Abstract

 The problem of the motive or ideological pattern of da'wah that is scattered, both in the real and virtual world, has prompted the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in 2017 to set guidelines for preachers in Indonesia. These guidelines are intended to be a code of ethics for da'i who carry out da'wah activities in Indonesia. This qualitative research in the form of a literature study intends to identify the dimensions of mainstreaming religious moderation values in the orientation of da'wah in Indonesia as formulated by the MUI. This study uses a normative-philosophical approach. The analytical theory used, namely four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of anti-radicalism values, national commitment, tolerance, and accommodative to local culture. The results of the study conclude that there are dimensions of mainstreaming religious moderation values, dimensions of religious moderation values in da'wah orientation in Indonesia which were formulated by the Indonesian Ulema Council. First, the value of anti-radicalism in the orientation of religious-humanist Islamic religious character formation. Second, the value of national commitment and tolerance in the orientation of forming a nationalist and pluralist Islamic religious character. Third, the accommodative value of culture in the orientation of forming an innovative and harmonious Islamic religious character. The theoretical implication of this research shows that the prophetic Islamic social values contained in the da'wah orientation can be objectified in the life of a country that has a pluralistic social and religious background.

Abstract

Integrasi kurikulum merupakan suatu upaya pengembangan kurikulum dengan memadukan antara kurikulum agama dan kurikulum umum. Dalam proses pembelajarannya terintegrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan ke dalam setiap materi pelajaran. Pengembangan kurikulum keagamaan dapat dilakukan melalui kurikulum muatan lokal, sesuai dengan aturan yang ada dan tetap mengacu pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Upaya integrasi kurikulum dilakukan tidak hanya terkait dengan isi materi, tetapi hingga metode hingga pengevaluasiannya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui langkah dalam mengimplementasikan integrasi kurikulum di TK  Al Manar Kabupaten Bener Meriah, strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam mengimplementasikan integrasi kurikulum di TK  Al Manar Kabupaten Bener Meriah,  faktor pengdukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan integrasi kurikulum di TK  Al Manar Kabupaten Bener Meriah, upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan pengimplementasian integrasi kurikulum di TK  Al Manar Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif.  Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan di analisis dengan cara trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa langkah-langkah implementasi integrasi kurikulum di TK Al Manar yaitu: merumuskan kesamaan visi, misi serta tujuan sekolah sesuai dengan kriteria pendidikan islam terpadu, menyusun kurikulum yang relevan dengan visi, misi serta tujuan sekolah, keteladanan guru dan seluruh tenaga kerja TK Al Manar mencerminkan keshalehan, menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan religius saat proses belajar mengajar, Membuat laporan kegiatan siswa sebagai sarana memutaba`ah kegiatan siswa seperti shalat, tahsin, dan tahfiz.  Strategi Pembelajaran Integratif di TK Almanar yaitu: Perencanaan, program harian, tahunan, dan  semester . Faktor pendukung  guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya adalah adanya komitmen yang kuat dan teguh. Faktor penghambat adalah ketidaksepahamaman sebagian orang tua siswa terhadap visi, misi serta tujuan yang ditetapkan sekolah. Upaya-upaya mengatasi hambatan pengimplementasian integrasi kurikulum di TK Al Manar yaitu sebagai berikut: mengefektifkan kerjasama dengan wali siswa melalui program-program kegiatan, pengajian dan  diskusi.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine and explain how the planning of lecturer quality development was carried out by the State Islamic Colleges in Aceh. This study used qualitative design with three State Islamic Colleges in Aceh as the objects and locations. The data was obtained through interview and documentation techniques from related officials of the colleges concerned. The results showed that the planning of lecturer quality development of the universities had been set in their strategic plan with three focuses, they are plans to turn lecturers into experts in their fields; plans to develop lecturer expertise; and plans to increase research and community service. The institutions generally have the same commitment to make various good and sufficient plans for the development of the lecturer quality both in terms of capacity and professionalism, however there are two important aspects that determine policy makers in determining their plans.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan bagaimana perencanaan pengembangan kualitas dosen yang dilakukan oleh Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan tiga Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri di Aceh sebagai objek dan lokasi. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi dari pejabat perguruan tinggi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pengembangan kualitas dosen telah diatur dalam dokumen rencana strategis dengan tiga fokus, yaitu rencana menjadikan dosen ahli di bidangnya; rencana pengembangan keahlian dosen; dan rencana peningkatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Ketiga institusi yang dikaji secara umum memiliki komitmen yang sama untuk membuat berbagai perencanaan yang baik dan memadai untuk pengembangan kualitas dosen baik dari sisi kapasitas maupun profesionalisme, namun terdapat dua aspek penting yang memengaruhi pengambil kebijakan dalam menentukan perencanaannya.Keywords: Islamic higher education, Aceh, lecturer, competence, quality, planning

Abstract

This study examines the movement of modernization of education dayah in recent decades. The object of this research is centered on Dayah Modern Education Foundation Arun Lhokseumawe, which is a dayah that has successfully developed the education system by using the approach of modern spirituality reality while maintaining the quality of education. This research uses qualitative approach through case study model design. Based on the findings of researchers concluded that modernization is carried out the system of vision-mission elaboration, implementation and elaboration of dayah curriculum that combines the national curriculum (school) with the local curriculum (dayah) that supports the perfection of the teaching and learning system, learning tools or media used, teaching and learning methods used, as well as a modern evaluation or assessment system to know the success rate of student learning, or santriwan and santriwati. The process of modernization of education in modern dayah Arun Education Foundation began with the establishment of MTs and MA dayah modern YAPENA in 2009 as an application of the vision of realizing a quality modern dayah to give birth to a generation of Muslims who believe and fear.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) upaya peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Hifzh Qur’an pada Rumah Tahfidz Insan Qur’ani (2) bentuk pelaksanaan peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Hifzh Qur’an pada Rumah Tahfidz Insan Qur’ani (3)  faktor pendukung dan penghambat terhadap peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Hifzh Qur’an pada Rumah Tahfidz Insan Qur’ani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pimpinan rumah ahfidz, komite, guru/ustadz/ustadzah, sekretaris/wakil, dan bendahara. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.  Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian  sebagai berikut: (1) upaya peningkatan mutu pemebelajaran meliputi: training upgrading untuk guru/ustadz/ustadzah, pembinaan SDM, memberikan kajian keislaman kepada guru/ustadz/ustadzah, meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru/ustadz/ustadzah, (2) bentuk pelaksanaan peningkatkan mutu pembelajaran  pertama memberikan bimbingan penuh pada santri, mengecek buku muttaba’ah santri, mengecek kehadiran santri, memadukan kurikulum  daerah dengan kurikulum yayasan, mengadakan wisuda tahfidzul qur’an, mengadakan lomba antar santri rumah tahfidz, memberikan reward, ujian/evaluasi, pembiasaan menabung dan wajib infaq, kedua menyetor hafalan, mengadakan les tambahan, tahsin dan tahfidz, penerapan pembelajaran bahasa arab, pembiasaan pembelajaran akidah akhlak, karantina pada bulan ramadhan ketiga, mewajibkan para santri untuk mengulang dan menambah hafalan di rumah, penugasan praktek ibadah.

Abstract

Success a management cannot be separated from management principles which formed the basis and the value of the management itself. Principles in management should be resilient, it needs to be considered in accordance with the special conditions and situational change. The general notion of management is an activity to achieve the goals that have been determined (getting things done through the effort of other people). Effective leadership is based on those they lead (conditions and situations). The leadership in Islamic educational institutions will be very effective in accordance with the conditions and situations that arise at the time. There is no effective leadership style but with the situation and the growing conditions. In the management of Islamic educational institutions must have some component of the right to produce a proper and prudent performance include planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling.

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam pernikahan adat Gayo. Dengan menerapkan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, studi ini mengajukan temuan bahwa ada beberapa tahapan dalam proses pernikahan adat budaya Gayo, yakni muginte, segenap dan begenap, begur, mujule mas, mah bei  dan munenes. Studi ini menemukan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam setiap tahapan dalam proses pernikahan tersebut. Secara umum, dalam proses pernikahan tersebut terkandung nilai keimanan, ibadah, akhlak dan sosial. Sampai saat ini, adat budaya Gayo, terutama tradisi pernikahan, dimana terdapat banyak nilai pendidikan di dalamnya, terus diwariskan oleh generasi tua ke generasi muda melalui keteladanan, pembinaan keagamaan, dan pembiasaan. Usaha penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut akhirnya mampu memunculkan masyarakat yang islami. Pewarisan budaya dalam masyarakat Gayo terus berlangsung sampai saat ini. Kata Kunci: nilai, pendidikan Islam, pernikahan, tradisi Gayo Abstract: This study examines the extent to which Islamic Educational Values plays in Gayo marriage tradition. By applying a qualitative research methodology where data is obtained through observation, interview and documentation, this study proposes findings that there are several stages in the process of  Gayo tradition cultural marriage, they are muginte, segenap and begenap begur, mujule mas, mah bei and munenes. This study finds out that there are Islamic educational values in each stage of the marriage. In general, the marriage process contains values of faith, worship, morals and social. Until now, Gayo cultural tradition, especially the tradition of marriage, where there are many Islamic educational values in it, it is continued to be passed on by the older generation to the younger generation through exemplary, religious guidance and habituation. The effort to cultivate these values has finally been able to create an Islamic society, the heritage of which continues to the present time in the Gayo community. Keywords: values, Islamic education, marriage, Gayo tradition

Abstract

The educational environment or also known as Tri Centa Pendidikan as an Education Center consisting of family, school, and community is a place where formal and non-formal educational interactions take place. The family as the first place has the responsibility to provide the initial foundation in education that colors the daily life of a child's personal life towards adulthood for the rest of his life. Schools as formal educational institutions are entrusted with the responsibility to continue children's education in developing talents and interests so that they become self-directed. Both families, schools and communities play a very important role and are responsible for supervising, directing, and providing the education they have received from adults or the surrounding environment. These three educational environments will greatly determine the development of children, whether good or bad, the role of parents, teachers and the surrounding community will affect the child's development. imitating and playing an active role in maturation of children's personal development through social interactions in daily life without us realizing that children will grow and develop both physically and spiritually and continue to experience continuous changes throughout life.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process that is happening right now really needs more attention from teachers and parents considering the COVID-19 pandemic which requires students to study at home. All of that certainly cannot be separated from the involvement of teachers in Islamic religious education. The objectives of this research are: 1) How is the existence of Islamic religious education teachers in the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. 2) What is the pattern of Islamic Religious Education teachers in providing the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of field study (field research), while the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it was found that: 1) The existence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City was not carried out properly, because existing facilities and learning media for Islamic religious education were incomplete, making the learning process only takes place in a few weeks and even then outside of the role of a teacher that should be done, because teachers do not use schedules, syllabus or lesson plans during the covid period, only revolve around sending modules in the form of learning materials and assignments. 2) The pattern of teachers providing an understanding of Islamic religious education learning for children facing the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City is carried out in two ways, namely through direct visits to students' homes and providing an understanding of the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for teachers in Lhokseumawe City by using an online pattern (in the network). With this pattern the learning process can be carried out without face to face even though there are obstacles such as the internet network.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and evaluation of quality development of PTAIN lecturers in Aceh. A qualitative research method and descriptive approach is applied in the research. The research result shows that the implementation of quality development of PTAIN lecturers in Aceh is done by referring to the strategic plan or programs prepared at the beginning of the year. The forms of implementation of lecturer quality development include room visits, inspection to lecturers’ learning devices, and providing opportunities for lecturers to increase their competence and professionalism through various exercises and benchmarking to other leading Islamic universities. The evaluation for the lecturers quality development is carried out through routine meetings, weekly, mid semester, and annually at the beginning of academic year. The results of the evaluation will become supplementary materials for the institutions in following up the lecturers’ performance on the lecturers’ daily activities. The development carried out to the lecturers are in the form of admonition, providing training and development to increase the lecturers’ competence and professionalism, and also doing routine religious lectures.
