Abstract

The complexity of life is increasing in a sophisticated way. The evolution of human civilization from primitive conditions to being completely technological is a reality that cannot be denied. This is due to talking about a civilization certainly will not be separated from people's lives as a continuous activity. The development of technology directs the activities of life to always look for opportunities behind the crevices of creative thinking piles of each individual. Therefore, the chance of getting these opportunities is getting smaller. Especially if we focus our study in the context of da'wah (an invitation to Islam) which is a noble activity to invite people on the right path according to the religious guidance that God commands through the great prophet Muhammad PBUH and its truth is highly recognized. Therefore, this paper discussed about management strategies that are correlated with Da'wah because preaching with a noble vision will not be successful without good management and strategy.

Abstract

The Reinforcement of Islamic Community Development Study Program through community empowerment based on Life Skills Education and Intermediate Technology can be one solution to overcome unemployment while preparing prospective Community Development graduates. Moreover, life skills education and other intermediate technologies can serve as an alternative program which is able to provide appropriate basic training for students about the values of life and daily survival tips so that they are able and skilled to carry out the required things in life when they return to the society. From the description of the aforementioned issue, the researcher was intrigued to conduct a study by formulating the research objectives to achieve which were summarized in the general research problem namely The Empowerment of Community Development Study Program through Life Skills Education and Intermediate Technology. In order to achieve the research objectives, a research method was required as a concept and the base for analyzing and summarizing the research results. The current study employed a qualitative approach, while the type of the research was field research which can also be considered as a broad approach in qualitative research or as a method for collecting qualitative data. The reinforcement process of Islamic Community Development Study Program students in Faculty of Da'wah, IAIN Jember by BBLKI Jember Regency through life skills education included activities to foster activeness and to motivate students in choosing methods and media for life skills education accompanied with: Practical Activities and Evaluations. Meanwhile, for the tangible activities, there were small industries, small and medium scale entrepreneurship development, monitoring, life skills education, and intermediate technology. The Work and Industrial Training Empowerment Model in Jember was divided into three levels, namely micro, meso, and macro in which the approach was a combination of a task-centered approach, the use of groups as an intervention medium, and an empowerment directed at a broader environmental system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan life skills. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah research and development yang dikembangkan Borg dan Gall dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Prosedur pengembangan dipetakan menjadi tahap pra-pengembangan, pengembangan,  dan penerapan model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan (1) Model evaluasi life skills education (ELSEd) meliputi komponen input, proses, dan hasil pendidikan life skills, (2) Evaluasi model ELSEd memiliki kepekaan yang baik terhadap objek yang diteliti dan mengungkap data yang dihasilkan, (3) Tingkat koherensi instrument ELSEd sesuai dengan rancangan, (4) Karakteristik Model ELSEd berbeda dengan evaluasi model lain, (5) Reliabilitas butir ketiga komponen evaluasi bernilai antara 0,826 - 0,975 dan validitas konstruk untuk semua komponen pada model ELSEd ini diketahui nilai chi square sebesar:  4,188-191,686; p-value: 0,063-0,241; dan  nilai RMSEA: 0,029-0,076. Oleh karena nilai p-value lebih besar dari 0,05 dan RMSEA kurang dari 0,08 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa model Life Skills Education (ELSEd) adalah cocok dan fit, (6) Kelebihan model ELSEd yaitu komprehensif, sederhana, fleksibel, efektif, dan life skills oriented. Kata kunci: pengembangan, model, evaluasi, program, life skills, Pendidikan Luar Sekolah ______________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING AN EVALUATION MODEL OF LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM OF NON FORMAL EDUCATIONAbstractThis study aims to develop an evaluation model of life skills education. The development model used is research and development which is developed by Borg and Gall by using a quantitative approach. The development procedure is mapped into the pre-development, development, and application of the model . Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Evaluation model of life skills education (ELSEd) includes component inputs , processes , and result of life skills education , (2) The ELSEd Evaluation models have a good sensitivity to the object under study and reveal the resulted data, (3) the level of coherence of the ELSEd instrument is in accordance with the design, (4) Characteristics of ELSEd models are different from other models of evaluation, (5) The item reliability of the three evaluation components are between 0.826 to 0.975 and construct validity for all components in ELSEd model are chi square value of : 4.188 to 191.686; p - value : 0.063 to 0.241; and the value of RMSEA: 0.029 to 0.076 . Therefore, p-value is bigger than 0.05 and RMSEA is less than 0.08 , it can be stated that the model of Life Skills Education (ELSEd) is suitable and fit, (6) The advantages of ELSEd models are comprehensive, simple, flexible, effective, and life skills oriented.Keywords: development , model, evaluation , program , life skills , Non Formal Education

Abstract

Islam menjiwai dan mewarnai perilaku manusia dalam berpikir,bersikap maupun bertindak dengan batas-batas yang telah ditetapkan, dalam rangka pengabdian kepada Allah swt. Setelahmelalui perdebatan sengit selama berabad-abad tentangperilaku bunga uang (ribâ, interest) dalam menentukan perilakuekonomi manusia, antara diharamkan atau dibolehkan, kinimuncul di hadapan kita keputusan di mana terbuka jalan bagiyang mengharamkan bunga dan bagi yang membolehkan ataubahkan mengharuskannya dengan konsep yang lebih Islâmîdan dapat diterima oleh berbagai pihak terutama mayoritaspenduduk Indonesia yang notabene beragama Islam dengan apayang dikenal sebagai bank syarî'ah dan takâful (asuransi Islâm).Melalui kedua lembaga inilah kita berharap dapat menyaksikanpada satu saat terwujudnya “gurita” ekonomi umat yangdahsyat, apabila terjadi kerjasama mudlarabah di tingkatkelembagaan ekonomi syarî'ah (BMI, BSI, BPRS, BMT dan STI)dengan berpedoman pada ta’âwanû ‘alâ al-birr wa al-taqwâ, wa lâta'âwanû alâ al-itsm wa al-‘udwân. Kerjasama ini hendaklahprofesional. Untuk itu perlu dibangun manajemen yang Islâmî,yang didukung dengan sumber daya terampil, yang bekerjadengan keyakinan dan teguh dalam pendirian serta memilikimoral atau akhlaq yang luhur.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah kemiskinan yaitu makin banyaknya jumlah gelandangan dan pengemis, yang disebabkan oleh kualitas hidup masih dibawah garis kemiskinan. Sejalan dengan hal itu, Lingkungan Pondok Sosial (Liposos) yang merupakan lembaga di Kabupaten Jember yang mempunyai program pemberdayaan khususnya program pelatihan yang merupakan program dari pendidikan non formal. Tujuanya untuk mengetahui efektifitas program pendidikan non formal terhadap pemberdayaan gelandangan dan pengemis Lingkungan Pondok Sosial Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan yaitu snowball sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentas. Dengan informan kunci yaitu pegawai lingkungan pondok sosial dan informan pendukung yaitu staf bidang pemberdayaan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jember serta gelandangan dan pengemis. Teknik pemerikasaan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi (teknik dan sumber), sedangkan analisis data yang digunakkan yaitu reduksi, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa adanya efektifitas program pendidikan non formal terhadap pemberdayaan gelandangan dan penemis di UPT Liposos. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya SOP dalam pelaksanaan proses pemberdayaan, sehingga proses pemberdayaan dapat berjalan terarah mulai dari tahap penyadaran dan tahap pengkapasitasan.

Abstract

The implication of the impact of Covid-19 is the decline in economic growth including Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020 for non-natural disaster emergencies, the Indragiri Hulu Regency Government distributes Cash Social Assistance (CSA), Cash Social Assistance (CSA) in Indragiri Hulu Regency only in 2020 while other districts are still distributing Cash Social Assistance (CSA) until 2021, of course in this case it is related to the implementation of policies that affect it.This research is to find out how the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic Cash Social Assistance (CSA) policy in Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020 and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic Cash Social Assistance (CSA) policy in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation.The results of this study are that the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic Cash Social Assistance (CSA) policy in Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020 is not in accordance with the Indragiri Hulu Regent Regulation Number 25 of 2020 which should have been implemented effectively in its distribution to be ineffective because there is a problem, namely Invalid data on Cash Social Assistance (CSA) recipients, and incorrectly targeted Cash Social Assistance (CSA) recipients. The factors that influence the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic Cash Social Assistance (CSA) policy in Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2020 are poor communication and coordination between the Regional Government and the Village Government, Inadequate Resources due to lack of experts, Inadequate disposition effective, and a complicated bureaucratic structure. Keywords: Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure.

Abstract

That at this time developed various Discourses / Discourses on freedom and religious protection. On the one hand there are those who think that freedom is limited by the freedom of others. For those who embrace unlimited freedom, government policies that prohibit the activities of people or groups who are considered to taint a particular teaching are accused of violating human rights. As for those who embrace freedom with no limits, what is done by the government is considered correct, because in order to protect the religion from desecration by a particular person or group. Then how should relationships and repositioning that we will "construct" as citizens / religious people to address thinking, flow and religious ideology in Indonesia? left, integrated, compiled or even totally revolutionized.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan Meningkatkan Disiplin Guru Dalam Kehadiran Mengajar Di Kelas Melalui Penerapan Reward And Punishment di SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk penelitian tindakan sekolah (Action Research) dengan prosedur penelitian terdiri dari empat tahap kegiatan pada satu putaran yaitu: perencanaan tindakan dan observasi refleksi. Penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan 2 siklus dengan mengukur kehadiran guru mengajar di dalam kelas dan disiplin kehadiran mengajar guru di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat kehadiran guru mengajar di dalam kelas yang pada siklus 1 sejumlah 90.93% meningkat menjadi 97,8% pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan 7,13%. Disiplin kehadiran guru mengajar di dalam kelas, guru hadir tepat waktu rata rata adalah 80,51% meningkat menjadi 98,73% pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan 8,22%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dengan menerapkan reward dan punishment dapat meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran mengajar di kelas

Abstract

Basically, the preparation of regional regulations departs from the expectation of the realization of quality public services. One of the steps that can be taken is to bring input and aspirations from the community. The Government can capture the aspirations of the community as the parties affected by the presence of public policies. This service is carried out in Pekanbaru City, precisely in Marpoyan Damai and Senapelan District. This service activity also emphasizes the importance of community involvement in making regional regulations. Therefore, this service is carried out in the context of strengthening community participation in the formation of regional regulations. This activity is carried out using presentation and discussion methods to provide understanding to the community regarding three things, namely the concept of participation, participation channels and solutions in dealing with participation constraints. The results of this service activity further add to the public's insight regarding the technical delivery of aspirations. Through this service activity, the community gains reinforcement regarding ways that can be done to pass the proposal. Communities need to know specific ways to convey aspirations, including making superior programs, conveying aspirations in forums and synchronizing proposals with the sub-district agenda.

Abstract

This paper discusses the historicity of Islam and state relations, diversity of views among Muslim traditionalists and modernists on the relation of Islam and the state, and ideal configuration of the relation of Islam and the state. By mapping analysis of contemporary-crucial cases, it is found the need to reposition of the state as a facilitator of religious life by taking part religion in all aspects of civic life.
