This study aims to determine the strategy for developing murabahah financing products in an effort to develop MSMEs at BSI Diponegoro Branch Office, Pontianak City and to find out the obstacles in developing a murabahah financing product development strategy in an effort to develop MSMEs at BSI Diponegoro Branch Office, Pontianak City.The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Type of field research by interviewing Branch Managers, Finance Support Managers, and BSI Micro Unit Heads at the Diponegoro branch office. In addition to using documentation in collecting data from the field. Triangulation was carried out by interviewing MSME customers.The research results obtained indicate that the murabaha financing product development strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia Diponegoro Branch Office is grouped into two, namely internal and external. From the internal side, checking the completeness of the financing application data such as physical evidence of administration, guarantees, statements of ability, and field surveys. From the external side, it refers to picking up the ball by visiting customers directly to homes, markets, offices and schools. Obstacles in developing a murabahah financing product development strategy in an effort to develop MSMEs at the BSI Diponegoro Branch Office, Pontianak City, are customers who do murabahah financing not in accordance with bank regulations, discipline in installment payments, and customer income that is not fixed.
