Abstract

The percentages of referrals for the first level health facilities visits are coming from the health center (Puskesmas) with 16.85% at the highest and from the practicing doctors with 12.45% at the lowest. The aim of the research is to examine the efficiency the promotion, preventive and curative care quality improvement. This study used qualitative exploratory design by case study approach. The collection of data was conducted through field observations, document observation and in-depth interviews. TThe informants consisted of 4 Head of Health Center/Puskesmas, 9 cadres of integrated guiding posts (Pos Pembinaan terpadu /Posbindu) for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), 9 cadres of Integrated Service Post (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Posyandu), 33 participants of the National Health Insurance and 23 people from community who have not joined the national health insurance scheme. The results show that mini workshops are held every month in preparing activities with a focus on the causes of most diseases in the previous month. Posyandu may reduce morbidity rate on infants and pregnant women, Posbindu for Non-communicable Diseases can prevent and control non-communicable diseases. Quality of service can improve the perception of the quality of the service and can reduce referrals to hospital.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa yang khusus dan penting, karena merupakan periode pematangan organ reproduksi manusia. Masa remaja disebut juga masa pubertas, merupakan masa transisi yang di tandai dengan perubahan fisik, emosi dan psikis. Remaja berada dalam situasi sangat peka terhadap pengaruh nilai baru, nilai yang datang dari luar maupun dari dalam dirinya. Masalah yang paling banyak dibicarakan remaja saat ini, seperti masalah seksualitas dan perilaku menyimpang dikalangan remaja, maraknya korban kekerasan seksual yang terselubung, seks bebas, kehamilan diluar nikah, pernikahan dini, tindakan perkosaan, abortus, dan sampai menghilangkan nyawa seseorang demi menunaikan hasyratnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk pos kesehatan remaja (POSKESJA) di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu. Adapun tahap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pembentukan POSKESJA tersebut adalah 1) Penyuluhan Tentang Bahaya Melakukan Seks Bebas, 2) Penyuluhan Tentang Macam-macam Penyakit Menular Seksual, 3) Penyuluhan tentang perilaku meyimpang pada remaja dan dampak-dampaknya, 4) Setiap awal dan akhir penyuluhan diberikan instrument untuk melihat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan, 5) Praktek P3K kepada Remaja, dan 6) Pelatihan kader, Pengukuhan struktural Poskesja dan perpustakaan mini dilengkapi referensi tentang konsep kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya POSKESJA di SMAM 4 Kota Bengkulu, 2) Tersusunyan pojok baca yaitu perpustakaan mini. Kehadiran POSKESJA ini di SMAM 4 ini dapat membantu remaja mengenal kesehatan reproduksi lebih dini sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif, sehingga dapat mencegah remaja terjerumus dalam pergaulan bebas dan penyimpangan perilaku kesehatan. Keberadaan POSKESJA ini telah memfasilitasi sedikitnya 30 remaja menjadi peserta. Kata Kunci : Kaderisasi, POSKESJA, Remaja

Abstract

Background: Lebong is the third highest district (34.4%) of stunting cases in Bengkulu Province, where the percentage of children under five is very short (11.8%) in Bengkulu2. The purpose of this study was to analyze the associated of parenting to stunting to children with ages 6-59 months and its control recommendation in Lebong district. Method: The type of research used was observational analytic, case control study design and purposive sampling technique. The population is mother and children with ages 6-59 months in August 2018. Quantitative data analysis (univariate and bivariate). Results: Stunting respondents in Lebong district had a history of parenting: non exclusive breastfeeding (55.20%), time for complementary feeding <6 months (55.20%), used poor health services (72.40%), low level of maternal knowledge (67.20%), poor environmental sanitation (77.60%) & poor psychosocial stimulation (94.80%). There was a relationship (P value <0.05) between history of breastfeeding, time of giving complementary feeding, utilization of health services, level of knowledge of mother, environmental sanitation, psychosocial stimulation to stunting in Lebong. Conclusion: Three factors dominant of parenting have influence to stunting in Lebong are utilization of health services, level of mother knowledge and psychosocial stimulation. The model of controled stunting risk factors in Lebong can be done through family empowerment aimed at the individual, community and health service levels.
