Abstract

The purpose of this research, to know and analyze the influence of brand awareness and service quality on the interest of buying Kopi Kenangan. This research uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling with the criteria that consumers have bought and tried Kopi Kenangan products and are at least 17 years old. The questionnaire survey was distributed via google form to 150 respondents which was then processed using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test) that brand awareness has a significant effect on buying interest, service quality has a significant effect on buying interest and brand awareness and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effects of promotions, and brand image on purchase decision on Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Based on this study, researchers used quantitative data from the distribution of questionnaires. The sample in this study was 105 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The tests in this study include istrument validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of promotion and brand image on the purchasing decision on the Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574. Based on the results of the F test, it can be concluded that Promotion and Brand Image jointly influence the purchase decision on the Janji Jiwa Coffee Jilid 574.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the store atmosphere and service quality have on customer satisfaction at Lawless Burgerbar Kemang, South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative approach using the SPSS Static 25 program with a total sample of 185 respondents. By using nonprobability sampling and purposive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store atmosphere and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, place and promotion variables on purchasing decisions. There are five variables in this study, namely product, price, place, promotion and purchase decisions. Researchers used quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 140 respondents. who is a customer of Janji Jiwa. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of non-probability sampling. The research data analyzed using SPSS 23 shows that product variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price variables do not significantly influence purchasing decisions, place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. significant on purchasing decisions, Promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research, to determine the effect of service quality and product qualityon customer satisfaction at Louis Cafe Depok. This research was conducted from February to June2022 with the amount of data from the research instrument via Google Form as many as 110respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-random sampling with purposivesampling method. The result of this study indicates that there is no symptom of heteroscedasticity inthe service quality and product quality variable so linear regression is effective to show the resultthat service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significanteffect on customer satisfaction, service quality and product quality has a significant effect oncustomer satisfaction.

Abstract

Public services are services that are the responsibility of the government to its citizens. This responsibility has been mandated in the 1945 Constitution. The purpose of providing public services is the fulfillment of the basic rights needs of every citizen and resident of a product, service and or administrative service provided by the government related to the public interst. In the era of decentralization and the current stronger democrazition, the demands for public service responsibilities are also getting stronger and more prominent. Therefore, work discipline and motivation are very important employees to be able to produce good work performance and serve the community with passion and heart sincerely so that the community can be helped quiqkly and also get a positive image from the community itself.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much the independent variable effect on the dependent variable. Researchers chose Street Boba as the object of research which was then carried out in March-May. The population in this study are Street Boba consumers who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The sample in this study was 110 respondents. Data collection techniques that used in this study using a questionnaire method. Before the questionnaire was distributed, first tested by taking a sample of 30 respondents. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study concluded that Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the two independent variables studied was proven to have a significant partial effect on the dependent variable. By Simultaneous Brand Awareness and Brand Image variables have a significant effect on buying decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction of EATLAH Ho Chick Minh Restaurant. In this study, there are three variables in this study, namely Brand Image, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Researchers used quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 145 respondents who were customers of EATLAH Ho Chick Minh Restaurant. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research data analyzed shows that the Brand Image variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Product Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and the Brand Image and Product Quality variables together have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
