh lessee selama jangka waktu tertentu berdasarkan pembayaran secara berkala. Pihak pihak yang terlibat di dalam sewa guna usaha: Lessor adalah perusahaan leasing atau pihak yang memberikan jasa pembiayaan kepada pihak lessee dalam bentuk barang modal. Lessee adalah perusahaan atau pihak yang memperoleh pembiayaan dalam bentuk barang modal dan lessor. Supplier adalah perusahaan atau pihak yang mengadakan atau menyediakan barang untuk dijual kepada lessee dengan pembayaran secara tunai lh lessor.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal students' understanding of prepositions and describe the types that often confuse students. Field research is the activity of collecting baseline data for research purposes. This research was conducted using tests, questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. In this method, the author gives a test essay consisting of 30 questions. The test was given to 50 Xi SMA Hang Tuah Makassar class students to determine their understanding of English prepositions. The author proposes a questionnaire that attempts to identify the methods of language learning by students and the experience of students in learning languages. The author presents a questionnaire that attempts to identify the processes of language learning by students and the experience of students in learning languages.A preposition is a type of adjective that usually precedes its object. Prepositional properties include words expressing spatial relationships, such as y, in, on, under, over, too, from, through, etc. A noun always follows prepositions. These conjunctions show the relationship between the nouns that follow them and one of the main elements of the sentence. The noun or pronoun after the preposition is the object. The pronoun used in this position is always the object pronoun. This study showed that the average yield. of the correct answer for prepositions of place using in, on, and at can be calculated as 368/50 = 7.36. The result of using the wrong preposition is 382/50 = 7.64. These calculations show that the number of respondents who do not know how to use prepositions correctly is more excellent than those who do. Overall, this study shows that students' ability to use the prepositions in, on, and at to indicate time and place still needs to improve. But the average difference between correct and incorrect use is minimal. In other words, the results show that the ability to use prepositions in the XI SMA Hang Tuah Makassar class as respondents in this study were average.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Effectiveness of Employee Performance at Hasanuddin University, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture on the effectiveness of employee performance, as well as to determine the role of cultural influences on the effectiveness of the performance of postgraduate employees at Hasanuddin University. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by simple regression with the help of SPSS22.0 software for windows. The sample used is a saturated sample that uses all members of the population as a sample of 33 people.
