Abstract

Coffee sales of King CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan often goes up and down abnormally so it experiences problems, so the purpose of this study is to find out the estimated sales of coffee king on CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan for the January 2017 period to December 2017. The method used is the time series method consisting of linear trend methods, parabolic trend methods, exponential trend methods, quadratic trend methods and semi-average methods. A better method is used to determine the estimated sales of king coffee on CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan is a Parabolic Trend method with the equation: Y = 2,528,625 + 34,6x + 15,42x2, this equation has the smallest MSE of 161,632,1896. From the equation, it can be seen that the estimated values for the period January 2017 to December 2017 are: January 2017 amounting to 5,584 boxes, February 2017 amounting to 6,517 boxes, March 2017 amounting to 7,573 boxes, April 2017 amounting to 8,753 boxes, May 2017 amounting to 10,056 boxes, June 2017 11,482 box, July 2107 amounted to 13,031 boxes, August 2017 amounted to 14,704 boxes, September 2017 amounted to 15,497 boxes, October 2017 amounted to 18,420 boxes, November 2017 amounted to 20,463 boxes and December 2017 amounted to 22,630 boxes.Keywords: Planning and Sales Estimates

Abstract

Education is considered as a mean to improve the quality of human resources itself. A good education are expected to provide the high quality human resources. But in reality today, education is also considered to be closely related to unemployment, especially unemployment of well educated labor. Seen from the number of people working with university education just as much as 8.8 million people. Based on these data clearly illustrate the ironic, where the higher a person's education, the higher probability of him being unemployment. Given the magnitude of the benefits that can be gained through entrepreneurship, especially to improve the quality of life and quality of individual, then entrepreneurship needs to be maintained as an alternative career choice of a Moslem. Why always depend on others while we have been provided by Allah SWT variety of potential which can be used for standalone or even job opportunities for others. Our task is how to recognize potential that exists and use it in startup business.

Abstract

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has severe health effects and serious implications for economic. This research is a conceptual article that describes concepts and principles of Islamic wealth management (IWM), Islamic financial planning practice during Covid-19 pandemic, and Islamic social finance for reducing the pandemic effect. There are five stages in IWM that is wealth accumulation, wealth consumption, wealth purification, wealth distribution, and wealth protection. Wealth distribution such as alms, grant, and waqf are important in reducing social and economic impacts due to a pandemic. The existence of Islamic social financial institutions becomes very important to manage that fund. In other hand, practicing Islamic financial planning in household level can mitigate potential poverty in the crisis period. The financial planning manage the provision given by Allah as well which is beneficial for the life of the world and for the afterlife.

Abstract

Based on the result of research indicate that there is linkage between component of porter diamond model in sharia banking industry in Indonesia. The linkages are supportive and non-supportive. Supportive linkages exist in resource conditions, government role, role of opportunity. While the relationship is not supportive that is on the factors of competition and corporate strategy.

Abstract

Kosmetik halal memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi perhatian konsumen Muslim Generasi Z. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi perilaku Muslim Z Generation dalam membeli kosmetik dan skincare halal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian campuran. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Muslim Z Generation yang menjadi responden penelitian ini sudah mulai melakukan pembelian kosmetik dan perawatan kulit. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas dan keamanan produk menjadi alasan utama untuk membeli dan menggunakan kosmetik dan perawatan kulit halal. Alasan lain Muslim Z Generation menggunakan kosmetik dan perawatan kulit halal adalah karena keyakinan agama. Dengan mempelajari perilaku pembelian konsumen yang dapat memprediksi kebutuhan kosmetik dan produk perawatan pribadi berlabel halal,
