Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to map soybean value chain which is directed at institutional development that is synergistic by paying attention to ABGC partnerships (Academic, Business, Government and Community). Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling quota for respondents targeting input suppliers, soybean farmers, traders (middlemen and traders from village to provincial level), and retailers. For respondents stakeholders (academics, government, business people, and Gapoktan) were selected by proportional purposive sampling. The results showed that the local soybean trading system (from the aspect of distribution and consumption) in the research area through five stages from the first producer farmers to small and medium traders. Then from the two traders it was sold to wholesalers and processing industries. The products processed are distributed to consumers directly or through traders / retailers. Imported soybean trading flow through importers to distributors, then distributed to wholesalers and then distributed to retailers, processing industries and end consumers. The institution of soybean trading seen from the distribution aspect has three functions, namely the exchange function, physical function and function of the facility. The soybean trading system institutional model is formulated in 3 scenarios, namely the soybean trading system institutional model while still being handled by Bulog (Scenario 1); the existing soybean trading system institutional model (scenario 2) and the soybean trading system institutional model proposed by the researcher (scenario 3). In the institutional model of trading system scenario 3, it is broken down based on the work area and divided into 5 regions, namely the central, provincial, district / city, sub-district and village levels

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the urgency of household food safety in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data was collected using an online survey with simple random sampling technique.   The  number   of  respondents collected   was  135  respondents.   Data processing was carried out by SEM-PLS using the SMART PLS software. Based on the results of data processing, household expenditure has an effect on food safety. Nutritional knowledge variables also affect response toward pandemic. Access to food has a negative and significant effect on household expenditure. Household characteristics on access to food also have a  significant negative effect. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions which will also be discussed further in this paper. Abstract

The financial performance of local governments is a measure used to ensure the ability of the regions to properly and correctly enforce financial implementation rules to maintain the desired services. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the local government of Semarang City using 5 financial ratios. The data used is secondary data, in the form of the Semarang City Regional Budget Realization Report in 2013-2017. Furthermore, 5 financial ratios are calculated, consisting of effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, compatibility ratios, growth ratios and independence ratios. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Semarang City local government was very good. This can be seen from the effectiveness ratio of local revenue is very effective, the ratio of regional financial efficiency is very efficient, the ratio of operating expenditure to regional expenditure, the ratio of operating expenditure growth and the growth ratio of capital expenditure has positive growth, the ratio of self-reliance is moderate with participatory relationship patterns. Even so, it is necessary to increase and optimize Regional Original Income (PAD) from year to year through controlling new regional potentials and developing regional potential.

Abstract

AbstrakMultiplier effect sektor pariwisata terhadap sektor lain relatif tinggi. Hal tersebut terlihat pada dampak positif di sektor lain apabila sektor pariwisata mengalami peningkatan, khususnya di sektor perdagangan, hotel, restoran dan perhubungan. Pemberdayaan potensi wilayah sebagai daya tarik wisata, sampai saat ini masih belum optimal dan keterlibatan dari pihak terkait juga belum optimal. Untuk keperluan tersebut maka penelitian  ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengelolaan wisata dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah wisata budaya (Gubug rembug), wisata sejarah/alam (Goa Kreo) dan wisata kuliner (pusat oleh-oleh Jl. Pandanaran). Sebanyak 12 keyperson diwawancarai sebagi sumber data penelitian. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis dengan software Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan stakeholders dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang adalah berupa pembinaan dalam proses pengelolaan wisata sejarah, alam dan kuliner. Kata kunci : pengembangan, pariwisata, Kota Semarang Tourism Development In Semarang CityAbstractThe multiplier effect of the tourism sector on other sectors is relatively high. This can be seen from the positive impact in other sectors if the tourism sector has increased, especially in the trade, hotel, restaurant and transportation sectors. The empowerment of the region's potential as a tourist attraction has not been optimal and the involvement of related parties has not been optimal. For this purpose, this research was conducted. The purpose of this study was to analyze stakeholder involvement in tourism management and tourism development in the city of Semarang. The object of research is cultural tourism (Gubug Rembug), historical / natural tourism (Goa Kreo) and culinary tourism (souvenir center Jl. Pandanaran). A total of 12 keypersons were interviewed as a source of research data. Interview data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. The results showed that the involvement of stakeholders in the management and development of tourism in the city of Semarang was in the form of guidance in the process of managing natural and culinary tourism.Keywords: development, tourism, Semarang City

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sources of information in this study are Vice Principals of Facilities and Infrastructure, Business Center Management, entrepreneurship teachers, and students involved in Business Center in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Validity of data is measured by data triangulation. Data were analyzed qualitatively by using interactive models from Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results show that Business Center is a potential training place to develop entrepreneurial character where students can have direct practice through it. Management of Business Center in developing entrepreneurial character by using management function that includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Business Center activities can be well directed to achieve so that students may have entrepreneur character which

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing assistance to members of the tourism awareness group in Tajuk Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, regarding ecotourism management, which includes the concept of ecotourism, governance, physical maintenance of ecotourism, promotion and analysis of community resource potential. The method used in this activity is by direct socialization to the community and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The targets of this service activity are members of the Tajuk Village Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS), who are actively involved in managing the tourist village. The Tourism Awareness Group was given training, socialization, assistance and empowerment regarding ecotourism management. The results of this service show excellent motivation from the tourism conscious group in planning ecotourism management, developing ecotourism through fulfilling facilities according to needs, maintaining tourism assets, and promoting and empowering the economy of the community around tourist attractions.

Abstract

Digital Marketing is needed to encourage the acceleration of the Tajuk Tourism Village Pioneer. By using a digital roadtrip model through Instagram, it turns out to be able to promote tourism potential in Tajuk Village, because its main feature is that it features images and videos, so that Instagram users feel they are in the Tajuk Village Tourism Area. Training activities on the use of digital marketing are carried out for young people, as the largest proportion of active Instagram users. With the training carried out, the Tajuk Village youth group can independently design Instagram content for promotional purposes. In the context of accelerating the Pioneer of the Tajuk Tourism Village, a comprehensive synergy is needed from all levels of society. The trick is to encourage active Instagram users in Tajuk Village to follow "Getasan Tourism Village Instagram," and share every moment when doing tourist activities. This is consistent with previous findings that people in the era of social media not only act as recipients of information, but also as information givers. The content created is expected to be useful for tourists in their decision making. Abstrak Digital Marketing diperlukan untuk mendorong akselerasi Rintisan Desa Wisata Tajuk. Dengan menggunakan model digital roadtrip melalui Instagram, ternyata mampu untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata di Desa Tajuk, karena fitur utamanya yang mengunggulkan gambar dan video, sehingga pengguna Instagram merasa berada di Kawasan Wisata Desa Tajuk. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan digital marketing dilakukan kepada penduduk usia muda, sebagai proporsi terbesar pengguna aktif Instagram. Dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, kelompok pemuda Desa Tajuk dapat secara mandiri merancang konten Instagram untuk tujuan promosi. Dalam rangka akselerasi Rintisan Desa Wisata Tajuk, diperlukan sinergi yang menyeluruh dari semua lapisan Masyarakat. Caranya dengan mendorong pengguna aktif Instagram di Desa Tajuk untuk mengikuti “Instagram Desa Wisata Getasan,” dan membagikan setiap momen ketika melakukan aktivitas wisata. Hal ini sesuai dengan temuan sebelumnya bahwa orang-orang di era media sosial tidak hanya berperan sebagai penerima informasi, tetapi juga sebagai pemberi informasi. Konten yang dibuat digharapkan bermanfaat bagi wisatawan dalam pengambilan keputusan mereka.

Abstract

This study has two objectives: wanting to know the tendency of Self-Employed in the COVID-19 red zone to maintain income levels and the predictive probability of using digitalization to maintain income levels in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era. Secondly, wanting to know the socio-demographic factors of Self-Employed in the red zone and have used a digital approach in their work to maintain income levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data sourced from Sakernas August 2020, with logistic regression analysis method. Self-Employed in the red zone of COVID-19 have a lower tendency than those who work in the green zone of COVID-19 to maintain their income level. On the other hand, Self-Employed who have been digitized have a greater probability of increasing their income. Furthermore, Self-Employed with a digital approach who do not work in crowds, do not experience a decrease in working hours, have high skills, and live in villages have a greater probability of maintaining income levels in the red zone of COVID-19.

Abstract

This study began because the level of visits to Ngerangan Klaten culinary tourism was less than other culinary tours in Klaten Regency and the findings that the variables that determined competitiveness obtained different results which then led to the formulation of the problem of "how to improve competitiveness".Departing from the formulation of the problem, this study aims to determine the effect of asset management, business capital, business age, financial literacy, and innovation on the competitiveness of Klaten Ngerangan culinary tourism. This study uses probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that asset management variables have no effect on competitiveness, business capital variables have no effect on competitiveness, business age variables have no effect on competitiveness, financial literacy affects competitiveness, and innovation affects competitiveness
