Abstract

Leadership developed by individuals in leading Islamic educational institutions will have a significant impact on improving the quality of these institutions. Leaders of Islamic educational institutions can use some of the characteristics of Islamic leadership to carry out leadership tasks. Islamic leadership strikes a balance between worldly and spiritual leadership by prioritizing long-term goals over short-term organizational goals, requiring a strong commitment to Islamic principles, and treating leadership responsibilities not only as a human responsibility that is only accountable to members but also to God. SWT. Leadership developed by individuals in leading Islamic educational institutions will have a significant impact on improving the quality of these institutions.

Abstract

Use of computer application systems in school management or learning for students at the Man 2 Model Medan school which is located on Jl. Willem Iskandar No. 7A, Medan, North Sumatra 20222, aims to find out what applications are used by the Man 2 Model Medan school. The application systems used are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Classroom, and Google Form. The Google Classroom application was only used during the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus, but the other three applications are still used today by the Man 2 Model Medan school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the facilities and infrastructure services to improve the quality of education, the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided for students, the efforts made by the school so that students are interested in using the facilities and infrastructure provided, and the efforts made by the school principal to continue providing facilities and infrastructure in schools. This research method uses a qualitative research approach through research processes such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation. The results of the research show that the UPT SD Negeri 060806 school has implemented the required facilities and infrastructure provided by the school itself and was well received by all students and educators at the school so that the learning process carried out can be helped by the existence of this special service. creating a productive learning atmosphere to produce outstanding students to continue to improve the quality of national education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur terkait dan studi kasus implementasi strategi kepemimpinan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci yang mendukung keberhasilan kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Temuan penelitian menyoroti pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, partisipasi aktif seluruh stakeholders, dan adaptasi terhadap dinamika perkembangan pendidikan. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan mereka dan memajukan kualitas pendidikan Islam di masa sekarang.

Abstract

Leadership in the education system has a very vital role, namely determining whether an organization will progress or not. Islamic educational leadership is a method used by leaders to influence, mobilize, motivate and direct people in educational institutions so that the implementation of education can be more efficient and effective in achieving planned educational goals. This research specifically aims to analyze discussions about Islamic Educational Leadership. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a library research approach. Library research is research that functions to obtain information from books, magazines, documents, historical records or in other words the facilities contained in the library.

Abstract

Correspondence is an important form of written communication in the world of education. The variety, form, and type of letters used in educational contexts are very diverse, reflecting the various communication needs and goals between the parties involved, including students, teachers, parents, and administrative parties. Official educational letters usually include notification letters, permission letters, invitation letters, certificates and decision letters. Each type of letter has a specific format and structure according to its purpose and function. For example, notification letters are often used to convey important information such as changes to school schedules or activities, while permission letters are used by students or parents to request permission to be absent. Invitation letters are generally used to invite parents or external parties to school events. Apart from that, certificates and decision letters are used to provide official statements or decisions related to academic and administrative processes. A good understanding of the types, forms and types of letters is very important for all parties in the world of education so that communication can run effectively and efficiently. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a library research approach.
