Abstract

This article discusses the importance of lecturer professionalism in achieving national education goals in universities, especially in the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program at Bumigora University. The professionalism of lecturers includes pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competencies, which play a role in creating a quality educational environment. This study explains how the evaluation of lecturer performance is carried out through questionnaires filled out by students and how the results of this evaluation are used to motivate lecturers to improve the quality of education. The evaluation results show that the level of student satisfaction with the overall performance of lecturers is very good, but there is still room for improvement. Social Competence was rated highest, while Personality Competence had the lowest level of satisfaction. These results show that the professionalism of lecturers in terms of social interaction can be improved. Evaluation of lecturer performance is an important step in ensuring the quality of higher education and encouraging lecturers to continuously improve their professionalism. This article concludes that efforts to improve the professionalism of lecturers need to continue so that higher education remains of high quality and in accordance with national education goals

Abstract

Abstract Computerized Adaptive Test (CAT) allows the use of targeted tests, that is, each test taker obtains items that match his or her ability level. The purpose of this research is to find out the final semester exam with the CAT model. The research methodology is descriptive quantitative. Purposive sampling technique was used to take a sample of 73 students. The results of this study indicate that the CAT used in this semester final exam based on Moodle can select test items given to test takers adaptively according to the user's ability level. The very high ability category was 42 students, the high ability category was 11 students, the medium ability category was 9 students, the low ability category was 4 students, and the very low ability category was 7 students. Overall, the ability of learners is in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji kelayakan aplikasi puzzle wayang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi prosedur pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dibatasi sampai pada tahap development. Pengujian kelayakan produk telah melewati tahap validasi ahli dan uji coba pengguna. Validasi ahli materi dan ahli media menggunakan desain Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI) V 2.0, sedangkan uji coba pada pengguna menggunakan angket skala likert yang dimodifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, produk mendapatkan rerata skor 3,86 dari skala 4 untuk penilaian ahli materi, 3,62 dari skala 4 untuk penilaian ahli media, serta uji coba pengguna mendapatkan skor 3,6 dari skala 4. Sehingga, mengacu pada kriteria kelayakan, produk aplikasi mendapatkan predikat ‘layak’ untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci:  Puzzle, Wayang, Model ADDIE, Penguatan Karakter, R&D

Abstract

Keberadaan sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu perusahaan memegang peranan sangatpenting. Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu faktor internal yang memegangperanan penting , berhasil tidaknya suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan, sehinggaperlu diarahkan melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Komunikasisangat penting dan merupakan kunci pembuka dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerjakaryawan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengemukakan pengaruhkomunikasi,lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (libraryresearch). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi yang baik komunikasiyang baik adalah alat yang diperlukan untuk mencapai kinerja berkualitas tinggi danmempertahankan yang kuat dalam organisasi. Kepercayaan di antara karyawan dapatdibangun apabila setiap orang meluangkan waktu untuk menyampaikan komunikasi yangjelas. Komunikasi yang efektif meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan menyatukankaryawan.

Abstract

Abstract:The aim of this research is to identify the patterns of Islamic education conveyed through persuasive communication in the formation of social ethics as a resolution to moral degradation. Data collection for this article was conducted using a qualitative method with library research and a content analysis approach. The results of this study show that the appropriate and effective Islamic education model, delivered through persuasive communication, capable of addressing moral degradation is education that applies the methods of understanding, habituation, and exemplary behavior. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pendidikan Islam yang disampaikan melalui komunikasi persuasif dalam pembentukan etika sosial sebagai resolusi degradasi moral. Pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan pendekatan kajian isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pendidikan Islam yang tepat dan efektif dan disampaikan menggunakan komunikasi persuatif akan mempu menghadapi degradasi moral adalah pendidikan dengan menerapkan metode pemahaman, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan.

Abstract

Augmented reality is the latest technology that can connect digital information into a real environment that is used in education. The purpose of this study is to present bibliometric and bibliographical literature on Augmented reality in Education. Bibliometric analysis used VOSviewer which contained 989 literatures from the Google Scholar database published from 2018-2023. The research results show an increase in 2018-2022. In 2023 there will be a decline since there are only a few published articles. There are 9 clusters. Cluster 1 (8 items), cluster 2 (7 items), cluster 3 (6 items), cluster 4 (5 items), cluster 5 (5 items), cluster 6 (3 items), cluster 7 (2 items), cluster 8 (2 items), and cluster 9 (2 items). In addition, papers are published by mostly Indonesian researchers. This study provides information for educational researchers regarding Augmented reality in education in the implementation of learning it seems that not much has been done which is expected to strengthen the topic of further researchers.
