Abstract

The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected significant changes to people's consumption patterns, notably family food needs. The policy of restricting activities imposed by the government has switched family consumption patterns to instant food. One of them is Frozen Food. Frozen Food is a type of food processed food products increasingly favoured by the public during the pandemic. This is due to its durability and practicality to consume. The non-productive groups of Beneficiary Families (Kelompok Penerima Manfaat) of the Family Hope Program or Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Cinunjang and Giriwangi Villages, Gunung Tanjung District, Tasikmalaya Regency experienced problems in obtaining food supplies during the pandemic. This occurred because majority of them still rely on the social assistance of central government to support their economic life. The activities of the current program encompassed three stages, namely preparation, briefing, and implementation and evaluation. This program adopted the andragogy approach. Practically, the activities were performed to 15 Hope Family Program groups in Cinunjang and Giriwangi. They were trained to have better knowledge in understanding and practicing how to produce frozen food in nuggets. Also, they were guided to promote it commercially as a new prospective food business during the pandemic. The results of training program run effectively. The participants were successfully be able to implement the training materials productively and independently.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak and the enactment of the "New Normal" era created a tentative situation, especially with limited food commodities for the needs of all people during times of food insecurity. Food products are limited in number and prices are increasingly soaring in the market, making people have a solution to resistance from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the "New Normal" era, by realizing a sustainable food home area (KRPL), the community of housewives can meet their food needs, in addition to It is also a breakthrough that can provide an injection to the family economy if it is developed comprehensively. The activity will take place with the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach focusing on the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group where each group will be limited to 20 people / group, besides that the implementation of education and counseling will apply health protocols according to the direction of the central government. It is hoped that the realization of a sustainable food house area (KRPL) will provide stimulus and solutions to the community so that they can survive, be productive and be independent in this pandemic. Keywords: Food, Commodities, Asset Based Community Development (ABCD).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial passion and family support on entrepreneurial success. Explanatory survey is a research method that will be used in a population of 55 business groups with members of 191 students receiving Business Facilitation and Student Creative Business (FUBKM) of Siliwangi University. The purposive sampling technique used by considering the criteria that student efforts facilitated by Siliwangi University are still running, a total of 42 business groups consisting of 140 students. The results of the study explained that there is a significant influence both partial and simultaneous between entrepreneurial passion and family support on entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini yaitu mengukur efek moderasi konformitas teman sebaya terhadap konsep diri dan self-regulated learning yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory design survey, dengan total populasi 219 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Cikatomas Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel probabilitas jenis proporsional simple random sampling, dan dengan itu diperoleh sampel sebanyak 142 siswa. Di sisi lain, analisis regresi berganda dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) digunakan sebagai metode analisis data untuk mengumpulkan data dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk setiap nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,089 > 1,977 dan 3,758 > 1,977, serta Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 7,211 > 3,060, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara konsep diri dan self-regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kemudian dari hasil MRA, pada gilirannya, menunjukkan tidak ada efek moderasi dari konformitas teman sebaya pada konsep diri dan self-regulated learning pada hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut, diharapkan dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengurangi pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap dampak konsep diri dan self-regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low education index of Central Java province among the six provinces on the island of Java. The low education index is influenced by several factors, and it is essential to identify which factors are dominant in influencing the education index. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of School Participation Rate (APS), Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and the education budget on the education index in Central Java. The population and sample of this study are the Education Index, School Participation Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and the APBD for Education in Central Java from 2015 to 2021. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data in the form of time series were collected through literature study techniques and visiting the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The independent variables in this study are the School Participation Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and APBD in the education sector, while the dependent variable is the education index. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the School Participation Rate has a significant effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.016. The Average Years of Schooling also has a significant effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, the education budget shows an effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui literasi keuangan ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Margabakti ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat pendapatan di Kelurahan Margabakti Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisisnya menggunakan interactive model. Sampel penelitian yang dijadikan informan sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga yang berpendidikan SD, SMP, SMA dan S1 serta ibu rumah tangga yang mengelola keuangan keluarganya yang pendapatan keluarganya tergolong pada kategori rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi, yang penulis kenal dan dapat ditemui secara langsung. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat pendapatan berkontribusi terhadap literasi keuangan ibu rumah tangga. Empat diantara tujuh ibu rumah tangga memiliki literasi keuangan yang kurang baik dan tiga diantara tujuh ibu rumah tangga memiliki literasi keuangan yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Various problems faced by students in the early semester can be overcome if balanced with comprehensive adjustments so the goals of learning outcomes related to academic achievement will be good. This research focuses on student academic achievement in the early semester which is still not optimal because they have to adapt to their environment. Individual personal beliefs and the support of friends really help the process of adaptation to student self adjustment. The research method used was a quantitative type of survey. 200 early semester students form outside the West Java area at Siliwangi University were the sample in this study and the sampling technique used nonprobablity sampling, namely saturated samples. Data collection techniques using quistionnaries and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study show that based on self efficacy test and peer support, each has direct effect on self adjustment. Then another result in obtained that peer support does not have a direct effect on academic achievement while self efficacy and self adjustment each have a direct effect on academic achievement. Based on the path analysis test shows that self efficacy and peer support each have an indirect effect on academic achievement through self adjustment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The study was carried out in response to the issues at MAN 3 Tasikmalaya, namely the poor learning results. This was shown by several students who failed to meet the minimal completion standard (KKM) for economics courses. Education quality may suffer as a consequence of poor student learning results. This study's goal was to ascertain how the school setting affected learning saturation and what it meant for students' performance in economics courses. This study used an explanatory survey together with questionnaires and methods for data gathering from observation. 136 class XII IPS students make up the population, which was selected using a saturated sample. approaches for data analysis that use route analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: 1). The school setting has a negatif and substantial impact on students' learning saturation in economics courses, 2). The learning results of students in economics topics are positively and significantly impacted by the school environment, 3). Student learning results in economics disciplines are negatifly and significantly impacted by school learning saturation, 4). Through learning saturation, the school setting has a substantial impact on students' economics learning results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan yang ditemukan di SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya pada hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) Ganjil tahun akademik 2022/2023. Dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi menujukkan bahwa nilai peserta didik kelas XI IPS belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik jika dilihat dari model pembelajaran dan gender. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara eksperimen yang dibantu oleh desain factorial experimental 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Sehingga yang terpilih sebagai sampel yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Tes materi pokok Perdagangan Internasional dijadikan sebagai instrumen penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, nilai post-test peserta didik diuji hipotesis menggunakan anova dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik jika dilihat dari model pembelajaran dan gender. Namun, hasil penelitian tentang interaksi menujukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada peserta didik gender laki-laki dan peserta didik gender perempuan dalam memengaruhi hasil belajar.

Abstract

Research shown to identify and analyses the associated simultaneous or partially influence of product quality and after-sales service towards the brand image, as well as its implications on product purchase decision process is All New Honda Vario 125. Survey with quantitative descriptive analysis accompanied approach is used as a method of research supported through fieldwork, research instruments questionnaires, depth-interviews, and study of the literature to obtain primary and secondary data. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique that used the techniques of the obtained sample size as much as 119 respondents continued through path analysis, t-test, F-test, and sobel test to determine the results of the research. The results of the analysis it is known that the quality of products and services Post-sale partially and simultaneous effect significant towards product brand image Honda All New Vario 125. In addition, product quality and after-sales service are partial and simultaneous have influence on product purchase decision process is All New Honda Vario 125. It is Continued by testing the sobel test of brand image which had a significant influence of decision product purchase All New Honda Vario 125. It is conducted by indirect testing from both the product quality and after-sales service to purchase decision process through the brand image.
