Abstract

operasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Kredit Union Serviam mempunyai kegiatan utama yaitu membentuk dana dari anggota sehingga membentuk modal dan kemudian dipinjamkan kembali kepada anggota yang membutuhkan untuk tujuan yang produktif dan kesejahteraan anggota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi kredit yang menerima kredit pada tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 yang berjumlah 1133 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini lebih besar dari 100 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan Data, Teknik wawancara, Studi Dokumentasi, Kuesioner. Teknik Analisis Data, Analisis regresi berganda dan Analisis Regresi Linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa faktor karakter, kemampuan/kesanggupan, modal, jaminan, dan kondisi ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, diperoleh nilai Fhitung 8,131 > nilai Ftabel = 2,92. Artinya semua variabel bebas dilakukan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang. Oleh karena itu maka keputusannya menolak Ho dan menerima Ha, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel (karakter, kemampuan, modal,jaminan dan kondisi ekonomi) terhadap kemampuan pengembalian piutang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara sifat percaya diri dengan hasil balajar pada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI (XI 1PS II). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana rasa percaya diri siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur, 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur, 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Kupang Timur. Dalam melakukan pengumpilan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam melakukan analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. untuk menganalisis data tersebut, peneliti menggunakan program SPSS dengan versi 25. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Berdasarkan tabel hasil uji t dapat dijelaskan, jika t hitung 4,485 > t tabel 1,70113 dengan tingkat signifikasinya sebesar 0,000 yang artinya 0,000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sifat Percaya Diri secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Factors Affecting Student Learning Outcomes During Online Learning at UPTD SMP Negeri 9 Kupang in 2021/2022". With the problem statement " Do student institutions, student knowledge and skills, teacher knowledge and skills, and parents' financial status affect learning outcomes?". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, knowledge and skills of students, knowledge and skills of teachers and the economy of parents on learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the UPTD SMP Negeri 9 Kupang which is located at Jl. Nanga Jamal, kel. Naikoten 1, Kec. King City, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Primary and secondary data are types and sources of data. Observation technology and data collection technology with questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression tests, then tested again using hypothesis testing. Based on the results of surveys and discussions, facility factors (X1), student knowledge and competency factors (X2), teacher knowledge and competency factors (X3), and parents' economic factors (X4) jointly or partially on learning outcomes (Y).These four variables have an influence on learning outcomes of 44.8%.

Abstract

Research has been done on the Effect of Problem Based Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class XI Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students. This study aims to determine whether the Problem Based Learning have influence on student learning outcomes in Class XI Economics at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat. This research uses Quasi Experiment (quasi-experimental), data collection using tests/questions. The sample of this study consisted of 60 students consisting of class XI IPS I and XI IPS II. Class XI IPS I as treatment class, namely the Problem Based Learning (PBL) and class XI IPS II as Control class with lecture method.Based on the results of this study, hypothesis testing (Test Independent Sample T-Test can be seen the results of the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, it can concluded that H0 (rejected) There is no effect of Problem Based Learning on Student Learning Outcomes In Class XI Economics Subject at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat and H1 (accepted) There is influence of Problem Based Learning on Student Learning Outcomes in Class XI Economics Subject at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat.

Abstract

In essence, people work not only to maintain their survival but also aim to achieve a better standard of living. This study aimed to determine the effect of status PNS, salary, sense of security, appreciation, and self-actualization on the work motivation of contract teachers in Kupang City. The population in this study were contract teachers who taught in kindergarten, elementary, middle, high, and Vocational Schools in Kupang City (49 people). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS 17). The results of the t-test show that each independent variable, namely civil servant status, salary, sense of security, appreciation, and self-actualization needs, affects the work motivation of contract teachers in Kupang City. The calculated t values for each variable are civil servant status = 6,529, salary = 4,828, sense of security = 3,064, appreciation = 2,835, from self-actualization = 2,054 > t table = 2,00. Likewise, the results of the f-test show that all independent variables influence the work motivation of contract teachers. This can be seen from the value of Fcount = 26.577 > Ftable = 3.42 (sig 0.005).
