Batu Village is a planned location for the PPPUD program which has two main activities carried out by the community, namely; some of the community is a farmer group (partner I) and there are also some people who choose to do the clove oil refining process (partner 2). In particular, the farmer groups (partner I) generally sell agricultural produce from plantations such as cloves and cocoa, while clove leaves are distilled. But the process of processing clove leaves, starting from the handling of raw materials, drying, and drying, is still done very simply or traditionally by spreading clove leaves on mats or on the side of the road in an open state. This results in many clove leaves that are of poor quality processed. Not hygienic (dusty), ultimately clove oil is less attractive to consumers, so that it is detrimental to farmer groups who carry out the process of refining clove oil. The amount of clove oil produced by farmer groups and SMEs (partners) is currently an average of 100 - 150 liters per week with very low quality durability. The total population of Batu village is 4701 people consisting of 2298 men and 2403 women with a total of 820 people in 6 hamlets, namely Temboe, Sampano, Batu Lotong, Tarere, Metali and Ponnori hamlets with an education level of almost 80%. elementary school or equivalent with an area of 535 square km.

Conflicts within a company that are handled quickly and precisely will result in new ideas, changes, and better working relationships. This research was conducted to analyze how conflicts that occur in companies can be mediated using the knowledge management approach. The analysis technique used in this study is qualitative, using the interview method addressed to dispute mediators at the Makassar City Manpower Office and the Chairperson of the Labor Union. The results of the study show that good knowledge management, owned by mediators, is able to handle conflicts more quickly and precisely. Furthermore, tacit knowledge is knowledge in the form of experience and expertise possessed by each mediator that is most needed to unravel corporate conflicts in Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial dan simultan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 85 orang, dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS ver.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; b) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan c) tambahan penghasilan pegawai dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of additional employee income and competence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province. Quantitative research was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province. The population consisted of 85 employees, using a total sampling technique to include the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation while data analysis is multiple linear regressions with SPSS ver.25. The results of the study indicate that a) additional employee income has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of the employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province; b) competence has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of the employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province; and c) additional employee income and competence have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Sulawesi Province.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi terhadap harga saham PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. di Kota Makassar baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengkaji Pengaruh Variabel Makro Ekonomi terhadap Harga Saham PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda sebagai berikut. Dari persamaan regresi berganda di atas dapat dilihat bahwa inflasi koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi hubungan. Komponen variabel makro ekonomi yang terdiri dari inflasi dan nilai tukar terhadap secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. makro ekonomi yang terdiri dari inflasi dan nilai tukar secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan inflasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sehingga yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham adalah inflasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi, maka variabel makro ekonomi yang terdiri dari inflasi dan nilai tukar berpengaruh sedang terhadap harga saham. This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the stock price of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. In Makassar City, either simultaneously or partially. This study uses a quantitative approach that examines the Effect of Macroeconomic Variables on the Share Price of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. In Makassar City. Data collection techniques through documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative techniques with a statistical approach, namely multiple regression analysis. Research results: The following multiple linear regression equations are obtained Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis. From the multiple regression equation above, it can be seen that the inflation coefficient is positive, meaning there is a relationship. Components of macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation and exchange rates simultaneously significantly affect stock prices. Macroeconomics consisting of inflation and exchange rates partially have no significant effect on stock prices, and inflation partially has a significant effect on stock prices, so inflation is more dominant in influencing stock prices. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, the macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation and exchange rates have a moderate effect on stock prices.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars of the national economy, with an independent perspective and great potential to improve welfare. This study aims to determine the form of empowerment that is carried out to MSMEs as an effort to improve the welfare of business owners in Makassar City, as well as the response of business owners related to the empowerment program that has been carried out by the local government, especially through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service in Makassar. The population in this study is all business owners in Makassar, both those who have participated in empowerment programs from the government and those who have never participated in these programs. The sample in this study was 60 business people selected by purposive sampling by considering several criteria, both the type of business and the background of the business owner, so that the respondents in this study could be heterogeneous. In addition, interviews were conducted with academics. Research instruments are in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that: 1) empowerment programs desired by business owners tended to lead to improvements in the quality of business products; and 2) empowerment programs focused on product marketing training. 2) Recommendations related to the results of research, namely: a) Every empowerment program to be carried out by the government should be prepared based on an analysis of the needs of the beneficiaries, in this case, business owners. b) Empowerment programs carried out by the government should be directed at improving the quality of business products, providing training in marketing products, or providing containers to business people to market their business products. c) The program held should be able to socialize well and evenly with all business owners. This can be achieved whenever information from the government is easily accessed by all businesses.

This study aims to determine how the influence of market orientation and innovation on marketing performance. The number of samples used was 50 employees who were divided from 5 Creative Industry MSME Sectors in Makassar city. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that market orientation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. Product Innovation (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on marketing performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui peran kepala sekolah dalam persiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dengan mempersiapakan pemetaan KD, silabus, RPP, sampai instrument penilaian, sarana dan prasaran sementara pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik, lingkungan belajar serta penerapan karakter dalam pembelajaran sementara untuk Penilaian kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru menyusun instrument penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka secara keseluruhan kepala sekolah telah berperan dengan membimbing guru mempersiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013, melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 serta melakukan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013. This study aims to determine the role of school principals in implementing the 2013 curriculum and to find out the mechanism for implementing the 2013 curriculum in State Elementary Schools, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from several principals and teachers. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools had been carried out well through the role of the principal in preparing for the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by preparing the KD mapping, syllabus, lesson plans, assessment instruments, facilities, and infrastructure while implementing the 2013 curriculum the principal had guided teachers in the implementation of the scientific approach, the learning environment and the application of character in temporary learning for the 2013 Curriculum Assessment, the principal has guided teachers to develop an attitude, knowledge and skill assessment instrument. Based on the results of the study, overall principals have played a role by guiding teachers in preparing the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, implementing the 2013 curriculum, and conducting learning assessments in the 2013 curriculum.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dan adakah hubungan penerapan mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dalam mengoptimalkan minat belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan manejemen mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik dalam bidang kualifikasi pendidikan dan kapasitas pendidikan sangat penting sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang professional. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply quality management of educators at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu and is there a relationship between the implementation of the quality of educators on students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu. This study aims to determine the application of teacher quality management in optimizing student interest in learning and to find out the relationship between the application of teacher quality management towards students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, East Luwu Regency. This type of research was qualitative research. The research was located in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicated that the quality management carried out at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang as a form of improving the quality of teachers in the field of educational qualifications and educational capacity. It is essential as a form of improving the quality of professional teachers.

Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru, menggambarkan kinerja guru di SDN 233 Ussu, kinerja guru berdasarkan tugas dan tanggung jawab guru dalam mempersiapakan peserta didik belajar dan mendidik peserta didik dengan budi pekerti, menyiapakan proses pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menyiapakan penilaian. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran kepala sekolah di SDN 233 Ussu dimana kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, adminstator dan supervesor. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan di SDN 233 Ussu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru di SDN 233 Ussu Kabupaten Luwu Timur dapat dikatakan telah baik sesuai dengan kriteria dan sasaran kerja guru yakni telah menpersiapakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menilai hasil belajar serta melengkapi administrasi pembelajaran yang wajib dimiliki oleg guru. Selanjutnya untuk peran kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, administor dan supervesor, kepala sekolah SDN 233 Ussu telah menjalankan perannya dengan sangat baik, meskipun ada sebagaian kecil yang masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan namun secara keseluruhan kinerja guru dan peran kepala sekolah telah terlaksakan sesuai dengan aturan dan uraian tugasnya. This study evaluates teacher performance and describes the performance of teachers at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. Teacher performance based on the duties and responsibilities of teachers in preparing students to learn and educating students with character, preparing the learning process, implementing learning, and preparing assessments. This study also aims to describe the role of the principal at 233 State Elementary School Ussu where the principal is the manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor. This researcher used a qualitative research type, the data was obtained from a number of informants at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. The results showed that the teacher's performance at SDN 233 Ussu, East Luwu Regency could be said to have been good in accordance with the criteria and targets of the teacher's work, namely preparing learning, implementing learning, assessing learning outcomes, and completing learning administration that must be owned by teachers. Furthermore, for the role of the 233 State Elementary School Ussu principal as a manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor, has been carried out very well, although there was a small part that still needed to be improved. Overall, the performance of teachers and the role of the principal has been carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations as well as job description.

Desa Bontoa adalah salah satu daerah dimana kondisi ekonomi masyarakatnya tergolong kurang mampu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar. Potensi mayarakatnya yang berpenghasilan dari kopi dan sayuran, terkadang belum sepenuhnya mencukupi kebutuhan dasar keluraga, karena harga kebutuhan lebih besar dari pada penghasilan yang didapatkan. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga masyarakat desa Bontoa dengan mata pencaharian sebagai petani, beberapa penduduk membentuk kelompok tani dan membuat usaha budidaya jamur tiram. Usaha budidaya jamur tiram ini, mampu menigkatkan ekonomi kelurga, baik dalam kebutuhan sandang pangan, kebutuhan pendidikan dan kebutuhan lainnya.Dalam proses pengembangan usaha budidaya jamur tiram oleh kelompok tani Al-Andalus, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan seperti, kurangnya pengetahuan petani dalam teknik pemanenan jamur; penanganan pascapanen, pembersihan jamur hasil produksi, penyimpanan, pengemasan, pemasaran, dan serangan hama/penyakit terhadap tanaman jamur tiram. Pemberdayaan Mitra Usaha Produk Unggulan Daerah ini berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat, yang betujuan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dengan sistem pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui usaha budidaya jamur tiram. Dari penerapan program desa mitra ini, maka proses peningkatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh keluarga dalam Pembudidayaan jamur tiram di Desa Bontoa dengan membangun suatu usaha, yaitu menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas, dengan menciptakan strategi sebelum melakukan pemasaran, agar nantinya bisa memperoleh hasil yang baik.
