Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Kedisiplinan guru memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam menjaga kedisiplinan guru seringkali timbul di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewawancarai kepala sekolah dan guru di beberapa sekolah. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menggunakan beberapa strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Pertama, kepala sekolah membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan guru, memberikan arahan yang jelas, dan memberikan umpan balik konstruktif. Kedua, mereka mengadakan pertemuan rutin untuk membahas masalah kedisiplinan dan memberikan pelatihan khusus yang berkaitan dengan etika dan kedisiplinan guru. Ketiga, kepala sekolah memberikan penghargaan dan pengakuan kepada guru yang menunjukkan kedisiplinan yang baik. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang konsisten dan transparan terkait kedisiplinan guru. Mereka mengembangkan aturan dan prosedur yang jelas, serta memberlakukan sanksi yang proporsional untuk pelanggaran kedisiplinan. Kepala sekolah juga bekerja sama dengan komite disiplin dan melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru melibatkan komunikasi yang baik, pelatihan khusus, penghargaan, kebijakan konsisten, dan partisipasi guru dalam pengambilan keputusan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang disiplin, yang pada gilirannya akan berdampak positif pada prestasi siswa dan keberhasilan sekolah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at MTI Canduang Islamic Boarding School. The study utilized a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 50 respondents selected through a questionnaire survey. The findings of the study revealed the following: 1) work motivation significantly influences teacher performance, 2) work discipline has a significant impact on teacher performance, and 3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation, work discipline, and teacher performance. The R2 analysis yielded a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.534 or 53.4%. This indicates that 53.4% of the variation in teacher performance at MTI Canduang can be explained by the independent variables of work discipline and work motivation. Furthermore, it was found that 33.1% of teacher performance at MTI Canduang is influenced by factors not considered in the research model.Keywords: Discipline, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain in simple terms the concept of independent learning offered by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and Higher Education (Menristekdikti) and its implementation in Islamic educational institutions. Free Learning Education is a response to the needs of the education system in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the main need to be achieved in the education system or more specifically in learning methods, namely students or students, is mastery of new literacy. The new literacy is First, data literacy. Second, technological literacy. Finally, human literacy. In addition, the Free Learning Education system also prioritizes character education. This article uses library research. With data sources from journals, research reports, scientific magazines, newspapers, relevant books, results of seminars, unpublished scientific articles, sources, bibliographical letters, and so on. So in this study, learning methods in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 can determine the success of learning because one of the characteristics of the concept of education 4.0 is the position of students as educational subjects (student centered), integration of material and teaching and learning processes (PBM) with the demands of modern knowledge, society and the world of work. And the methods used vary, but in the independent education system learning the Blended Learning method is ideal as a learning method.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the quality of educational services and the satisfaction of students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Manaar Batuhampar. The research method is correlational with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents using the Probability Sampling technique in the Simple Random Sampling method. Data analysis used Rank Spearman correlation with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 application. The results showed that the quality of educational services has a fairly good relationship with studentsatisfaction of 31.3% and has a positive relationship. The positive meaning shows that the better the quality of educational services (X), the higher the level of student satisfaction (Y). and conversely, the worse the quality of educational services (X), the worse the level of student satisfaction (Y).
