Abstract

Efektivitas kerja kepala sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam organisasai sekolah karena yang menentukan kualitas sekolah tersebut adalah keberhasilan dari kerja seorang guru dan tenaga pendidik lainnya. Bila seorang kepala sekolah dapat bekerja dengan efektif berarti guru - guru tersebut dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik dan tepat waktu serta dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi saat di dalam sekolah. Dengan terbentuk nya efektivitas kerja kepala sekolah yang baik maka semua rencana yang telah dibuat sebelumnya akan dapat terlaksana sepenuhnya. Efektivitas kerja ini dapat ditunjang dengan dua hal yaitu komunikasi internal yang berjalan dengan baik dan kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam lingkup sekolah mampu memimpin organisasai sekolah tersebut dengan baik pula. Jadi peningkatan efektivitas kerja para guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi internal dan kualitas kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan perilaku komunikasi internal terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di MTS Mualimin Univa Medan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis hubungan kausal yang merupakan hubungan sebab akibat. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder.

Abstract

This research explores the crucial role of communication in an organizational context.  Effective communication is proven to be a key foundation for organizational success, influencing productivity, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.  In this context, this research examines various elements of communication, including vertical and horizontal communication, as well as the use of technology to facilitate information exchange.  The research findings highlight the importance of communication-oriented leadership and the establishment of an organizational culture that supports the open exchange of information.  In conclusion, effective communication is not only a tool for conveying information, but also the key to achieving overall organizational goals.

Abstract

One aspect that really determines the success of educational management is the importance of establishing effective communication between educational institution staff. Communication plays a crucial role in social interaction, which in turn influences the atmosphere of activities. Activities, as part of the social structure, are the main focus in developing communication characteristics in order to optimize activities. The use of linguistic and nonverbal communication has a significant impact on the conditions of activity, reflects the vision and mission of the organization. In an indirect way, effective communication is an important key in advancing an institution. In this context, the research aims to analyze the role of organizational communication in increasing the effectiveness of education management teams. The method used is a literature study, where the author examines various sources relevant to the topic. The conclusion of this research shows that organizational communication is a critical factor that needs serious attention from the education management team in order to increase their effectiveness.

Abstract

Leadership in the education system has a very vital role, namely determining whether an organization will progress or not. Islamic educational leadership is a method used by leaders to influence, mobilize, motivate and direct people in educational institutions so that the implementation of education can be more efficient and effective in achieving planned educational goals. This research specifically aims to analyze discussions about Islamic Educational Leadership. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a library research approach. Library research is research that functions to obtain information from books, magazines, documents, historical records or in other words the facilities contained in the library.
