Abstract

Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Buddhis Bodhicitta. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai F hitung F tabel (34,786 3,15) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya secara simultan atau bersama- sama kedua variabel bebas tersebut mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap variabel terikat. Hal ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru meningkat maka kinerja guru akan meningkat. Begitu pula sebaliknya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru menurun maka kinerja guru juga menurun.  pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Buddhis Bodhicitta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji t antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, dari hasil perhitungannya menunjukkan thitung ttabel yaitu 3,116 2,000 pada taraf signifikansi 5 % dan N = 31. Hal ini berarti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah meningkat maka kinerja guru juga meningkat, dan kinerja guru menurun atau rendah bila gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menurun.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran PAIKEM merupakan salah satu model yang dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran paduan suara, dimana PAIKEM merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai pendekatan mengajar (approach to teaching) yang digunakan bersama metode tertentu dan berbagai media pengajaran yang disertai penataan lingkungan sedemikian rupa agar proses pembelajaran menjadi aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan.Pembelajaran harus berpusat pada anak (student centered learning) dan pembelajaran harus bersifat menyenangkan (learning is fun). Aspek menyenangkan dalam PAIKEM sangat penting, agar anak tidak merasa takut dan terbebani dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, agar anak dapat terus bereksplorasi, berkreasi, dan bereksperimen dalam pembelajaran. Penerapan Model PAIKEM dalam matakuliah Paduan Suara di prodi Pendidikan Musik Gereja (PMG) berhasil diterapkan dengan hasil hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat hal ini terlihat dengan hasil nilai tugas dan ujian akhir semester dan tengah semester, sehingga minat belajar dari mahasiswa antusias dalam matakuliah paduan suara.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the talking stick learning model on the active learning of PAK class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the talking stick learning model on the active learning of PAK students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a regression research using Descriptive Statistics techniques. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 177 people. Random sampling (random sampling) is 30% of the total population, namely 55 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained the value rxy=0.554>rtabel=0.226 and tcount=4.845>ttable=2.000 showing that there is a relationship between the talking stick learning model and the learning activeness of PAK class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year and obtained the regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=23.502>Ftable=1.39 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the talking stick learning model on the learning activeness of PAK class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year, amounting to 30.69%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model has on the learning motivation of class IX students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta, Humbang Hasundutan district, for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population is all class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 191 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is an influence of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model on the learning motivation of class IX students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta, Humbang Hasundutan district for the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained with a value of rxy = 0.586 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable dk=n-2=30)= 2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable 60X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 34.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 15.66 > 2.01 Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials for music theory courses based on this Google site uses research and development methods. This research procedure adapts the ADDIE development model, namely a development model consisting of five stages consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluating. The results of the research show that the Google site-based music theory I and II teaching material products are: development of Google site-based music theory I and II teaching materials using the Borg and Gall development method which consists of 7 processes, namely needs analysis, research planning, initial product development, initial field trials, revision of trial results, main product field trials, and final product revisions. The development of music theory I and II teaching materials based on the Google site is able to make students understand the material better by providing additional supporting videos and can also increase students' interest in reading because it can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Group Investigation Type Cooperative Learning Model on the active learning of Christian Religious Education of class IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research method, with inferential statistical data analysis. The population is all class IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year who are Christians totaling 103 people and a sample of 52 people was determined, namely 50% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 44 items, namely 28 items for variable X and 16 items for variable Y which were compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Cooperative Learning Model of the Group Investigation type on the active learning of Christian Religious Education of Class IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship The value obtained is rxy = 0.552 > rtable(a=0.05,n=52) = 0.297, thus there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=50)= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable .35X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=24, dk denominator=n-2=52-2=50) namely 21.72 > 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) type cooperative learning model on the learning activity of PAK students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung Learning Year 2023/2024. The research method used is quantitative research method. The population is all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 learning year totaling 125 people and a sample of 62 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 34 items, namely 18 items for variable X and 16 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) type cooperative learning model on the learning activity of PAK students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung Learning Year 2023/2024: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.624 > rtable(a=0,05,n=62) = 0,254. ­b) Test the relationship of significant obtained tcount values > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=60)= 2,000. 2) Test the influence: a) Test the regression equation, obtained regression equation. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 38,9%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate > Ftable=(a=0.05,dk numerator k=20,dk denominator=n-2=62-2=60) which is 38.16 > 1.39. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 152 people. Random sampling (random sampling) was 35% of the total population, namely 53 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.501>rtabel(n=53)=0.297 and tcount=4.134>ttable(n-2=51)=2.000 shows that there is a relationship between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning and interest studying class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 25.10%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=16.794>Ftable(n-2=51)=3.15 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the use of audio-visual media in Christian Religious Education learning on the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pakkat for the 2023/2024 academic year.
