Abstract

The lungs are one of the important organs to carry out respiratory processes for humans, if the lungs abnormal it will have a negative impact on carrying out other activities. In this case the role of a pulmonary doctor is needed, but its existence in Central Java is still quite a bit and the spread tends to be in big cities. Puskesmas Cilongok 2 is one of the government’s efforts in promoting public health, but until now there has been no lung specialist or adequate medical equipment. Based on this problem, a system is needed which is able to help the community in recognizing the type of pulmonary disease with its handling. One of these application is a website based expert system. The application will be built by applying the forward chaining method. This application allows people to know the type of lung disease based on symptoms entered. In this study, the author uses the waterfall system development method. The results of this study were successfully made an application of expert system diagnosis of lung disease using forward chaining method which was tested on 30 respondents using a likert calculation and showing 86 percent

Abstract

The problem that occurs in the research entitled "Information System for Website-Based Student Attendance Information System Using Auto Generated QR Code (Case Study: SMK Bakti Purwokerto)" is that the attendance system currently running still applies the conventional system, namely by entering the attendance data from physical files into in digital files using the Microsoft Excel application. Then the difficulty of the teacher in carrying out attendance records is still inaccurate, because the picket officers only take the absent paper once a day in the morning during the first lesson. So that if there are students who skip school hours after attendance, they are still recorded as attending the teacher's recapitulation. The purpose of the research carried out by researchers was to build a website-based student attendance information system using an auto-generated QR Code at SMK Bakti Purwokerto in order to help school officers, especially for Student and Teachers, in the attendance process and recapitulation to be more accurate and efficient. The system development method used is the waterfall method using system design tools such as DFD and ERD. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based student attendance system using an auto-generated QR code, as for the calculation of the system testing using a Likert scale as a support to the questionnaire which shows the results of 84.14% in the very good category.

Abstract

Dimasa pandemik Covid-19, yang perlu dihindari adalah kontak secara langung maupun terhadap siapapun baik dalam lingkungan rumah maupun pekerjaan. Sistem informasi kehadiran yang masih menggunakan pembaca sidik jari cukup rentan dalam penyebaran virus ini, sehingga perlu dikembangkan sebuah alat untuk menghindari kontak fasilitas yang dipakai dan disentuh oleh orang banyak. Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (E-KTP) yang dimiliki oleh penduduk Indonesia di dalamnya terdapat chip yang dapat dibaca dengan RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) dapat digunakan sebagai pemicu atau pelatuk ID seorang karyawan, sehingga seseorang dapat meminimalisir untuk bersentuhan dengan objek atau fasilitas umum yang dapat mengantarkan atau menyebarkan virus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoode Prototyping yang mempunyai karakter perulangan, dari fase mendengarkan konsumen sampai dengan evaluasi, hal itu mendukung terciptanya sistem informasi kehadiran yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan diatas. Penelitian ini akan berdampak dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 yang dialami sekarang ini, sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah untuk dapat meminimalisir kontak dengan orang lain baik kontak langsung maupun tidak langsung berupa penggunaan sarana prasarana secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

Mempelajari al-quran hukumnya wajib bagi setiap muslim, untuk dapat membaca perlu pengenalan huruf hijaiyah sejak dini. Karena itu banyak orang tua yang mulai mengajarkan baca tulis dan mengaji Al-Qur’an kepada anaknya salah satunya di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak sangat perlu ditingkatkan baik secara intensitas dan medianya. Pembelajaran huruf hijaiyah sebagai ilmu dasar untuk membaca Alqur’an hal pertama yang dilakukan adalah mengenal dan hafal seluruh huruf hijaiyah. Dalam pembelajaran huruf hijaiyah sering kali media yang digunakan oleh guru dan orang tua hanya terbatas hanya pada buku pedoman baca tulis huruf hijaiyah dan juga poster–poster yang berisi huruf hijaiyah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara penulis dengan ustadzah hanifah,s.pd. selaku kepala Paud al-muttaqin diperoleh informasi bahwa proses pembelajaran mengaji, khususnya mengenalkan huruf hijaiyah belum mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, karena itu penulis bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun apikasi belajar huruf hijaiyah berbasis android untuk menarik minat belajar siswa terhadap huruf hijaiyah dan media pendukung pembelajaran bagi ustadzah. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu telah berhasil dibangun aplikasi media belajar huruf hijaiyah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the data storage time carried out by the DBMS on data that has been prepared with an increasing number of data, the data provided is consistent student data which will be stored with Stored Procedure and Function. This study uses the action research method which has 4 stages, starting with planning, action, observation and reflection. From the results of the experiments that have been carried out, it appears that Stored Procedure is able to outperform Function in data storage time. The data provided are 2 different types of data, each of which consists of 500, 2500, 4500 and 6500 data stages. This study also compares data storage that is differentiated by the computer between the data provider computer and the data storage computer or server, the result of which is the Stored Procedure. able to outperform Function in data storage speed.

Abstract

Ditengah pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan semua pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) atau online untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Pembuatan media pembalajaran yang mendukung pelaksanaan daring (dalam jaringan) sangat penting dan dibutuhkan oleh semua guru, begitu juga dengan guru-guru di Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (KB-TK) Kristen Purwokerto. Tujuan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan baru bagi guru-guru di Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (KB-TK) Kristen Purwokerto tentang pemanfaatan teknologi multimedia dalam mengolah dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran agar lebih menarik sehingga harapannya siswa tetap antusias dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) atau online. Media pembelajaran yang dibuat memanfaatkan aplikasi editor video Wondershare Filmora dan perekam layar Open Broadcaster Software (OBS). Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini para guru dapat mengimplementasikan aplikasi filmora tersebut untuk dapat mendukung pembuatan media pembelajaran selama pembelajaran daring dan menggunakan OBS sebagai cara penyampaian informasi tentang mata pelajaran yang baik dan menarik.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama University Al Ghazali Cilacap began to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support existing processes so as to produce accurate and fast information. In the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) governance, information is a very important asset for a company, both information related to management, finance, reports and other information. Leaks, damage, inaccuracies. The aim is to find out the extent of the completeness and maturity of Information Technology at Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University, Cilacap. However, they do not yet know whether their framework has met the requirements for the level of completeness and maturity of the application of the ISO 27001 standard. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an information system security audit to determine the current condition compared to the expected condition. In the process, the audit is carried out based on the ISO 27001 Standard which is applied in the form of an evaluation of the KAMI Index. A thorough assessment was carried out on five areas of information security using the US Index version 2.3 template from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kominfo). The audit results are in the form of recommendations for evaluating the completeness and maturity of the information security framework based on the ISO 27001 standard.

Abstract

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) adalah peraturan desa yang memuat sumber-sumber penerimaan dan alokasi pengeluaran desa dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Dalam usaha mewujudkan good government, pemerintah mengupayakan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk penyimpanan, pengolahan dan menyajikan informasi. E-Government merupakan upaya pemanfaatan dan pendayagunaan telematika untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan cost-effective pemerintahan, memberikan berbagai jasa pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara lebih baik, menyediakan akses informasi kepada publik secara lebih luas, dan menjadikan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan lebih bertanggung jawab (accountable) serta transparan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang e-government pengelolaan APBDes dengan menggunakan Extreme Programming sebagai metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak dan tanggap terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah berupa rancangan e-government pengelolaan APBDes berupa diagram usecase, diagram aktivitas, dan diagram urutan. Dengan adanya rancangan e-government APBDes ini diharapkan APBDes dapat dikelola dengan baik dan terbuka atau transparan, serta mempermudah proses pelaporan sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui secara jelas pengelolaan dan penggunaan APBDes dan masyarakat mampu menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik sebagai pengawas pengelolaan dan penggunaan APBDes.

Abstract

The development of information technology in Indonesia is growing rapidly in various existing sectors, including the tourism sector. The tourism sector is a sector in the field of government that has a great opportunity to increase the country's foreign exchange. The Government of Pemalang Regency through the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office (DISPARPORA) of Pemalang Regency has implemented website-based information technology to disseminate information about tourism and culinary objects in Pemalang Regency. This study aims to evaluate and redesign the website from a front-end perspective. Completeness of website content is still the main problem on the Pemalang Regency Tourism website. The User Centered Design (UCD) method was used in developing the design in this study, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was applied for evaluation. Evaluation was carried out twice to 96 respondents, where the first evaluation obtained an average SUS score of 67.43 and the second evaluation was 75.84. The results of this study proved that there was an increase in the average SUS score of 8.41, which means that the design improvements on the website can be well received by users

Abstract

Scheduling courses is a common problem in tertiary institutions, including clashes between lecturers' teaching time, students' rooms, and classes. This study proposes the development of a course scheduling application to overcome lecturers' teaching schedule conflicts, classroom, and student. The course scheduling application developed is website-based, making it easier for users to run the application because it can be accessed using a browser. The application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage media, while the system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The RAD method is used because the RAD method emphasizes the development cycle with a short time. The test results using white-box testing show that the developed application is in line with expectations, and no errors were found in all features. The trial results used 265 lecturers' teaching assignment data with the availability of 65 classes, it only took 561 seconds, and no clashes occurred. This scheduling application can process quite a lot of course schedules in a reasonably short time. The results of this study are a website-based course scheduling application that can overcome the problems of lecturer schedule conflicts, student schedule conflicts, teaching time conflicts and lecture room conflicts.
