Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kesehatan merupakan aset yang berharga bagi setiap individu. Kesehatan menjadi salah satu perhatian pemerintah sehingga menciptakan berbagai macam sistem di bidang kesehatan. Penerapan sistem informasi kesehatan perlu dilakukan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaannya, salah satunya melakukan evaluasi dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), pada model ini terdapat lima dimensi yaitu isi, akurasi, tampilan, kemudahan pengguna dan waktu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi pada model evaluasi EUCS terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi kesehatan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah scoping review, peneliti menggunakan beberapa kajian yang memiliki cakupan relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Kriteria kajian yang di review dalam artikel ini adalah artikel atau jurnal yang dipublikasi dalam 10 tahun terakir (2012-2022). Hasil: Penelitian ditemukan bahwa kelima dimensi memiliki hubungan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem. Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini adalah model evaluasi EUCS dapat diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi di bidang kesehatan berdasarkan isi, akurasi, tampilan, kemudahan pengguna dan waktu.

Abstract

Background: MRMIS needs to be evaluated to know the actual conditions of implementing the system . One of the evaluations that can be done is user acceptance of MRMIS. Aims: The study aims to determine MRMIS acceptance in X hospital Mataram City based on the variables in the UTAUT model. Methods: This is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. The sample size was 70 medical record officers using total sampling. Data processing used Partial Least Square (PLS) methodd. Results: The test results showed the t-statistic of effort expectancy was 2.507, facilitating conditions 3.787 behavioural intention 4.928, however the performance expectancy, social influence and moderate variables like age and gender variables had t-statistic values below 1.96. Conclusion: The variables of effort expectancy, enabling conditions, and behavioural intentions all have a significant impact on respondent acceptance of MRMIS, whereas the variables of performance expectancy, social influence, and moderate variables of age and gender do not.

Abstract

The hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services by providing inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Plenary Health Services, namely health services that include promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative. The availability of medical record file storage racks in health care facilities is very important in maintaining security and avoiding damage to patient data. The file rack is a place to store archives or medical record documents which aim to facilitate storage and retrieval of medical record documents in the filing room and maintain the confidentiality of medical record documents. The storage of medical record files can exceed the capacity due to the large number of new patient visits and the disproportionate file shelves. Planning or procuring storage racks based on the number of medical record documents stored, the shape of the racks and the size of the storage racks according to ergonomic standards, namely storage racks can be in the form of roll o'pack racks and taking into account the area of an available room. Calculation of the need for shelves is done by using the smallest quadrant calculation. Calculations are made based on the number of new patient visits in the previous 5 years, namely 2018 to 2022. Based on the calculation results, the results show that the need for shelves for the next 5 years is 3 shelves.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Rumah sakit merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang dipengaruhi oleh adanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan kesehatan, kemajuan teknologi, dan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Setiap rumah sakit wajib meyelengarakan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS). Rumah Sakit X Kota Mataram menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) sejak tahun 2014 untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi rumah sakit dengan menggunakan model evaluasi end user computing satisfaction (EUCS). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit. Sampel berjumlah 70 orang petugas instalasi rekam medis yang dipilih menggunakan total sampling. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil: Hasil uji menunjukan nilai t-statistik dari masing-masing variabel yaitu isi (content) 0,295, keakuratan (accuracy) 0,320, kemudahan penggunaan (easy to use) 2,240, tampilan (format) 2,279 dan waktu (timeliness) 0,409. Kesimpulan: Variabel yang berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan petugas rekam medis adalah variabel kemudahan penggunaan (easy to use) dan tampilan (format). Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan adalah variabel isi (content), keakuratan data (accuracy), waktu (timeliness).

Abstract

Quail egg yolk contains high cholesterol which can trigger dyslipidemia. If Cholesterol is consumed in excess, will increase lipid profile, which can increase LDL cholesterol levels. Bay leaf extract contains several active compounds, like quercetin, a class of flavonoids with antioxidants that can prevent LDL oxidation. The aim of this study is to ensure the effectiveness of bay leaf extract on LDL cholesterol levels in white rats induced by quail egg yolk. The animal tested in this study were male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) with the Sprague Dawley strain. Samples were randomly selected and divided into five groups: three groups given quail egg yolk and bay leaf extract in various doses of 0.18 g/day, 0.36 g/day and 0.72 g/day, positive control given quail egg yolk, and negative control without treatment. The ANOVA test showed that there were significant results between the treatment groups, positive control and negative control (p<0.05). Next, the BNJ test showed that giving bay leaf extract (0.18 g/day, 0.36 g/day) had a significant effect on LDL cholesterol levels (p<0.05), while a dose of 0.72 g/day showed that not significant (p>0.05), so we can conclude that the dose of 0.72 g/day was the most effective in preventing an increase in LDL cholesterol levels.

Abstract

In Indonesia, you often find drinks labeled "healthy drinks" which are commonly consumed by the public, but the process of making healthy drinks takes quite a lot of time and effort so it's not wrong, especially as the best-selling position is added by ready-to-drink drinks with contemporary flavor variants. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a new innovation was carried out by producing health drinks using local ingredients. The problem formulation taken is how to market health drinks. For this reason, the aim of the service regarding the marketing of health drinks is expected to be a breakthrough in making people aware to choose health drinks more wisely. The location of this service activity is in Bagikpolak Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency. Socialization activities regarding the socialization of health drink marketing strategies have been carried out using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. In general, this service activity ran smoothly. Based on this, the conclusion that can be drawn is that participants in service activities know beverage marketing strategies wisely, rationally and appropriately to convey to other communities.
