Abstract

Desa Lohia adalah sebuah desa wisata dekat Danau Napabale, serta Pantai Meleura, tujuan wisata populer di Kabupaten Muna. Karena Kawasan desa Lohia berjarak lebih dari 2 (dua) kilometer dari Kota Muna Kurnag, ada program yang tersedia bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke desa tersebut. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk menciptakan mitra yang akan menjadi pusat model pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat jangka panjang dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa wisata di Desa Mangunan melalui taktik komunikasi pariwisata. Berikut ini adalah beberapa teknik yang digunakan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat: Program pelatihan pengabdian masyarakat dihasilkan menggunakan teknik yang disederhanakan, khususnya dengan melakukan sarasehan dan percakapan santai/informal agar masyarakat tidak terbebani dengan materi pelatihan. Materi pelatihan yang disampaikan meliputi berbagai studi kasus dan praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan desa pariwisata, memberikan peserta pelatihan gambaran umum tentang isu dan taktik yang harus dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari pendekatan pelatihan yang mencakup dialog informal adalah untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif yang lebih besar dan perhatian dari peserta. Penguatan Desa Wisata Kungkuk merupakan konsekuensi dari upaya ini, yang dilakukan melalui pembangunan dan pengembangan forum pariwisata yang tangguh. Berdasarkan pengamatan, strategi kelompok sadar wisata untuk memperkuat desa wisata napabale dan desa wisata pantai maleura telah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini didukung dengan temuan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan beberapa informan, yang menyatakan bahwa strategi tersebut telah dilakukan dengan baik hanya dalam penerapannya, yaitu kurangnya koordinasi antara pokdarwis dan masyarakat, sehingga masih ada masyarakat di sana. Abstract

Desa Wajajayaya merupakan salah satu desa yang belum melakukan penataan administrasi pemerintahan desa sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Permendagri Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pedoman Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk menciptakan keteraturan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, desa harus memiliki Buku Administrasi Umum, Buku Administrasi Kependudukan, Buku Administrasi Keuangan, Buku Administrasi Pembangunan, dan Administrasi Lainnya sesuai kebutuhan desa. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pembinaan kepada aparat pemerintahan desa Wajajaya Kecamatan Lasalimu Selatan Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Hasil Pengabdian ini, aparatur pemerintah desa Wajajaya dapat memahami dan mengetahui tentang tata kelola administrasi pemerintahan desa yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan Permendagri No 47 tahun 2016, administrasi pemerintahan desa di desa Wajajaya yang selama ini tidak lengkap, tidak tertata dan teratur, berubah menjadi lebih baik dengan terciptanya buku-buku administrasi pemerintahan desa, yang secara terus menerus diisi oleh staf kantor desa untuk mengahasilkan data dan informasi desa yang up-todate dan akurat.

Abstract

Media sosial telah terbukti sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran bisnis. Platform media sosial saat ini mencakup situs-situs seperti YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, dan lainnya. Aplikasi media sosial memiliki potensi tersendiri dan dapat menguntungkan bila digunakan untuk pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan UMKM sebagai mana dilakukan pertama yaitu mengumpulkan informasi unutk mengetahui kondisi lokasi dan kebutuhan riil. Selanjutnya tim pengbadian melakukan dalam dua tahap, pertama melakukan edukasi, tujuannya memberikan pengatahuan tentang pentingnya menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital. Kedua, melakukan pengembangan model pemasaran. Model pemasaran ini sudah didesain oleh tim pengabdian sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi pelaku UMKM strategi pengembangan ini mengacu pada strategi pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Tourism potential of Baubau City tends to be unable to compete in promotion with several other regions. Tourism policies carried out by local governments have not been able to make tourism as the main asset of the City of Baubau. This study examines the role of community social media in the promotion of tourism in the City of Baubau, especially on Instagram social media accounts. The study focused on Instagram accounts that have tourism content, and conducted searches that have the most posts about attractions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Next to check the validity of the data, what the researchers did was to make prior observations on various relevant Instagram accounts at random. Then the data that has been obtained is confirmed, described, categorized which views are the same, different and which are specific from the data sources. Finally, the data are analyzed by researchers to produce conclusions. The analysis technique used by these researchers is the analysis of source and content triangulation techniques. The results showed that the community account on Instagram is very helpful in providing promotion for tourism in the City of Baubau, besides the popular hashtags that are used to make it easy for people to get information about content, location and access to several tourism objects in the City of Baubau.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze netizen discussions on social media about political choices and 2024 Presidential Candidates. The data were collected through online participant observation using the Drone Emprit Academic program and Gephi tools as visualization from September 1, 2022, to December 15, 2022. Social Network Analysis (SNA) was employed as a data-gathering approach by Drone Emprit Academic (DEA), Universitas Islam Indonesia. The study found that degree centrality calculations can be used to identify prominent individuals. The @abu_waras node was identified as having the highest degree centrality value, indicating significant influence within the network. However, its follower rank was low, suggesting that popularity needs to be increased. The @ChsnulCh_ node had a high popularity value but a lower degree centrality value, indicating popularity but insufficient influence in the project. This study highlights the potential of quantitative approaches like SNA for analyzing social media conversations and identifying influential actors. However, it also emphasizes the importance of considering both influence and popularity values when evaluating the significance of individual actors within the network.

Abstract

In studying in higher education to get a bachelor's degree that students want to achieve, they are required to make an ilimiah or Thesis paper. Students who compile the thesis experience stress because they are unable to overcome the challenges they face. It is caused by internal causes and external causes, internal causes there is a level of ability and level of student intelligence. Then the insistence of the family, the demands of the campus, and financial problems are the external causes. Therefore, students need a supervisor to complete the thesis, a form of solving the problem, namely good communication between students and supervisors so that the relationship between students and good thesis supervisors can facilitate student tasks in compiling a thesis. Based on the type of data obtained in this study, the authors used quantitative methods using descriptive research methods to describe the results of the research conducted. In this study the authors used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reability tests, normality tests, heteroskedasity tests, simple linear regression analysis, t (partial) tests and determinant tests with the help of SPSS Application version 22. With a total population of 100 students and a sample of 50 respondents. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Communication Relations Interpersonal Student Supervisor to Psychological Pressure in Compiling a Thesis, this means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

Abstract

Waara Village, Central Buton Regency, is one of Indonesia's villages with tourism potential that has not been optimally developed. This activity aims to examine the training of tourism potential development in Waara Village and its impact on sustainable tourism management. The training method used in developing tourism villages is a participatory approach, where the community is actively involved in planning and implementing tourism village development programs. Participation and participation of the community and stakeholders are also very important in developing sustainable tourism and preserving the environment and local culture. After identifying tourism potential, the next step is to strengthen the capacity of the community through training and development of tourism management skills that can be done through extensive training by various institutions, such as the government, NGOs, and academic institutions, which can encourage the development of tourism potential and stimulate local economic growth.

Abstract

Culinary tourism has become a potential sector in the Indonesian economy, especially in Baubau City. However, the development of technology and social media advances has made Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have to have skills in utilizing social media to promote their culinary products. Training on culinary tourism development through social media is one way to improve the quality and competitiveness of MSME culinary products in Baubau City. Effective training methods can be carried out through practical and classroom training conducted by experienced and skilled instructors. Training materials can include effective marketing strategies through social media, techniques for taking attractive food photos, and basic concepts of marketing through social media. The benefits obtained by MSMEs after attending the training include improving the quality and competitiveness of products, the ability to use social media for promotion, and developing marketing networks. Training on culinary tourism development through social media can provide a positive contribution to improving the Indonesian economy, especially in Baubau City.

Abstract

This research examines the media consumption pattern and preferences among young adults, emphasizing the importance of udnerstanding their engagement with media. Using a survey methid, the data were taken from 50 respondents by considering specific criteria of young adults. The data were taken by using questionnaire through a close-ended questionnaire. the findings reveal that young adults engage with various media platforms, with streaming services and social media being the most popular choices. They spend a significant amount of time consuming media content, primarily in the range of 2-4 hours per day. The preferred media genres include entertainment, music, news, sports, and lifestyle, among others. Infuencers on the media also plays significant role in shaping the attitude and behavior of young adults.

Abstract

Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat setempat dengan menumbuhkan pemahaman dan apresiasi terhadap warisan budaya, tradisi, dan nilai-nilai mereka. Program ini menekankan pentingnya melestarikan dan menjaga aset budaya dan situs bersejarah. Selain itu, hal ini juga menyoroti perlunya keseimbangan antara pengembangan pariwisata dan konservasi lingkungan. Prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan komponen inti dari program pelatihan ini. Para peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan limbah, konservasi energi, dan pelestarian alam. Mereka juga belajar tentang perencanaan dan pengembangan produk pariwisata berkelanjutan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai dan aspirasi masyarakat. Program ini menekankan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pariwisata. Pengembangan keterampilan merupakan area fokus utama dalam program pelatihan ini. Para peserta menerima pelatihan dalam berbagai keterampilan yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata, seperti pemandu wisata, manajemen acara, manajemen homestay, dan produksi kerajinan tangan. Mereka dididik untuk memberikan layanan pelanggan yang sangat baik dan komunikasi yang efektif dengan wisatawan. Selain itu, pelatihan tentang kebersihan, keamanan, dan pengelolaan lingkungan memastikan pengalaman pengunjung yang positif. Melalui proses evaluasi yang komprehensif, program ini dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk memastikan efektivitas dan dampak positifnya terhadap potensi pariwisata dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
