Abstract

Leadership developed by individuals in leading Islamic educational institutions will have a significant impact on improving the quality of these institutions. Leaders of Islamic educational institutions can use some of the characteristics of Islamic leadership to carry out leadership tasks. Islamic leadership strikes a balance between worldly and spiritual leadership by prioritizing long-term goals over short-term organizational goals, requiring a strong commitment to Islamic principles, and treating leadership responsibilities not only as a human responsibility that is only accountable to members but also to God. SWT. Leadership developed by individuals in leading Islamic educational institutions will have a significant impact on improving the quality of these institutions.

Abstract

Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, including in the field of education. Muhammadiyah 6 Medan Elementary School (SDM 6) is one of the schools that has implemented technology in its education system approach. This research aims to evaluate the impact of technology in the education system approach in HR 6. This research is a qualitative descriptive research which aims to produce information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the texts studied as well as observation results. The research results show that technology has had a positive impact on the education system approach in HR 6. Technology has helped increase learning effectiveness, student motivation and the quality of education. Specifically, technology has helped teachers to deliver learning material in a more interesting and interactive manner. Technology has also helped students to learn independently and more effectively. Apart from that, technology has also helped schools to improve the quality of education by providing access to a wider range of learning resources. However, this research also found several challenges in implementing technology in the education system approach in SDM 6. These challenges include, among other things, related to the availability of infrastructure and human resources, as well as teachers' ability to use technology. In general, this research shows that technology has the potential to improve the quality of education. However, the application of technology in education needs to be done wisely and taking into account various related factors.

Abstract

This research explores the crucial role of communication in an organizational context.  Effective communication is proven to be a key foundation for organizational success, influencing productivity, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.  In this context, this research examines various elements of communication, including vertical and horizontal communication, as well as the use of technology to facilitate information exchange.  The research findings highlight the importance of communication-oriented leadership and the establishment of an organizational culture that supports the open exchange of information.  In conclusion, effective communication is not only a tool for conveying information, but also the key to achieving overall organizational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi teknologi masa kini terhadap peningkatan minat kewirausahaan, dengan fokus pada peran pembuatan business plan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada peningkatan minat kewirausahaan. Lebih lanjut, pembuatan business plan diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kritis dalam menghubungkan inovasi teknologi dengan keberhasilan usaha. Para kewirausahawan yang secara aktif menggabungkan teknologi dalam strategi bisnis mereka cenderung lebih cermat dan terarah dalam merencanakan langkah-langkah bisnis melalui business plan.

Abstract

Etika dan perilaku moral memegang peranan krusial dalam membentuk dasar nilai dan norma yang mengarahkan tindakan individu dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyelidiki konsep etika sebagai landasan filosofis untuk mengevaluasi apa yang dianggap benar atau salah. Perilaku moral, sebagai bentuk praktis dari etika, mencakup keputusan sehari-hari yang memengaruhi hubungan interpersonal dan dinamika sosial. Diskusi melibatkan keterkaitan antara etika dan perilaku moral, dampaknya terhadap individu dan kelompok, serta peran pentingnya dalam membentuk karakter dan keberlanjutan masyarakat. Penekanan pada pemahaman nilai-nilai moral universal dan implementasi mereka dalam konteks kultural menjadi sorotan utama. Penelitian ini merangkum konsep-konsep kunci dan tantangan dalam menjaga integritas etika dan perilaku moral di tengah kompleksitas dunia modern

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur terkait dan studi kasus implementasi strategi kepemimpinan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci yang mendukung keberhasilan kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Temuan penelitian menyoroti pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, partisipasi aktif seluruh stakeholders, dan adaptasi terhadap dinamika perkembangan pendidikan. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan mereka dan memajukan kualitas pendidikan Islam di masa sekarang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the correspondence management system in improving organizational performance. The research results show that the implementation of this system significantly increases the efficiency of the administrative process, reduces the time required for mail management, and increases the accuracy and precision of information distribution. Apart from that, the correspondence management system also contributes to increasing transparency and accountability in document management. These findings indicate that the use of information technology in correspondence management can be an effective tool in supporting overall organizational performance.
