Abstract

Desa Kuta Dame terletak di Kecamatan Kerajaan, Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dimana sebagian besar masyarakat di Desa Kuta Dame berprofesi sebagai petani. Komoditas utama pertanian di Desa Kuta Dame adalah padi, jagung, dan cabai merah. Pemerintah daerah melalui dinas pertanian telah berusaha untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian, salah satunya dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Namun penyuluhan tersebut tidak menyentuh aspek teknologi tepat guna yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu teknologi yang perlu diterapkan di lahan pertanian adalah sistem penyemprot tanaman elektrik. Sistem penyemprotan otomatis sangat dibutuhkan karena mayoritas petani menggunakan alat penyemprot manual (pompa diafragma) tipe gendong. Kualitas tekanan pompa dengan sistem diafragma bergantung terhadap operator dalam menggerakkan tuas pompanya. Hal ini berakibat terhadap kualitas butiran semprotan menjadi tidak halus dan tidak merata mengenai permukaan daun. Karena permasalah tersebut program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan untuk menerapkan sistem penyemprot tanaman elektrik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dimulai dari perencanaan kegiatan, penyuluhan, praktek penggunaan alat, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah sepuluh dari lima belas peserta menyatakan sangat puas, karena sistem penyemprot otomatis dapat menghemat tenaga, waktu, pupuk, dan pestisida.

Abstract

Periode remaja merupakan tahapan puncak masa pertumbuhan berat badan dan tinggi badan kehidupan seseorang. Proses pertumbuhan ini membutuhkan dukungan zat gizi yang cukup. Remaja yang memiliki asupan gizi cukup akan memiliki kondisi tubuh sehat, jarang mengalami sakit sehingga aktifitas di rumah maupun di sekolah akan berjalan lancar. Kurangnya pengetahuan remaja untuk mengetahui kebutuhan gizi pada tubuh, dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses pertumbuhan. Perlu adanya suatu edukasi gizi bagi remaja. Remaja membutuhkan pengetahuan mengenai penghitungan kecukupan gizi. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi banyak digunakan sebagai alat kemudahan dan alat bantu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dengan permasalahan di atas, dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi dalam memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja terhadap kebutuhan gizi pada tubuhnya. Sistem informasi dibangun dengan PHP dan Mysql danpenghitungan kebutuhan gizi menggunakan metode Harris Benedict. Metode Harris Benedict adalah caramengitung jumlah kalori yang dibutuhkan seseorang. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah PHP dan MySQL untuk database. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aplikasi ini dapat membantu para orangtua untuk mengetahui kebutuhan gizi dari anaknya yang beranjak remaja secara online

Abstract

A lot of data is misused without the data owner being aware of it. Software developers must ensure the security user data on their system. Due to the size of the market that houses data, the security of record databases must be of great concern. Cryptographic systems or data encryption can be used for data security. The Merkle-Hellman Knapsack algorithm is included in public-key cryptography because it uses different keys for the encryption and decryption processes. This algorithm belongs to the NP-complete algorithm which cannot be solved in polynomial order time. This algorithm has stages of key generation, encryption, and decryption. The results of this study secure database records from theft by storing records in the form of ciphertext/password. Ciphertext generated by algorithmic encryption has a larger size than plaintext.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities switch of technology such as e-learning. In the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Universitas Negeri Medan, 80% of electrical lecturers provide multiple choice exams and short answers. The scoring system cannot be performed automatically by a computer. The algorithm used in this study is a Mixed Heuristic algorithm. This algorithm is used because it is an effective way of working for sentences of more than 1 word. And give the results in the form of ranking in the form of similarity proportions. From the process of using a mixed heuristic algorithm, it can be proven that this algorithm can perform keywords on the answer keys and answers of users or students. The algorithm is also able to provide value to a user or student's answers

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat mengharuskan banyak sektor dalam pendidikan melakukan perubahan. Pembelajaran blended learning adalah contoh dari salah satu pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang dimanfaatkan dalam sektor Pendidikan. Kombinasi pembelajaran dengan sistem tatap muka dan pembelajaran berbasis komputer yang dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) maupun luring (luar jaringan) adalah bentuk pembelajaran blended learning Flex termasuk dalam jenis pembelajaran metode Blended Learning di mana proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dalam bentuk daring namun masih melakukan pembelajaran luring sebagai pendukung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak dan manfaat dari penerapan flex blended learning dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mempermudah proses pelaksanaan pendidikan bagi guru dan juga siswa agar tujuan pendidikan dapat dicapai lebih maksimal. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan menghitung nilai n-gain dan uji t untuk mengetahui dampak dari pembelajaran menggunakan flex blended learning. Hasil menunjukkan nilai n-gain siswa yang melakukan pembelajaran flex blended learning adalah 0,74 lebih tinggi daripada pembelajaran konvensional yang memiliki nilai 0,54. Uji t menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,00000018 dan nilai thitung 6,78 yang berarti pembelajaran menggunakan flex blended learning menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap pembelajaran konvensional. Dari hasil nilai n-gain dan uji t dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran flex blended learning dapat meningkatkan nilai hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Blended Learning, Flex Blended Learning.Abstract: The rapid development of science and technology requires many sectors in education to make changes. Blended learning is an example of one of the uses of information technology developments that are used in the education sector. The combination of learning with face-to-face systems and computer-based learning conducted online (in the network) and offline (outside the network) is a form of blended learning. Flex is included in the type of Blended Learning model where learning is carried out online but still does offline learning as a support. The purpose of this study is to see the impact and benefits of implementing flex blended learning in the learning process so that it can facilitate the process of implementing education for teachers and students so that educational goals can be achieved more optimally. The research data were processed by calculating the n-gain value and t-test to determine the impact of learning using flex blended learning. The results show that the n-gain value of students who do flex blended learning is 0.74 higher than conventional learning which has a value of 0.54. The t test shows the value of sig. 0.00000018 and t-count 6.78 which means learning using flex blended learning shows a significant difference to conventional learning. From the results of the n-gain value and t test, it can be concluded that flex blended learning can increase the result of student learning outcomes..Keywords: Learning, Blended Learning, Flex Blended Learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi semakin berkembang menjadi peluang bagi guru untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis TIK yang menarik, salah satunya dengan model Flipped Classroom. Flipped Classroom merupakan model pembelajaran “terbalik” dari metode tradisional, dimana dalam pembelajarannya siswa mempelajari mata pelajaran di rumah sebelum kelas dimulai, dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas adalah diskusi materi yang masih belum dimengerti oleh siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model Flipped Classroom di SMK Informatika Tritech Medan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Hasil penelitian penerapan pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Ini terlihat dari perbandingan nilai rata-rata kelas yang menggunakan model Flipped Classroom memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan model Flipped Classroom..Kata Kunci:  Flipped Classroom, metode ADDIE, blended learning Abstract: Information technology is increasingly developing into an opportunity for teachers to implement interesting ICT-based learning, one of which is the Flipped Classroom model. Flipped Classroom is a learning model "upside down" from the traditional method, in which students study subjects at home before class begins, and teaching and learning activities in class are discussions of material that students still do not understand. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Flipped Classroom model is implemented at SMK Informatika Tritech Medan using the ADDIE research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the research on the application of Flipped Classroom learning have an effect on students' ability to understand learning material. This can be seen from the comparison of class average scores using the Flipped Classroom model which has a higher score than class learning without using the Flipped Classroom model.Keywords: Flipped Classroom, Students’ Interest, Online, Offline

Abstract

The effect of information and communication technology is growing fastest and has played a significant role in almost all areas of life, such as economic, social, cultural, religious, and educational, especially for colleges and universities. It aims to facilitate the delivery of information to lecturers and students. For students who are studying at colleges and universities, if they want to graduate and get a bachelor's degree, they are required to complete a final project or commonly known as a thesis. Students and lecturers can develop good communication and collaboration so that the final project can run effectively and efficiently. Communication between them can be direct and indirect wherever and whenever they are. Abstract

Computers have helped humans work better and help in solving problems. Computers continued to evolve and innovation continued, starting with the first very large computers and evolving into the modern, commonly used desktops. When there is a problem with the computer device, such as damage to the computer components. Most people immediately take it to a computer repair service technician. An expert system is a component of artificial intelligence. In order for computers to solve issues in the same way that professionals do, expert systems attempt to incorporate human knowledge into computers. A single technique inside the expert system is the Dempster Shafer technique. The Dempster-Shafer technique is a mathematically based approach that incorporates uncertainty and features traits of expert thought. The research was carried out by detecting computer damage based on the sound that comes out when the BIOS performs a POST (Power On Self-Test) using the Dempster-Shafer method. Users can determine the kind of damage their machine has sustained without having to visit a computer repair service provider directly by using the Dempster Shafer approach.
