Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction at Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City, from 18 May to 20 May 2022. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. There are 2 sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results show that the calculation of the simple regression coefficient above shows the value of the constant coefficient of 6.080, the coefficient of the independent variable (X) is 0.628. So that the regression equation Y=6.080+0.628X is obtained, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 6.706 > 4.293 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, and the adjusted R square value is 0.427 or 42.7%. This means that service quality has an effect on community satisfaction in Sele Be Solu Hospital, Sorong City 42.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of local taxes and regional levies on the original income of the Sorong City area (case study of the Tanjung Kasuari tourist area). Regional Native Income (PAD) is one of the financial resources owned by the regions. Revenue comes from various components such as local taxes, regional levies. This type of research is iresearch research i(field iresearch) idengan i use icualitative proximity, yes, it explains the effect of local taxes and regional levies on the original income of the sorong city area by means of imwa interview, observation, idan itelaah idokumen. This research was carried out at the Regional Revenue Office (DISPENDA) of Sorong City. This research uses the iprimer idan isekunder type of idata iprimer idan. The results of the research show that the contribution of local taxes and regional levies shows that regional taxes and regional levies greatly contribute to regional financial income every year, as evidenced by regional income from regional taxes and regional levies which have always increased over the past five years.

Abstract

This stady aims to determine the effect or service quality on customer satisfactionat the promise soul cafe sorong.the problem in this study is wheter service quality has a satisfaction at the promise soul café in sorong. The type of research used is descriptive whit the surfei method. The research sample is 40 customers and the data collected are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used is simple linear regression ,correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect or service quality on customer satisfaction at the promise soul cafe in sorong.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Sorong City District Office. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all employees at the Sorong City District Office. a sample of 30 respondents. Primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 8.466 + 0.679X, the regression coefficient value of 0.679 means that every time there is a change and one percent addition to the Transformational Leadership variable, the Employee Performance variable will increase is 0.679, if the Transformational Leadership variable is zero, then Employee Performance has a value of 8.466. In the test the coefficient of determination obtained R square 64.9%, meaning that Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance by 64.9%, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study, namely work culture. The results of the t test, where tcount 7.1935 > ttable 1.7011, it can be said that the Variable Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of employee turnover in a company or business organization which has an impact on work productivity in the company due to lack of work motivation and employee work discipline. Therefore, work productivity is very important to be applied to this company to achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study is the effect of motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Salawati Motorindo Sorong. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. data collection by questionnaire technique. Respondents in this study as many as 56 people who are employees at PT. Salawati Motorindo Sorong. Hypotheses were formulated and tested using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive effect of 0,189 and significantly less than 0,05 between work motivation on employee productivity. Meanwhile, for the correlation coefficient interval relationship, there is a value of 0,40 – 0,599 or a moderate level of correlation. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 0.198 or 19.8% and 80.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

BPKD Tambrauw Regency as an institution of public interest requires maximum efficiency in terms of increasing work results to achieve organizational goals. Work motivation and transformational leadership style are closely related to employee job satisfaction because they are driving factors that generate morale in humans to work together, efficiently and integratedly. The aim is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. Sampling is based on a sample of the population, ie. H. All population groups are included in a sample of 30 respondents. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis by conducting the t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The regression equation is determined from the results of calculations performed using multiple linear regression analysis Y=9.436+0.040X1+0.504X2. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Implementing Agency (BPKD) employees, while transformational leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction. However, at the same time, work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Administration Agency (BPKD).

Abstract

Pengelolaan sangat penting dilakukan pada suatu objek wisata karena merupakan suatu perubahan keadaan kondisi yang diterapkan. Tanpa dilakukan pengelolaan pada suatu objek wisata maka tidak ada perkembangan dan perubahan yang terjadi terhadap objek tersebut. Dengan pengelolaan tempat wisata mangrove dengan baik maka diharapkan dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja, lapangan usaha bagi masyarakat serta dapat menggerakkan perekonomian bagi masyarakat sekitar khususnya Masyarakat Klawalu Sorong Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang termasuk dalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisa pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis pengelolaan tempat wisata Manggrove dan dampak adanya tempat wisata Tanaman Mangrove dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pengelolaan tempat wisata mangrove sudah dilakukan dengan baik berdasarakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pengelolaan seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Fungsi manajemen tersebut terlaksana dengan saling ketergantungan dengan tujuan agar wisata mangrove tetap terjaga dan semakin menarik pengunjung untuk datang (2) Dengan dibukanya taman wisata Mangrove ternyata mampu memberikan tambahan penghasilan bagi masyarakat dengan membuka usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Pada PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. pengujian signifikan melalui (uji-t), menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinansi (R2). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo Cabang Sorong). Semua populasi dilibatkan untuk menjadi sampel berjumlah 30 responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Uji Validitas ( Korelasi ) terhadap variabel yang ada, didapati bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan yang merupakan indikator dari kedua variabel yang ada valid, mengingat hasil perhitungan analisa berdasarkan standar kevalidan telah melebihi standar yang di tentukan r hitung lebih besar r tabel 0,50. Hasil Uji Reliability (Kehandalan), uji ini dilakukan setelah seluruh indikator pertanyaan dan hasil jawaban setelah diolah dikatakan valid. dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan alpha cronbach, hasil analisa yang ada dinyatakan handal dari setiap pertanyaan dari indikator yang ada hasilnya reliability (> 0,600 alpha cronbach ). Hasil analisa regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 4,234 + 0,477X, nilai koefisien regresi 0,477 ini mengandung makna bahwa setiap ada perubahan dan penambahan satu persen pada variabel lingkungan kerja maka Semangat Kerja Pegawai akan naik sebesar 0,477 jika variabel lingkungan kerja bernilai nol, maka Semangat Kerja pegawai memiliki nilai sebesar 4,234. Hasil uji t, dimana thitung 3,529 > ttabel 1.686 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variebel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja pegawai. Pengajuan hipotesis terbukti, Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pada uji Koefisien determinasi diperoleh R square 24.7%, artinya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Semangat Kerja pegawai sebesar 24.7%, sedangkan sisanya 75.03% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak di analisis dalam penelitian ini. Misalnya insentif dan pengembangan karier.

Abstract

The elderly are one of the groups or populations at risk that are increasing in number. Allender, Rector and Warnes (2014) in Khusnul, Mila (2020) say that the population at risk is a collection of people whose health problems are likely to develop worse because of the risk factors that influence them. This community service aims to increase empathy and concern for university personnel to the problems faced by church institutions; provide an understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy body in the elderly; instilling the values ​​of love, caring, appreciating and respecting parents, as well as the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle as early as possible. Implementation of activities in the form of health checks for members of the elderly congregation of the GPI Papua Bethlehem Sorong congregation with the elderly category. It is hoped that this medical examination will have a good influence on the congregation in maintaining health and it has been proven from the enthusiasm that the number of participants involved in the medical examination has reached 42 people.

Abstract

Biopori merupakan ruangan atau pori dalam tanah yang dibentuk oleh makhluk hidup, seperti fauna tanah dan akar tanaman. Bentuk biopori menyerupai liang (terowongan kecil) dan bercabang-cabang yang sangat efektif untuk menyalurkan air dan udara ke dan di dalam tanah. Liang pada biopori terbentuk oleh adanya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan akar tanaman di dalam tanah serta meningkatnya aktifitas fauna tanah, seperti cacing tanah, rayap, dan semut yang menggali liang di dalam tanah. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada program kemitraan masyarakat terdiri dari 3 kegiatan (pelatihan membuat lubang resapan, pengomposan sampah, membuat biogranul kompos. Dalam pelatihan serta edukasi tentang sampah dengan metode biopori yang dilakukan kepada masyakat yang bertempat tinggal pada Maribela (kilo 12) Kota Sorong didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hasil signifikan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan yaitu menambah pengetahuan mengenai biopori sebagai salah satu pengolahan sampah rumah tangga. Selama penyuluhan berlangsung para peserta terlihat antusias dan ingin mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya pengelolaan sampah yang benar. Karena tidak semua orang memahami, bahkan pada pengetahuan yang dilakukan ini.
