Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan satuan kerja perangkat daerah untuk menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) yang akan diterapkan oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah X dengan acuan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 61 Tahun 2007. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskrptif.RSUD X telah memenuhi persyaratan substantif, persyaratan teknis, dan persyaratan administratif yang meliputi surat pernyataan kesanggupan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan, keuangan, dan manfaat bagi masyarakat; pola tata kelola; rencana strategis bisnis; standar pelayanan minimal; laporan keuangan pokok atau prognosa/proyeksi laporan keuangan; dan laporan audit terakhir atau  pernyataan bersedia untuk diaudit secara independen. Terpenuhinya persyaratan substantif dan hasil dari indikator penilaian kinerja pelayanan yang cukup baik setiap tahunnya dan kinerja keuangan yang sehat serta menunjukkan tren positif maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah X siap untuk menerapkan PPK-BLUD. Kendala yang saat ini sedang dihadapi oleh RSUD adalah keterbatasan pengembangan infrastruktur serta jumlah sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana yang sesuai standar sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik. Ancaman dari lingkungan eksternal juga  mendorong RSUD untuk mempersiapkan diri untuk menerapkan PPK-BLUD untuk dapat  bersaing dengan industri sejenis. Kata Kunci: Kesiapan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Badan Layanan Umum Daerah, Kinerja, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah

Abstract

Scholars and practitioners have done much research in developing EFL students' reading skill so that they can recall the main points of a text, answer literal and/or inferential questions, and even complete the actual reading of the text. Yet, those mainly have to involve the presence of a teacher or tutor for monitoring whereas students should be trained to be independent in reading. By reviewing related literature, this article is suggesting to use ‘Audiobook' to assist EFL students in reading independently. This article describes how the teaching of reading for EFL students, and how audiobooks can contribute to it. This all finally come with a conclusion that audiobook definitely can assist EFL in students in reading independently that later will supportively develop their reading skill and language competence besides their listening skill itself.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam penelitian ini digunakan panel surya tanpa thermoelectric generator sebagai referensi pembanding dengan panel surya yang menggunakan thermoelectric generator agar dapat diketahui pengaruh terhadapefisiensi listriknya. Modul panel surya yang digunakan berjenis polikristalin silikon dan thermoelectricgenerator yang digunakan berjumlah 10 buah TEG SP 1848. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini diantaranya suhu, arus, dan tegangan pada ketinggian cahaya lampu 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm. Dari hasil penelitian inidiperoleh bahwa sistem tandem panel surya dengan thermoelectric generator memiliki persentase efisiensi listrikyang lebih besar dari pada panel surya tanpa thermoelectric generator. Peningkatan efisiensi listrik pada panelsurya disebabkan karena thermoelectric generator mampu menurunkan suhu panel surya sekaligus menghasilkanlistrik. Peningkatan efisiensi listrik rata-rata sistem tandem panel surya dengan thermoelectric generator padaketinggian cahaya lampu 35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm adalah 0.66%, 0.74%, dan 0.84%. Kata kunci : efisiensi listrik, panel surya, generator termoelektrik AbstractIn this study, solar panels without thermoelectric generators were used as a reference for comparison with solar panels using thermoelectric generators to determine the effect on their electrical efficiency. The solar panelmodules used were polycrystalline silicon and thermoelectric generators used in the amount of 10 1848 SPTEGs. The parameters measured in this study included temperature, current, and voltage at the lamp height 35cm, 40 cm, 45 cm. From the results of this study it was found that tandem solar panel systems withthermoelectric generators have a greater percentage of electrical efficiency than solar panels withoutthermoelectric generators. Increased electricity efficiency in solar panels is caused by thermoelectric generatorscapable of lowering the temperature of solar panels while producing electricity. The increase in the electricalefficiency of the average tandem solar panel system with a thermoelectric generator at the light beam height of35 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm is 0.66%, 0.74%, and 0.84%. Abstract

The Baiturrahman Mosque is a place for Muslims to gather to perform prayers or other Islamic activities based on the Shari'a and adab in it. These activities cannot be separated from the existence of administrators from each mosque, tasked with conveying information about activities at the mosque. the purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based management information system for the Baiturrahman mosque. The waterfall model is a system development model that is systematic and sequential in building software. Building a website-based mosque management information system. From the Baiturrahman mosque information system, there are several menus that local worshipers can use, such as qurban savings, information about mosque activities and finances.

Abstract

In this study, the aim is to find out how parents view the use of social media applications in adolescents in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is done by collecting data through interviews and observation. The results of this research show that various views of parents of teenagers in the city of Surabaya range from positive, negative, and neutral. There are many positive and negative impacts on teenagers in using social media; there are positive impacts obtained from teenagers, namely: being able to strengthen friendships with friends, being able to add friends, easy to interact with friends, being easy to get along with, broadening knowledge, make social media as a discussion suggestion, a place to pour out your heart, a place to store personal data. Meanwhile, the negative impacts that occur on adolescents in using social media are: imitation behavior, offense, reduced relationship with the surrounding environment, forgetting time from study time and other activity times, and the most important negative impact is lack of attention to family. Teenagers in the city of Surabaya use social media not only to chat and watch videos but also to act as content creators. but there is an impact that parents complain about, like teenagers, they often create content such as content that is considered bad and can forget about their own obligations.

Abstract

The problem of agricultural water, which frequently entails water shortages in various developing countries, has existed and gotten worse since the late 1980s, when the idea of global warming was first introduced. The existing system of archiving geographical data in Lamongan Regency is still organised as a manual for each district. Therefore, a new system is required that makes use of web-based information system technology to organise, analyse, and handle geographic data (spatial reference). If the Irrigation Public Works Agency (DPUP) needs to find suitable areas to build new irrigation canals, it can consult Webmap, a web-based geographic information system. There are previously established criteria, such as parameters, in the region to solve the associated difficulties. New irrigation canals in Lamongan District necessitate the creation of a Webmap, a tool for collecting, integrating, manipulating, analysing, and displaying information about the location and state of land. This capstone project details the development and launch of a Webmap. Considering the regularity with which information is updated, this strategy can stand in for conventional data warehouses.

Abstract

Abstrak— Telemedicine merupakan teknologi interaksi secara realtime antara pasien dapat menghubungi dokter dengan menggunakan telepon genggamnya atau internet. Pada RSUD Haji Surabaya ini pada pelayanan dan pengelolaan rekam medis masih banyak pengantrian dalam melakukan pemberkasan dokumen, verifikasi dokument, kemudian pasien tersebut berada di poli mana dan pada saat melakukan pemeriksaan harus menunggu giliran. Maka dari itu diperlukan sistem yang berfungsi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dan rumah sakit dalam menangani masalah kesehatan ini yang nantinya dapat mempermudah pasien atau pengguna untuk melakukan konsultasi seperti diagnosa yang dialaminya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk melakukan pengembangan sistemnya, metode ini sangat banyak dipakai oleh beberapa penelitian dikarenakan pemodelan ini dilakukan dengan tahap demi tahap yang dilewati harus menunggu selesainya tahap sebelumnya dan harus berjalan secara berurutan.
