Abstract

ABSTRAKTari Sigale-gale merupakan tarian sebuah patung kayu yang digerakkan oleh manusia dengan diiringi alunan musik khas Batak. Tari Sigale-gale sempat menjadi icon pada acara Festival Danau Toba tahun 2013. Adanya pergeseran nilai tari Sigale-gale dikarenakan perubahan cara penyuguhan tari Sigale-gale tersebut dengan memutar kaset yang sebelumnya selalu diiringi alunan alat-alat musik khas Batak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui esensi dan nilai yang terkandung dari tari Sigale-gale dalam meningkatkan wisata budaya di Desa Tomok Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Tari Sigale-gale merupakan suatu pertunjukan yang menceritakan tradisi suku Batak Toba pada zaman dahulu. Prosesinya sejak dahulu hingga kini tidak mengalami perubahan namun cara menampilkannya yang berubah. Kesimpulan dari  penelitian ini adalah bahwa nilai tari Sigale-gale perlu dipertahankan dengan mengembalikan cara menampilkan pertunjukannya seperti sedia kala dan menghadirkan penari yang handal dalam menarik wisatawan untuk manortor (menari). Kata Kunci: Value, Tari Sigale-gale, Wisata Budaya  VALUE OF SIGALE-GALE DANCE TO INCREASE CULTURE TOURISM IN TOMOK VILLAGE, SAMOSIR DISTRICT ABSTRACTTari Sigale-gale is a dance of a wooden statue that is driven by humans accompanied by typical Batak music. Sigale-gale dance had become an icon in the 2013 Lake Toba Festival. The shift in the value of Sigale-gale dance was due to changes in the way the Sigale-gale dance was presented by playing tapes which were always accompanied by strains of Batak musical instruments. The purpose of this study was to determine the essence and value contained in Sigale-gale dance in enhancing cultural tourism in Tomok Village, Samosir Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study state that Sigale-gale Dance is a performance that tells the traditions of the Batak Toba tribe in ancient times. The procession has not changed until now but the way it is displayed changes. The conclusion of this study is that the value of Sigale-gale dance needs to be maintained by returning the way to show the show as usual and presenting dancers who are reliable in attracting tourists to dance. Keywords: Value, Sigale-Gale Dance, Culture Tourism

Abstract

Special interest tourism is one of the forms of attraction development recommended in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPDA) of Bandung Regency. Therefore, realizing the special interest attraction of interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari destination is the most appropriate strategy in the development of the next destination. This article discusses how the strategy in developing Kampung Batu Malakasari to become a special interest tourist attraction. using qualitative studies and SWOT analysis resulted in several recommendations related to the strategy of developing special interest interest in Kampung Batu Malakasari, are: (1) Packaging special interest attractiveness; (2) Presenting geo- tourism based education (geowisata); (3) Provide staff training as a natural and cultural interpreter; (5 Improve accessibility to increase tourist comfort; (6) Involving citizens in tourism management with the concept of community-based tourism management

Abstract

Tourism is inseparable from the role of the Travel Agent . The role of travel agents is vital due to the creativity of “ concocting “ tour packages offered by the travel agent that makes the magnetic allure of foreign tourists come to Yogyakarta . With more and more of her as a tourist destination has to offer and the more diverse types paketan tour at an economical price , then the scene of a race between a travel agent - travel agent in Yogyakarta to captivate foreign tourists to come to Yogyakarta . ASITA ( Association of Indonesian Tours And Travel ) is a forum All Indonesia Tour & Travel Yogyakarta chapter , noting that there is a trend of foreign tourists visit it depends on the package tours offered by travel agents. Offered more competitive prices which makes the competition between travel agents with one anothe. Many factors affect the motivation of an individual or a group of tourists who come to Yogyakarta. Abstract

The aims of this research is to know agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden. The reasons of developing agrotourism as such, it educates the purpose of keeping the relationship among local societies, interest sectors, and visitors. The Agrotourism of Mangunan Garden is inspired to improve the farmers earnings and the quality of rural society lives which then expletedly represent opportunity to educate th societies on agriculture an ecosystems. Agrotourism sustainable development of Mangunan Garden, embrases: geography, topography, elimate, type of vegetation (pine forest), in addition to destination which withdraw to visit, are Elephant Dlingo Cave, Pine Forest, Gardu Pandang, Cerme Cave, Makam Raja-Raja Panjimatan. Abstract

Keberadaan bahasa tradisional yang dilestarikan pada Desa Wisata di Bantul, Yogyakarta mempunyai pengaruh kuat terhadap masyarakat pendukungnya. Kebudayaan dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan memposisikan bahasa tradisional sebagai keunikan budaya lokal. Bahasa menjadi unsur pendukung utama tradisi dan adat istiadat serta unsur pembangun sastra, seni, dan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi linguistik yang berfokus pada penyelidikan bahasa daerah yang digunakan pada acara-acara tertentu di Desa Wisata Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan informan pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah. Melalui penelitian ini kita dapat mengenali keunikan budaya lokal dan mengungkapkan kekuatan bahasa tradisional Pranatacara yang dipergunakan pada acara-acara tertentu menjadi potensi untuk dapat menarik wisatawan berkunjung ke Desa Wisata tersebut. The existence of traditional languages preserved in the Tourism Village in Bantul, Yogyakarta has a strong influence on the supporting community. Culture in tourism development positions traditional languages as unique local culture. Language is the main supporting element of traditions and customs as well as the building block of literature, art, and culture. This research uses a linguistic study that focuses on investigating regional languages used at certain events in the Bantul Tourism Village, Yogyakarta. Data was obtained from interviews with informants in a special natural context. Through this research, we can recognize the uniqueness of local culture and reveal the strength of the traditional Pranatacara language used at certain events to have the potential to attract tourists to visit the Tourism Village.
