Abstract

Abstract: Not over the polemic in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, now all people in the world are shocked by the idea of a new idea, namely the era of society 5.0. A time that requires humans to be adaptive and creative with fast and appropriate technology. However, to achieve this condition, there needs to be a massive effort from all education actors and direct involvement from parents to create quality graduates who are competent and proficient with technology. This study aims to explain about, (1) the challenges of utilizing technology and information for teachers with SWOT analysis in an effort to prepare students with character , (2) the solutions provided to overcome the challenges of utilizing technology and information in an effort to prepare students with character. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a literature review. The result of this study is that teachers do not maximize the use of technology, especially applications of learning service providers. Online learning activities are only limited to using the whatsapps application. The solution to prepare students with character is to provide varied tasks as well as assistance and control from parents regarding the use of technology.Keywords: learning, character education, information technology, era society 5.0Abstrak: Belum usai polemik diera revolusi industri 4.0 kini seluruh masyarakat di dunia digemparkan dengan ide gagasan baru yakni era society 5.0. Masa yang menuntut manusia untuk adaptif serta kreatif dengan adanya teknologi cepat dan tepat guna. Namun, untuk mencapai kondisi tersebut perlu adanya upaya yang masif dari semua pelaku pendidikan dan keterlibatan langsung dari orang tua guna menciptakan mutu lulusan yang kompeten serta cakap dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai, (1) tantangan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi bagi guru dengan analisis SWOT dalam upaya mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter, (2) solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi tantangan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dalam upaya mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kajian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah guru kurang memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi terutama aplikasiaplikasi penyedia layanan belajar. Kegiatan pembelajaran online hanya terbatas menggunakan aplikasi whatsapps. Solusi untuk mempersiapkan pelajar berkarakter yaitu dengan memberikan tugas bervariatif serta pendampingan dan kontrol dari orang tua mengenai penggunaan teknologi.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, pendidikan karakter, teknologi informasi, era society 5.0

Abstract

Abstract: Online learning or what is called in this network is a policy made by the government on an emergencybasis due to the Covid-19 pandemic where learning is carried out in tandem using devices or laptopsfrom their respective homes. The purpose of this study is to be able to understand theimplementation of current government policies on online learning at the first level of junior highschool. The research method that researchers use in conducting this research is by using a qualitativeapproach. This qualitative approach can support researchers in explaining the understandingcontained in the object of research. The data collection that researchers used in making this studywas by using literature study techniques carried out through electronic media. Literature datacollection techniques are carried out by searching for some information related to titles contained injournals, articles, magazines or other reference sources carried out online. The results of this studyshow that the implementation of online learning at the junior high school level is said to run but lesseffectively because the lack of supervision from parents regarding the use of devices makes learningnot run optimally.Keywords: online learning; junior high school; era of the covid-19 pandemicAbstrak: Pembelajaran daring atau yang disebut dalam jaringan ini merupakan kebijakan yang dibuat olehpemerintah secara darurat dikarenakan terdapat pandemi Covid-19 dimana pembelajaran dilakukansecara dalam daringan mengunakan gawai atau laptop dari rumah masing-masing. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah agar bisa memahami dari implementasi kebijakan pemerintah saat ini padapembelajaran secara daring pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Metode penelitian yangpeneliti pakai dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu dengan memakai pendekatan kualitatif.Pendekatan kualitatif tersebut bisa menunjang peneliti dalam memaparkan pengertian yangterdapat pada objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan dalam membuat penelitianini yaitu dengan memakai teknik studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan melalui media elektronik. Teknikpengumpulan data kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mencari beberapa informasi terkait judul yangterdapat pada jurnal, artikel, majalah atau sumber rujukan lainnya yang dilakukan secara online.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran daring pada jenjang SMPdikatakan berjalan namun dengan kurang efektif karena kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tuamengenai penggunaan gawai menjadikan pembelajaran tidak berjalan secara maksimal.Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring; sekolah menengah pertama; era pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: In the world of education, school accountability is usually indirectly related to the use of processes from school management that are able to be held accountable. Accountability within the scope of educational institutions has meaning in giving responsibility for the process of organizing and implementing the mission and functions of education. This study aims to describe how elementary school accountability is implemented through 5 aspects, namely graduate quality, learning process, teacher quality, school management, standard fulfillment, especially in Gadang 3 Public Elementary School, Malang City. The approach used by researchers is qualitative research by conducting direct interviews with informants and literature studies by collecting various data related to the topics studied through various sources, journals, articles, laws and regulations, and other literary sources related to the implementation of program evaluation education against national education standards. The method used is direct interviews with informants regarding each aspect of accountability. The results found were (1) the quality of graduates at SD Negeri Gadang 3 Malang City fulfilled about 78 percent of all indicators, (2) the learning process fulfilled about 94 percent of all indicators, (3) aspects of teacher quality fulfilled all indicators of accountability, (4 ) aspects of school management get 95 percent of the achievement indicators, and (5) fulfillment of standards by this school get 86 percent of the total indicators.Keywords: implementation; accountability; elementary schoolAbstrak: Pada dunia pendidikan biasanya akuntabilitas sekolah secara tidak langsung akan berkaitan dengan penggunaan proses dari manajemen sekolah yang mampu untuk dipertanggung jawabkan. Akuntabilitas pada lingkup instansi pendidikan memiliki arti dalam memberikan tanggung jawab atas proses penyelenggaraan dan pelaksanaan misi serta fungsi pendidikan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengimplementasian akuntabilitas sekolah dasar melalui 5 aspek yakni mutu lulusan, proses pembelajaran, mutu guru, manajemen sekolah, pemenuhan standar khususnya di SD Negeri Gadang 3 Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung dengan narasumber dan studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data yang berhubungan dengan topik yang dikaji melalui berbagai sumber, jurnal, artikel, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan sumber pustaka lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan evaluasi program pendidikan terhadap standar nasional pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan ialah wawancara langsung bersama informan terkait masing-masing aspek akuntabilitas. Hasil yang ditemukan ialah (1) mutu lulusan di SD Negeri Gadang 3 Kota Malang memenuhi sekitar 78 persen dari keseluruhan indikator, (2) proses pembelajaran memenuhi sekitar 94 persen dari keseluruhan indikator, (3) aspek mutu guru memenuhi keseluruhan indikator akuntabilitas, (4) aspek manajemen sekolah mendapatkan 95 persen dari hasil capaian indikator, dan (5) pemenuhan standar oleh sekolah ini diperoleh 86 persen dari keseluruhan indikator.Kata kunci: implementasi; akuntabilitas; sekolah dasar

Abstract

Abstract: We have gone through the Covid-19 pandemic with various efforts to overcome the problems thatarise from the outbreak. The transition of learning methods by utilizing the internet network (online)or known as distance learning (PJJ) became a solution at that time. In an effort to prepare thegeneration ready to face the era of revolution 5.0, the implementation of PJJ is expected not only tobe carried out limited to the Covid-19 pandemic, because there needs to be continuous habituationboth from the teacher as facilitator and students as actors in learning. This study aims to explain, (1)Obstacles encountered during the implementation of distance learning (PJJ), (2) Solutions providedas an effort to keep distance learning used after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method usesa qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this study is a literature review.The result of this study is that there are still many obstacles encountered in the implementation ofdistance learning (PJJ). The solution provided is for the government to create learning applicationsthat can be accessed for free and can be used for post-COVID-19 learning and teachers in schools areincluded in training on the use of applications to support learning activities.Keywords: COVID 19, distance learning, revolution 5.0, facilitators Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 sudah kita lalui dengan beragam upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan permasalahan yang muncul dari wabah tersebut. Peralihan metode pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan jejaring internet (daring) atau dikenal dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) menjadi solusi pada masa tersebut. Dalam upaya untuk mempersiapkan generasi siap menghadapi era revolusi 5.0, Implementasi PJJ harapannya tidak hanya dilaksanakan terbatas pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sebab perlu adanya pembiasaan yang sifatnya kontinu baik dari pihak guru selaku fasilitator dan peserta didik sebagai aktor dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan, (1) Kendala yang ditemui saat implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), (2) Solusi yang diberikan sebagai upaya agar pembelajaran jarak jauh tetap digunakan pasca pandemi covid19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kajian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masih banyak kendala yang ditemui pada impelementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Solusi yang diberikan adalah pemerintah membuat aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat diakses secara gratis dan dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran pasca covid-19 serta guru-guru yang ada di sekolah diikutsertakan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan aplikasi-aplikasi penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran.Kata kunci: covid 19, pembelajaran jarak jauh, revolusi 5.0, fasilitator

Abstract

Abstract: Character is a manifestation of a person's behavior that affects human life in establishing relationships with others. This study aims to describe the superior leadership of the Head of HKn / PPKn Study Program in an effort to form a culture of character in the university environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies. Data collection was conducted using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation studies. Informants in research consist of heads of study programs and lecturers who are key informants. In determining the informant, researchers used the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used two stages, namely individual data analysis with modified analytical induction methods and cross-site analysis. Checking the validity of the data used in this study includes the degree of trust, transferability, dependence, and certainty. The results of this study show that the Head of Study Program conducts socialization related to the development of character values to lecturers, staff and students. Furthermore, the Head of Study Program makes himself a good example by displaying behavior in accordance with established ethical and moral standards and paying attention to the self-development of lecturers, staff, and students based on character values.Keywords: Superior Leadership, Character Education, Culture of Character, College

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the results of the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teaching teachers to students. This research was conducted by identifying problems and obstacles faced by teachers during teaching and learning activities, then the principal provided assistance to teachers with a clinical supervision approach. This research was conducted using a literature study method. The problem of teacher professionalism in teaching can be carried out by coaching with the clinical supervision method by the supervisor. Clinical supervision is carried out by observing the learning process by the teacher directly and then discussing the resolution of teaching problems. This study uses a literature study method which then obtains literacy data in the form of factors that affect teacher performance and the clinical supervision process. By reviewing several studies on clinical supervision, it can be seen that the provision of clinical supervision to overcome the obstacles and problems of teachers in teaching is carried out through 3 stages, namely the meeting stage, the observation stage and the feedback stage. By providing feedback by the principal to the teacher in the form of directions and possible solutions, the quality of teacher teaching can increase.Keywords: clinicalisupervision, teacher quality, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui hasil pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru terhadap peserta didik. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru selama kegiatan belajar mengajar, kemudian kepala sekolah memberikan bantuan kepada guru dengan pendekatan supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. permasalahan profesionalisme guru dalam mengajar dapat dilakukan pembinaan dengan metode supervisi klinis oleh supervisor. Supervisi klinis dilakukan dengan mengobservasi proses pembelajaran oleh guru secara langsung kemudian mendiskusikan penyelesaian masalah pengajarannya. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang selanjutnya didapat data literasi berupa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru serta proses supervisi klinis. dengan mengkaji beberapa penelitian mengenai Supervisi klinis, dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian supervisi klinis untuk mengatasi kendala dan masalah guru dalam mengajar dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yakni tahap pertemuan, tahap observasi dan tahap balikan. Dengan memberikan umpan balik oleh kepala sekolah kepada guru berupa arahan dan solusi yang mungkin dapat ditempuh, maka kualitas mengajar guru dapat meningkat.Kata kunci: supervisi klinis, kualitas guru, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Abstract: Education is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by every child of the nation, so that they cancompete in the future and not be left behind by other countries. Educators are the key to studentsuccess in education. Therefore, educators who take the lead in educating their students must beguided and encouraged by teaching supervision so that educational success can increase. However,this actually raises the awareness of some educators about teaching supervision. Therefore, thepurpose of this research is to describe how educators perceive teaching supervision, especially at MIMPI Cendono. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collectiontechniques used are literature review and documentation study. The results showed that educators'perceptions of learning supervision included educator readiness in carrying out their duties, masteryof material, delivery methods, and educator discipline. The recommended teaching models in thesupervision program are Concept Acquisition Model, Inquiry Training Model, Nondirective LearningModel, Synthetic Model, Group Investigation Model, Jurisprudential Inquiry Model, ContingencyManagement Model, Training Model. Suitable social psychology learning supervision models areGroup Investigation and Jurisprudential Inquiry learning models.Keywords: education; supervision; teachingAbstrak: Pendidikan merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap anak bangsa, agardapat bersaing di masa depan dan tidak tertinggal dengan negara lain. Pendidik merupakan kuncikeberhasilan siswa dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, pendidik yang memimpin dalam mendidikanak didiknya harus dibimbing dan didorong oleh pengawasan pengajaran agar keberhasilanpendidikan dapat meningkat. Namun, hal ini justru menimbulkan kesadaran sebagian pendidiktentang supervisi mengajar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikanbagaimana pendidik mempersepsikan supervisi mengajar khususnya di MI MPI Cendono. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan adalah yaitu kajian literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapersepsi pendidik terhadap supervisi pembelajaran meliputi kesiapan pendidik dalammelaksanakan tugasnya, penguasaan materi, metode penyampaian, dan kedisiplinan pendidik.Model pengajaran yang direkomendasikan pada program supervisi yaitu Model PemerolehanKonsep, Model Latihan Inquiry, Model Pembelajaran Nondirective, Model Sintetik, Model InvestigasiKelompok, Model Jurisprudential Inquiry, Model Contingensi Management, Model Pelatihan. Abstract

Each schools have the autonomous right to manage and develop an independent curriculum according to its potential. However, the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is dependent on proper management at the school level, so there may be obstacles faced by schools in managing the independent learning curriculum. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept and problems, as well as school strategies in managing an independent learning curriculum in laboratory schools. This research was studied qualitatively with a multi-site study design. Data collection was conducted through focus group discussions (FGDs) with semistructured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data validity was checked using source triangulation, discussion among fellow researchers, and adequacy of reference materials. Data analysis techniques used constant comparative analysis. The results show that learning activities in the independent curriculum emphasize character education and the achievement of students' happiness in learning, and schools implement differentiated learning and simplify the values contained in P5 through projects and fun learning. This research contributes theoretically and practically, by complementing previous literature and can be a guide for school managers in order to ideally manage an independent curriculum.

Abstract

Abstract: The curriculum is said to be the main capital that determines the success of learning in each educational unit. Each educational unit has characteristics and characteristics in managing and developingits  curriculum based on the vision, mission, and goals of the   school. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the implementation of a collaborative curriculum in Islamic-based elementary schools, (2) the impact  of the application of a  collaborative curriculum on the quality of graduates. The research was conducted qualitatively with a multi-site study approach. The research location is at  Baitul Makmur Islamic Elementary School and Al-Rifa'ie Modern Elementary School Malang. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Checking the credibility of data is carried out by means of diligence of observation, triangulation, checking members, and discussion of fellow researchers. The results of this study show that (1) the application of the  collaborative curriculum basically refers to the vision, mission and goals of the school which focuses on preparing the quality of superior graduates in terms of academics, skills, and character. (2) The impact of implementing a  collaborative curriculum is that students when graduating from school have advantages including good morals and religion. Students are more skilled in English  and Irab and can read,   write, and even memorize the Qur'an and hadith. Students are also able to make achievements from various competition events at the subdistrict, city, and provincial levels.Keywords: Collaborative Curriculum, Learning, Curriculum Developer, Islamic School, Excellent graduate quality Abstrak: Kurikulum dikatakan sebagai modal utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran di setiap satuan pendidikan. Setiap satuan pendidikan memiliki karakteristik dan ciri khas dalam mengelolah dan mengembangkan kurikulumnya didasarkan atas visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif di sekolah dasar berbasis Islam, (2) dampak penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif terhadap mutu lulusan. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi multi situs. Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Islam Baitul Makmur dan SD Modern Al-Rifa’ie Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekkan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, dan diskusi teman sesama peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif pada dasarnya mengacu pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah yang memfokuskan untuk mempersiapkan mutu lulusan unggul dari segi akademik, keterampilan, dan karakter. (2) dampak penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif adalah peserta didik ketika lulus dari sekolah memilki keunggulan diantaranya berakhlak baik dan religius. Peserta didik lebih terampil berbahasa Inggris dan Arab serta dapat membaca, menulis, bahkan menghafal Al-Qur’an dan hadis. Peserta didik juga mampu menorehkan prestasi dari berbagai event perlombaan baik tingkat kecamatan, kota, maupun provinsi.Kata kunci: Kurikulum Kolaboratif, Pembelajaran, Pengembang Kurikulum, Sekolah Islam, Mutu Lulusan Unggul
