Abstract

The existence of a very fast world shift in the world of education in a globalized manner provides a new direction in developing deep thinking with the existence of very sophisticated technology. The literacy we face today is indeed very quickly accepted and requires a lot of understanding and data. The research objective was to describe and analyze the implementation of transformational leadership by school principals to create a culture of literacy for teachers and students in schools. The research method with qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Primary data sources in research; principals, teachers and students. Data collection tool with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Research result; transformative school principal programs include holding workshops on the use of digital literacy every 1 semester 2 times, in sub-district KKG events and utilizing social media in communicating and utilizing internet media as a learning medium.

Abstract

This study aimed to gain understanding from a series of published scientific evidence studies that have been released with the problem of best practice management marketing studies to increase sales of green tourism in several developing countries. This study was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner by reviewing much scientific evidence that has been made public in national and international publications for data published in the last ten years. After getting the data, we review it under the phenomenological approach, where we look at the data, and the volume to answer problems that we believe can answer the problem with the principles of validity and high quality. After reviewing and discussing the findings, we can conclude that the findings include an understanding of green tourism, then the best steps in promoting green tourism by saving the environment but still from a business perspective for sustainability and profits. It is hoped that these findings will color similar studies in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes business strategies using digital marketing after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of literature review research. The primary data sources for this research are digital marketing books and journals related to the marketing business. How to collect data by collecting several relevant research journal articles. This data analysis uses content. The study results show that in the post-covid-19 pandemic, there has been a habit of people who like to shop online. There is a need for a business strategy to deal with this and maintain the existence of a digital marketing business. Business strategies can be implemented for online companies as a digitalization strategy using digital marketing by implementing search engine marketing, digital content marketing, Pay-per-click Ads, and influencer marketing. The recommendations from this study require digital business applications that are easily accessible to all levels of society.

Abstract

Many companies or organizations are just starting to stand so that quality Human Resources are needed. This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and readiness to change on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Kupang City. The sample in this study were female employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Kupang City totaling 40 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by giving respondents to choose alternative answers in the form of a check list with a two-pole verbal research scale. The results showed that the transformational leadership variable partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the readiness to change variable had a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The readiness to change variable has a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The transformational leadership variable is 4.214 (sig.0.000) and the ttable value is 2.02809, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the readiness to change variable is -2.988 and the ttable value is 2.02809, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the application of a humanistic approach in school leadership, which impacts human resources development in the digitalization era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. They collect data through participant observation, interviews, and documentation studies to achieve research objectives. A modified analytic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The level of credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability are the basis for data validity. The results of the study explain that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and self-authenticity) and the humanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspire the humanistic approach of school principals. The results of this research empirically provide new hope for teachers, staff, students, and parents of students at the elementary level by applying a humanistic approach to school principals in the digital era. This finding has implications, where through a humanistic approach, school principals are more open to appreciating participation and view teachers, employees, and parents as human beings who have equality in building cooperation. Thus, through the humanistic approach of the school principal, the school environment becomes a place for empowering learning and the formation of human values that need to be upheld.
