Abstract

Investasi merupakan sektor ekonomi yang sangat menguntungkan untuk membantu perekonomian. Namun, masyarakat Indonesia masih enggan berinvestasi karena kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya investasi masih lemah. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui faktor apa saja yang dianggap lebih mempengaruhi minat investasi, sehingga hasilnya dapat memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam persaingan investasi. Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah apakah media sosial, tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh secara parsial atau simultan terhadap motivasi investasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan tingkat Pendidikan terhadap motivasi investasi (Generasi z kota Medan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mana data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh sampel dari populasi mahasiswa Febi Uinsu . Ini digunakan untuk berteori dan membandingkan interpretasi informasi dari sumber buku, surat kabar, internet, dan literatur tertulis lainnya.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important assets for any organization. Good employee performance directly contributes to the company's success in achieving goals and gaining competitive advantage. However, in today's increasingly complex and dynamic business environment, companies are faced with increasingly difficult challenges in maintaining and improving employee performance. Factors such as global competition, technological advances, demographic changes, and ever-evolving market dynamics have changed the business landscape. Companies are required to develop effective human resource management strategies to ensure that employees have the appropriate skills, knowledge and motivation to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy that will be used by human resource management to maintain and improve employee performance. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by critically examining it using library research methods. The results of the study show that human resource managers (HR) must stay up-to-date with the given strategy and adhere to the theory to support the success of an organization or company, namely planning, developing, monitoring, and motivation are the keys to the success of an organization or company.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of mobile banking creates great opportunities for the banking industry to expand their business, but also brings challenges to satisfy and retain customers. The purpose of this research is to see how the use of mobile banking applications increases customer satisfaction at BSI Medan Pulo Brayan. For this study, a quantitative research methodology was followed and primary and secondary data were collected. For primary data collection, a questionnaire was designed, tested first and then administered. All items regarding the measurement of variables were completely adopted from previous research and carefully rearranged so that all items can be applied to the adoption of BSI Pulo Brayan Medan mobile banking. According to the output in the "Coefficients" section, it is known that the sig values of the two variables, namely Security (X1) = 0.005 and Cost (X2) = 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the security variable (X1) and cost (X2) have a significant effect on the satisfaction variable (Y)..

Abstract

This mini-research aims to assess the effectiveness of implementing GCG at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan. This research intends to assess how PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan implements good corporate governance (GCG). Using research methods and descriptive approaches. To conduct this research, researchers used qualitative research methods. Research findings show that although Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan has implemented GCG, its implementation still has challenges and its implementation is not yet ideal. With the help of this research, businesses can assess how well GCG principles have been implemented and receive recommendations on how best to use those principles, which are still considered not fully implemented.

Abstract

The evolving global context has brought profound changes in various aspects of life, including the dynamics of rural communities. Amid this transformation, the role of the younger generation is becoming increasingly vital in responding to the challenges and opportunities that arise. This research will use a qualitative approach to explore this. This approach will allow us to explore and deeply understand the experiences, views, and perspectives of students involved in the Gerakan Mahasiswa Mengabdi untuk Inovasi Desa Lebih Maju. This research reveals the vital role played by the younger generation, in this case students, in driving innovation and sustainable development in rural areas. By understanding the challenges, motivations, and impacts of their participation, we can design appropriate measures to advance a more advanced, inclusive, and sustainable village innovation movement.
