Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa perkembangan taman bacaan masyarakat (TBM) di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan TBM di Kota Padang terbilang lambat hal ini terlihat selama 45 (empat puluh lima) tahun  dari tahun 1965 hingga  berdiri ada 16 (enam belas) TBM yang ada di Kota Padang yaitu tahun 1965, 1968, 1975, 1980, 1983, 1985, 1997 dan 2005 hanya berdiri 1 (satu) TBM tiap tahunnya (6,25%). Barulah pada tahun 1989, 2008, 2009 dan 2010 tumbuh 2 (dua) TBM (12,5%).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui jenis jenis literatur yang disitir pada jurnal yang terbit di lingkungan Unilak, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keterpakaian sumber online pada penulisan jurnal di Lingkungan Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru Tahun 2013-2015. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh jurnal yang terbit di lingkungan Unilak, yakni sebanyak , periode terbit 2013 hingga 2015. Dari populasi tersebut diambil 9 jurnal yang ditemukan dilapangan, yakni di perpustakaan fakultas.  Penelitian ini menggunakan motode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis literatur yang dugunakan pada penulisan artikel jurnal adalah, Buku, Jurnal, Internet, Terbitan Pemerintah, Skripsi, Thesis, Disertasi, Majalah, Prosiding, Kamus, Makalah, Pidato, Laporan dan Koran. Sedangkan tingkat keterpakaian sumber online sebanyak 5,74 % berada di posisi ketiga setelah buku dan jurnal. Sebagai saran, perpustakaan agar lebih dapat menyediakan koleksi perpustakaan, baik yang berbentuk fisik seperti buku ,majalah, jurnal tercetak, maupun jurnal elektronik. Selain itu diharapkan pustakawan dapat menyediakan koleksi dari penulis yang lebih beragam. Kata Kunci: Sitasi, Jurnal, Unilak.AbstractThis study aimed to determine the type of literature that is cited in the journal published in Unilak environment, and to determine how the level of used of online resources on writing in the journal in Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru Year 2013-2015. The population in this study were all journals published in Unilak environment, ie as many, from 2013 to 2015. Of this research taken nine journals were found in the field, namely in the faculty library. This study used descriptive statistics method. The results showed that the type of literature that are used in the writing of journal articles are: Books, Journals, Internet, Government Issue, Theses, Dissertations, magazine, Proceedings, Dictionary, Papers, Speeches, reports and newspapers. While the level of used online resources as much as 5.74% in the third position after the books and journals. As a suggestion, the library to be more able to provide a collection of libraries, both physical objects such as books, magazines, journals printed or electronic journals. Also expected librarians can provide a collection of more diverse authors.Keywords: Citation, Journals, Unilak.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan e-DDC dalam mengklasifikasi bahan pustaka di lingkungan Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2016 sampai April 2016. Subjek penelitian ini adalah nomor klasifikasi yang ada di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak dengan jumlah sampel 97 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) dengan jumlah sampel 88 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi (FIA) dengan jumlah sampel 94 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Hukum dengan jumlah sempel 96 judul. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke empat Perpustakaan yang di jadikan sampel perpustakaan yang memiliki data persentase 21-40% dengan ketidak sesuaian nomor klasifikasi dapat dikatakan rendah yaitu perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi (FIA) sebesar (21,27%) dan Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) dengan persentase sebesar (22,72%). Sedangkan untuk perpustakaan yang memiliki ketidak sesuaian nomor klasifikasi dengan data persentase 41-60% dapat dikatakan sedang yaitu UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sebesar (41,23%), dan Perpustakaan Fakultas Hukum dengan persentase sebesar (45,83%). Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Penggunaan e-DDC di Perpustakaan Lingkungan Universitas Lancang Kuning AbstractThis study titled Evaluation of Use of E-DDC classifying library materials in the environment Lancang Kuning University Library. The purpose of this study to evaluate the use of e-DDC classifying library materials in the Lancang Kuning University Library. This research type is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted on the month in February 2016 to May 2016. The subject of this research is the classification number contained in the Library Unit Unilak with a sample of 97 titles, the Library FIB with a sample of 88 titles, the FIA Library with a sample of 94 titles, the Law Library with a number semple 96 titles. The results showed that of the four library made in sample libraries with 21-40% percentage compliance with classification number can be said to be low at the library FIA for (21.27%) and FIB Library with a percentage of (22.72 %). As for the library that has a non classification number with a percentage of 41-60% of data can be said to be that of Unilak Library Unit (41.23%), and the Law Library with a percentage of (45.83%). Keyword : The use of e - DDC evaluation at Community Library Lancang Kuning University

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the citation of hadith, frequency of using hadith, history and type of hadith that are ofted be cited by narrators at the master students' theses of family law study program, specifically hadith interpretation concentration of UIN Suska Riau. The method of this study was descriptive statistic. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation. The result of this study indicates the number of theses from hadith interpretation concentration from 2016-2019 as many as 39 theses, with 218 citations from 2.505 citations that listed on  bibliography of theses with a percentage 79.48%. From 218 hadiths, hadiths that commonly used as reference were narrated by Bukhori as many as 51 hadiths (23.39%) and type of hadith that commonly be cited was  authentic hadith/hadith shohih as many as 168 hadiths

Abstract

Coastal communities are some of the most vulnerable groups to the effects of climate change. The Non-Governmental Organization of the Environmental Malay Youth Institute (LSM IPMPL), a partner of the three villages on Bengkalis Island, has traced the communities’ ignorance of climate change policies to the poor digital literacy of community members. This has had an impact on the involvement of community components and local village governments in climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts. This community service provides assistance, socialization, and training to improve the literacy of the coastal communities of Bengkalis Island, especially as it concerns their access to climate change policies. The results of this activity show an increase in the communities’ knowledge, abilities, skills, and digital awareness of the government's efforts towards forming a climate-resilient society. Furthermore, the activity produced social impact as it increased peace, improved the community's economy and improved the quality of the community's living environment.

Abstract

The Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) Organization of Riau Province is one of the organizations that support the quality of human resources in the librarian profession, with the existence of a professional librarians organization can help librarians in improving library management to the maximum. This study aims to determine how the Role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian Human Resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted by interviewing the management and members of the Riau Province Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) based on three indicators, namely (1) Scientific Activities, (2) Education and Training, and (3) Riau Smart Program. The results of the interviews show that of the three work program indicators, the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province has not carried out its activities properly. In the Scientific Activity Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 5 activities that lead to the development of librarians' human resources. In the Education and Training Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 1 activity that leads to the development of librarian's human resources. In the Riau Smart Program Indicator, the Provincial IPI has carried out 1 activity that leads to the development of library human resources. So it can be concluded that the role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian's Human Resources has not been carried out to the maximum.Keywords: Role, Librarian, Quality, Human Resources, Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Perilaku Pencarian Informasi Generasi Z di SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pencarian informasi yang dilakukan Generasi Z di SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, penyebaran angket dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i SMAN 8 Pekanbaru dengan responden berjumlah 93 siswa/i berdasarkan tahun kelahiran 2000-2004. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pencarian informasi siswa/i Generasi Z SMAN 8 Pekanbaru sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Marchionini. 8 tahapan perilaku pencarian informasi yang dikemukakan oleh Marchionini didapatkan, 74% siswa/i sebagai pengguna informasi terlebih dahulu mengenali masalah dan kebutuhan informasinya. 30% dari sampel mampu mendefinisikan dan memahami masalah yang akan dicari. Lalu 81% siswa/i mampu memilih sistem pencarian yang ingin digunakan dalam penelusuran informasi. Selanjutnya 71% siswa/i mampu merumuskan query/kata kunci. 79% siswa/i mampu melakukan pencarian informasi secara mendalam. Kemudian 42% dari sampel memeriksa hasil pencarian informasi yang didapatkan. 56% siswa/i menyaring informasi dengan menyimpan semua informasi yang telah didapatkan. 69% siswa/i menghentikan pencarian informasi dan mencetak hasil pencarian informasi yang mereka butuhkan.

Abstract

AbstrakPekanbaru merupakan salah satu kota yang penduduk aslinya adalah suku melayu. Sehingga seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam prosesi kelahiran, pernikahan sampai kematian akan dialaksanakan sesuai dengan adat istiadat melayu. Pada prosesi pernikahan, masyarakat melayu di kota memberikan souvenir yang lebih beragam, dan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan souvenir yang diberikan sesuai dengan adat melayu dan sesuai dengan kompetensi keilmuan Tim pelaksana. Target kegiatan PKM ini adalah mitra mampu memodifikasi saputangan handuk ke dalam bentuk produk pertanian yang dapat digunakan sebagai souvenir pengantin melayu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada kelompok Salimah di Kelurahan Rumbai pesisir Kota Pekanbaru pada tanggal 13 Desember 2017, jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 32 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyadaran/penyuluhan, demonstrasi, uji coba, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah 80% peserta meningkat pengetahuannya tentang pembuatan souvenir pengantin melayu.Kata Kunci : Souvenir, saputangan handuk, modifikasi, produk pertanian, melayu AbstractPekanbaru is one of the cities where the original inhabitants are Malay. So that all activities undertaken in the procession of birth, marriage to death will be executed in accordance with the Malay customs. In the procession of marriage, people in Malay city provide more diverse souvenirs, and through community service activities is expected souvenirs are given in accordance with customary Malay and in accordance with the scientific competence of the Implementing Team. Target of this PKM activity is partner able to modify handkerchief of towel into the form of agricultural product that can be used as souvenir of Malay bride. The activity was carried out at Salimah Group in Rumbai Urban Village Pekanbaru City on December 13, 2017, the number of participants who follow this activity as many as 32 people. The methods used are awareness / extension, demonstration, trial, and evaluation. The result of the activity is 80% of participants increase their knowledge about making souvenir of Malay bride.Keywords: Souvenir, handkerchief towel, modification, agricultural product, Malay

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran dimasa pandemic Covid19 merubah pelaksanaan pendidikan dari yang biasanya berlangsung secara tatap muka atau luring menjadi bergantung pada jaringan Internet yaitu daring. Pembelajaran daring menjadikan siswa leluasa mengakses Internet kapan pun dan di mana pun. Edukasi terkait literasi teknologi dalam hal ini penggunaan Internet sehat atau tepat guna sangat penting agar dampak negatif seperti kecanduan Internet, mengakses konten pornografi, dan lain sebagainya dapat dihindari. Permasalahan umum pihak mitra ialah mitra merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bidang telekomunikasi yang focus mempelajari penerapan teknologi informasi sehingga diluar masa pandemic pun tetap bergantung menggunakan Internet sebagai fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran. Selain itu, SMK mitra memiliki siswa kategori remaja dengan rentang usia 16-18 tahun yang secara psikologis cukup rentan terpengaruh hal-hal baru. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ialah berupa penyuluhan kepada siswa terkait Internet sehat dan pengujian tingkat ketergantungan penggunaan Internet siswa. Hasil kegiatan menujukkan perubahan pemahaman yang cukup signitfikan dari cukup paham menjadi paham akan Internet sehat dan siswa semakin menyadari bahwa penggunaan Internet perlu dikontrol

Abstract

Information system is a combination of information technology and the persons who use the technology to support the operati on and management Asn an institution to provide and collect information, a library has important role as tools oflearning which provide information to the whole users. Dealing with that, this analysis aims to figure out the perception of the users on the usage of Online Public Catalogue (OPAC) in information system oflibrary in (SIPRUS) STAIN Jember. This analysis is study case analysis involving 3000 library members of STAIN Jember Iibraiy. It has 42 samples and questionaire is used and data is analyze d statitic ally by applying percentage test technique.
