Abstract

Abstract: Purpose in this activity to achieve is for increasing knowledge about creative entrepreneur which miner simulation and practical how was process creating product plate wash. Method for this training is lecture method, practical and answer and asking and than evaluating result of training success or not with giving questioner pre-test & Post- test and the indicator success or not this event as like that with participant absent a number of 75 % from invitation has been spread and for indicator successfully level of participant understood on this program is 80 % from materialistic knowledge after done evaluate with using pre test and post test. Result after this program Ipteks for society (IbM) showed this program very utility for increasing creativity of mother of PKK in Domo village Subdistrict At Kampar Kiri, Kampar Regency. In case can look at from indicator-indicator achievement. There is level of indicator achievement from arrival participant which weather target around 80 % from 75 %. Meanwhile indicator level of participant understanding to this program also weather from target before is 85 % from 80 %. Keywords: Creativity, Entrepreneu

Abstract

Abstract: Partner situation analysis, teachers become professional educators especially for those who have already obtained teacher certification. Teachers in managing rank to level Va to Vb are required to write scientific articles published to scientific journals for the results of his work can be read by various circles in need. The problem of partners, teachers still do not know the scientific editor in order to publish the script, still the lack of knowledge of teachers on how to submit a scientific script to the editorial of scientific journals to be published to scientific journals. Submission of scientific manuscripts is the first step of the teacher in order to publish his scientific work during teaching. During this time the teacher is still less understanding what is a scientific journal and also how to submit a scientific script to the editor to be published to scientific journals. Outcome targets to be achieved in this activity is a form of change of knowledge and ability of teachers as educators to the submission of scientific manuscripts to the editor to be able to publish scientific manuscripts to scientific journals. The solution given in this activity is to provide training in the submission of scientific manuscripts to the editorial to be published to scientific journals. Based on the results of the devotion that has been implemented on December 15, 2016, it was found that information about the change of knowledge of teachers about what is the publisher of scientific journals, the usefulness of the publisher, the submission of the manuscript to the publisher and how the strategy of writing articles to be published to journal publishers. Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of partner situation, teachers as professional educators, especially for civil servant teachers are required to improve the rank and position that most of the time have never received training registers to OJS publishers. One of the requirements of taking care of rank and becoming a teacher constraint is writing articles and published to scientific journals. While teachers do not have knowledge and so far most teachers have not received training how to register to scientific journals. Training to teachers is given, training is targeted to teachers able to register their articles to OJS scientific journal (open journal system), in addition to easily accessed via internet and journal entry system more transparent. The method of implementation is to use lecture and question and answer methods. Based on the results of dedication to the community, it can be explained that there is a change of knowledge, understanding and ability of the participants in attending the existing training. Abstract

Abstract: Teachers as educators whose function is to provide knowledge to the learners. Teachers have a career ladder career path that is the basis for menggajian and also the provision of benefits in the form of functional allowance teacher certification. This certification requires teachers to be more professional in menrransfer knowledge in the classroom. Scientific journal is one of the tasks of teachers to rank IV A to IV b. This journal is a follow up of the results of a classroom action research that will be demolished to the level of local journals, journals of national and even international journals. But for teachers, rising to scientific journals alone be a good achievement. The problems faced by teachers in order to write an article that will be published to the scientific journal is the central issue. Teachers still do not have the knowledge and understanding in the realm of the task. The solution offered in this problem is the team will provide training in the form of writing articles that will be presented to a scientific journal. For the team, this time has had experience in managing several scientific journals, manuscripts from the collection process and until published manuscript. Training is given to teachers, teacher training is targeted to be able to write articles and can then be published to a scientific journal. This is very useful for teachers and is also useful for the team devotion in order to devote themselves to the public. Training is done in several stages, the first stage is the preparation phase, which prepares the trainee in this case is the cooperation partner. Then the second stage is the stage of provision of knowledge as an introduction and understanding of the administration in the form of examples and practices to the participants. Based on the results of community service performed may be explained the changes of knowledge, understanding and capabilities of participants in training there. Abstract

Abstract: Situasi mitra berkenaan dengan kemampuan menilai berita palsu memang masih menjadi rendah, dimana terdapat keinginan dari mitra untuk mendengarkan tentang bagaimana menilai berita yang benar dan aspek-aspek apa saja yang perlu mereka lihat. Kemudian sebagai dosen perempuan dan kalangan intelektual mereka sikap mereka berdampak kepada tindakan dalam bentuk menyampaikan kembali berita kepada mahasiswa dan bila beritanya tidak benar maka akan berakibat pada penyesatan informasi yang disampaikan. Melalui metode pelatihan penilaian berita palsu atau hoax kepada dosen perempuan yang tergabung dalam kelompok arisan yakni dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam menilai berita sebuah berita. Melalui ceramah dan praktek serta penilaian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre test dan pos test akan memberikan penilaian yang lebih nyata kepada dosen perempuan akan keberhasilan pelatihan ini. Setelah dilaksanakannya pelatihan menilai berita bohong atau hoax dosen perempuan dapat dengan sungguh-sungguh mengikuti pelatihan, hal ini dilihat dari jumlah peserta yang ditargetkan 50% hadir dan sampai pada akhir kegiatan pelatihan mencapai 70% dan kemudian setelah dilakukan pre test dan post test bagi peserta menghasilkan kemampyan menilai berita palsu, memahami maksud disebarkannya berita palsu dan juga mampu menilai dan bersikap setelah menerima berita palsu sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang benar dan membedakan mana yang benar dan mana yang salah dan akhirnya akan menyampaikannya kembali kepada mahasiswa di kelas. Abstract

Social science has a uniqueness in overcoming various problems faced and scientific development. Various problems in social sciences such as education, economics and business, policy and environmental problems become the latest phenomenon and its development requires wisdom in providing solutions to existing conditions. Through library research research methods and also data taken in documentation and also analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results show that through action research can improve the ability of scientists to solve social problems and this method of action also provides its own color in shaping and making social science more real in science.

Abstract

Situasi mitra berkenaan dengan lemahnya pengembangan usaha mikro yang dimiliki mitra, mitra usaha adalah perempuan yang menjadi tulang punggung keluarga seperti: perempuan yang ditinggal suami dan manula. Perempuan tersebut memiliki usaha pokok yang dijadikan sandaran utama penghasilan kehidupan keluarga seperti usaha dagang harian, jualan gorengan, menerima upahan mencuci dan menggosok, bertani jahe di halaman rumah dan juga jualan bumbu giling. Focus masalah lebih kepada kurangnya dukungan dari berbagai kalangan untuk usaha mereka karena usaha yang mereka jalankan tidak memiliki kelompok. Dukungan permodalan dari pemerintah kelurahan dan juga pihak lainnya membutuhkan kelompok usaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama bagi mitra. Melalui metode sosialisasi dan pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam mengelola kelompok usaha bersama. Melalui ceramah dan pembentukan serta penilaian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre test dan pos test akan memberikan penilaian yang lebih nyata kepada mitra akan keberhasilan kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di lapangan berkaitan dengan upaya meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan UMKM menunjukkan adanya perubahan pengetahuan mengenai kelompok usaha bersama dan juga manfaat yang akan mereka dapatkan, kemudian peserta sosialisasi membuat komitmen dalam kelompok serta mereka membuat rencana yang jelas pada setiap usaha yang dijalankan.
