Abstract

This study is aimed at acknowledging the percentage of pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers as alumni at the Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah in schools and Madrasahs throughout North Aceh District. This research on tracer study is a quantitative descriptive study through a survey approach. Respondents were alumni of the Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah graduating in 2006-2010 who worked as teachers in schools and Madrasahs in North Aceh District, with a sample of 25 PAI teachers; taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by inputting data from questionnaires, then analyzed statistically, presented in graphical form, and finally concluded. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education graduates was categorized well with a percentage of 79.67%. Teacher's personality competence is a very good category by obtaining the highest percentage of 84.50%. Teacher's social competency reaches 81.74%, this percentage is also a very good category. Teacher professional competence has a percentage of 80.67%, indicating a very good category.

Abstract

This research aims (1). to describe the marketing planning of educational services based on religious culture at SMAN 1 Bukit, (2). To describe the implementation of the marketing of educational services based on religious culture at SMAN 1 Bukit and (3). To describe the evaluation of the marketing of educational services based on religious culture at SMAN 1 Bukit, the type of research used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation, the results of the research show that (1). Marketing planning for education services at SMAN 1 Bukit is carried out by holding a coordination meeting with all school members to discuss, time, strategies used in marketing education services based on religious culture and forming an implementing committee. (2) the implementation of the marketing of educational services based on religious culture at SMAN 1 Bukit was carried out using 3 strategies namely; a. marketing services internally with the target audience, teachers, students and alumni; b. Marketing services externally by providing information to the public in general regarding programs, achievements and activities at schools which are carried out through activity events such as bazaars and social services, providing information is also carried out through social media schools and teachers; c. An assessment of the marketing of religiously and culturally based educational services at SMAN 1 Bukit was conducted throughout the activity, and at its conclusion, the results of the assessment of marketing activities had a favorable effect, namely a notable increase in the number of students enrolling at SMAN 1 Bukit for the 2023–2024 academic year.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran SMAN 1 Bukit terhadap layanan pendidikan berbasis budaya religi, dan (2). Mendiskusikan bagaimana SMAN 1 Bukit telah mengimplementasikan pemasaran layanan pendidikan berbasis budaya religi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengevaluasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan berbasis budaya religi di SMAN 1 Bukit. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). perencanaan pemasaran jasa pendidikan di SMAN 1 Bukit dilakukan dengan mengadakan rapat koordinasi dengan semua warga sekolah untuk membahas, waktu, strategi yang digunakan dalam pemasaran pendidikan jasa berbasis budaya religius dan pembentukan panitia pelaksana. (2) pelaksanaan pemasaran jasa pendidikan berbasis budaya religius di SMAN 1 Bukit dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 strategi yaitu; a. pemasaran jasa secara internal dengan target sasaran, guru, siswa dan alumni; b. Pemasaran jasa secara eksternal dengan memberikan informasi ke masyarakat secara umum menganai program, prestasi dan kegiatan di sekolah yang dilakukan melalui event kegiatan seperti bazar dan bakti sosial, pemberian informasi juga dilakukan melalui media sosial sekolah dan guru; c. evaluasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan berbasis budaya religius di SMAN 1 Bukit dilakukan dengan monitoring pada saat kegiatan berlangsung dan evaluasi diakhir kegiatan pemasaran jasa pendidikan, hasil evaluasi kegiatan pemasaran mendapatkan dampak positif yaitu bertambahnya siswa yang mendaftar di SMAN 1 Bukit secara signifikan pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan implementasi integrasi  nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dan faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya dalam pembelajaran pada  jurusan PGMI PTKIN di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian seluruh dosen pengampu mata kuliah ilmu pengetahuan umum berjumlah 13 orang, dengan rincian 7 orang Dosen PGMI, 3 orang Dekan FTIK dan 3 orang Ketua Prodi PGMI dari masing-masing PTKIN.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi di lokasi penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan metode reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam pembelajaran jurusan PGMI PTKIN di Aceh yaitu; pembentukan ilmu nilai Akhlaq (Karakter, sikap, Peningkatan Nilai keimanan  (‘aqîdah), dan peningkatan pemahaman  nilai ibadah (hukum-hukum). Faktor pendukung implementasi integrasi Pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembelajaran jurusan PGMI di PTKIN di Aceh adalah kebijakan para pimpinan, kreativitas dosen, forum diskusi, lingkungan, dan letak kampus yang strategis.  Sementara faktor penghambatnya adalah  sumber daya dosen belum memadai, sistem akademik kampus, sarana dan prasarana, serta latar belakang siswa yang beragam.

Abstract

This research aims to delve into the strategies employed by preacher (dai) to enhance interest and understanding in Islamic Religious Education within small groups, particularly in the Majelis Taklim Muslimat Baiturrahman in Lhokseumawe. The study encompasses efforts to comprehend the dynamics of small groups and seeks holistic and diverse approaches to religious education. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research utilizes participatory observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data is collected from members of the study group and religious teachers to gain a profound understanding of the strategies employed. Data analysis employs an interactive qualitative approach to detail comprehensive findings. The research findings indicate that religious teachers actively employ three main strategies: 1) Interactive discussions create a collaborative environment that enhances active participation and enriches the learning experience. 2) Inspirational lectures elicit emotional stimulation by linking the subject matter to everyday life. 3) Question-and-answer approaches stimulate critical thinking and responsiveness to individual learning needs. The impacts of these strategies include increased interest in learning, the development of deeper understanding, and the formation of a sense of unity among participants. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that religious teachers undergo training in implementing innovative strategies that can better adapt to the dynamics of small groups. Additionally, the results offer guidance for the development of instructional strategies focusing on participant engagement and the relevance of religious concepts in everyday life.
