Abstract

Bahan ajar berbasis digital memiliki peran penting sebagai sumber belajar yang tepat digunakan di era kenormalan baru. Bahan ajar berbasis digital tersusun dari berbagai materi yang relevan dan disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Spesifik pada komunikasi visual, bahan ajar berbasis digital mengoptimalkan kemampuan siswa menyerap informasi melalui penglihatan dengan cepat dan lengkap 70%-80%. Bahan ajar berbasis digital berbentuk visual memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di era kenormalan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar sains berbasis ditinjau dari perspektif komunikasi visual, dan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan bahan ajar sains berbasis digital. Penelitian menggunakan langkah, meliputi: (a) define, (b) design, (c) develop, dan (d) disseminate. Subjek uji coba kelompok kecil 6 siswa. Subjek uji coba lapangan 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar sains berbasis digital yang dihasilkan sangat layak ditinjau dari perspektif komunikasi visual, yaitu validasi ahli materi skor 3,70/4,00, hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 3,74/4,00, respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil skor 2,80/3,00 dan uji coba lapangan skor 2,89/3,00. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan produk skor tinggi. Hal tersebut didasarkan dari hasil perolehan pre-test dan post-test siswa dengan N-gain 0,71 dan signifikansi 0,002.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Quality of school organizational climate, (2) Quality of teacher’s work motivation, (3) Is there influence of school organizational climate on teacher work motivation dan (4) The magnitude of the school organizational climate on teacher work motivation in public elementary schools 1 & 3 Bojanegara. This study use descriptives quantitative research methods. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The work motivation of teachers at SD N 1 and 3 Bojanegara obtained data from 13 respondents who were observed, so that there were 7 respondents or 58,8% in the high category, 3 respondents or 23%, in the medium category and 3 respondents in the low category. So that the work motivation of teachers at SD N 1 Bojanegara can be categorized as a quite good. There is a significant influence between school organizational climate on teacher work motivation, which is obtained with a significance of 0,006, while the influence of sschool organizational climate variables increases by 1% it will be able to effect the teacher’s work motivation variable

Abstract

Online learning that has been carried out so far cannot be separated from problems such as unstable internet networks, which result in less than optimal teaching and learning processes. In addition, there is still very limited research that examines online interactions so it needs to be carried out considering that the learning system will not necessarily be carried out normally with a face-to-face process in the classroom. The purpose of this research was to determine the interaction that occurred in the online class of STKIP Muhammadiyan Sungai Full students. The method used by researchers in this study is the mixed method (Mix Method). The sample used in this study was mathematics education students. Sampling is carried out by purposive sampling. The analysis was carried out with stages: making transcripts of teaching and learning processes, coding, classifying online class interaction patterns, model interaction characteristics FIAC (Flander Interaction Analysis Code) and model BIAS (Brown Interaction Analysis System).

Abstract

This study aims to increase student interest and learning outcomes in style material through a blended learning model for fourth grade students at SDIP Tunas Bangsa Banjarnegara. The research subjects were 24 grade IV students at SDIP Tunas Bangsa. This research method is a type of research that is collaborative classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions. The indicator of success in this classroom action research is if the class average is ≥70 with a classical completeness percentage of 85%. The results of the study showed that using the blended learning model in science lessons on Gaya could increase the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDIP Tunas Bangsa Banjarnegara. It can be seen that the average interest score in cycle I was 64.9, increasing in cycle II to 81.22. While the score of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 63% complete KKM increased to 87% completed in cycle II. After implementing Blended Learning, the data on increasing interest in learning can significantly increase the interest and learning achievement of grade IV students at SDIP Tunas Bangsa, Banjarnegara district.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. keberhasilan pendidikan sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola tenaga kependidikan yang tersedia di sekolah. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMPN 2 Banjarnegara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini terbukti dari kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarana prasarana dan prestasi belajar siswa yang berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai standar kinerja guru. Tanggapan atau respon guru terhadap pendekatan kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah cukup baik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja. Top of Form
