Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy of the Aayaatur Rahman Cerme Gresik Islamic boarding school in improving memorization of the Qur'an in the millennium era. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The object of research is students at the Aayaatur Rahman Cerme Gresik Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses reduction, display, and triangulation. The results of the research are the strategies of the Talaqqi, Takrir, Tulis, Tasmi' and Tarjim methods. The implementation goes through three stages, namely preliminary activities (pre-method), core activities, and closing activities. The supporting factors are personal factors, such as the existence of strong intentions, interests, physical, and mental health in students; then the teacher factor, who gives rewards/gifts to the students, and synergizes with the students' guardians; as well as parental and family factors (creating an environment of love for the Koran, adequate nutrition, implementing a clean, safe, child-friendly and religious environment); and learning/Islamic boarding school environment factors (support from teachers and homeroom teachers, good learning methods, there is a schedule/memorization target and using one mushaf when memorizing). The inhibiting factors in implementing this method are firstly the character, intelligence, and age of the students; then the memorization target schedule changes; Furthermore, cooperation between teachers and guardians of students is lacking; as limited classroom space and teacher human resources; The last thing is that students often take permission so they cannot read the Koran fluently and are not muqim

Abstract

K.H. Imam Zarkasyi provides evidence of the success of Islamic boarding school education, namely; The results of his scientific and spiritual education are in the form of mental provisions that will be used as capital for life, and with strong spiritual and mental capital, obtained while studying at madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, it is proven that he has the courage to live and find his own way of life; as farmers, traders, businessmen, teachers, preachers, officials and others. The courage to live encourages him to like work, without waiting for job opportunities provided by others. On the spiritual and mental aspects, namely Faith and Piety are invaluable driving forces for fulfilling the aspirations of the nation, and it would be better if these mental capitals were accompanied by adequate skills. Abstract

TThis study explores the application of the Ummi method for teaching the Qur'an to elderly learners at the Fastabiqul Khairat Qur'an House in Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City. It addresses a key issue: the tendency for elderly participants to laugh when making mistakes during lessons, which can affect their learning experience. The research aims to understand how the Ummi method is implemented in this context, as well as the factors that facilitate or impede the learning process for elderly individuals. Utilizing a qualitative field research approach, the study involves interviews and observations with a Qur'an teacher, focusing on the experiences of elderly learners using the Ummi method. Data analysis includes reduction, presentation, and verification to draw meaningful conclusions. The study of the application of the Ummi Method at Rumah Qur’an Fastabiqul Khairat for elderly learners reveals that, overall, the method is effective in improving Quranic learning, especially in the memorization of short surahs and the application of Tajweed. Key factors contributing to this success include the educational background and teaching experience of Ustadzah Nur Hafizah, the structured approach to lesson planning, and the high motivation and enthusiasm of the elderly participants. These factors create a conducive learning environment that supports the objectives of the Ummi Method. However, challenges such as memory retention difficulties and the varied sensitivities of elderly learners present notable obstacles. To overcome these, tailored approaches, including more frequent repetition and an empathetic teaching style, are crucial in helping elderly learners achieve better outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of learning independence, teaching style, and social interaction on the active learning of students at Islam Plus Al-Azhar Middle School, Mojokerto City. Quantitative type of research. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis using t test, f test and regression. Based on research examining the influence of learning independence, teaching style, and social interaction on students' active learning at Islamic Plus Al-Azhar Middle School, Mojokerto City, it was concluded that these three factors had a significant effect on student involvement and participation in learning. their learning process. Independent learning fosters self-motivation and accountability, encouraging students to play an active role in their education. An effective teaching style, which adapts to student needs and preferences, creates an engaging and supportive learning environment that increases student participation. In addition, positive social interactions between students and between students and teachers encourage a collaborative and dynamic classroom atmosphere, thus further increasing learning activity. Therefore, fostering a balanced combination of these elements is critical to maximizing student engagement and academic success.

Abstract

Menguasai kemampuan membaca sangat penting agar siswa dapat belajar dengan lebih mudah di kelas. karena sebaguian besar materi pembelajaran disampaikan melalui teks atau buku bacaan. Pada awal pembelajaran membaca, biasanya diajarkan kepada siswa kelas 1, Tetapi banyak siswa yang menghadapi kesulitan membaca. Oleh karrena itu peran guru sangantlah penting dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan membaca siswa di kelas 1 SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik serta upaya guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan membaca siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan subjeknya adalah guru dan siswa kelas 1 reguler. Kemampuan membaca siswa SD Alami Driyorejo Kelas 1 Reguler menunjukkan variasi, menurut data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, Ada orang yang bisa membaca dengan lancar, yang lain masih kurang lancar, dan beberapa hanya bisa membaca suku kata atau mengenali huruf. Siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca, seperti merangkai kata dan menemukan diftong seperti "ng" atau "ny." Abstract

This article discusses the application of innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning design with the aim of increasing student and teacher involvement in the learning process. Through an approach that focuses on the use of modern technology, project-based learning methods, and the use of engaging multimedia resources, learning designs can be designed to provide interactive and relevant learning experiences for PAI students.The importance of student involvement in PAI learning is emphasized in this article, where students are encouraged to be actively involved in discussions, group work, and personal reflection on the material being taught. This aims to increase their understanding of the religious concepts and values ​​taught in this subject. Apart from that, the role of teachers as effective learning facilitators is also emphasized in this learning design innovation. Teachers are expected to play a more proactive role in motivating students, helping them explore and apply religious values ​​in the context of everyday life.Overall, this article presents ideas about how PAI learning design innovations can be an effective means of increasing student and teacher engagement, as well as increasing the effectiveness of learning in religious subjects. Thus, it is hoped that this article can make a positive contribution in efforts to improve religious education in the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan antusiasme guru dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memotivasi dan membimbing pendidik untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, memberi contoh yang baik, menawarkan arahan dan dukungan yang membantu, serta menciptakan iklim sekolah yang positif. Kepemimpinan yang mampu menginspirasi, memotivasi, memberikan tanggung jawab, dan menetapkan standar tinggi sangat penting untuk kinerja guru dan sekolah. Selain itu, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi siswa dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru di kelas. Guru yang profesional dan memiliki keahlian dalam bidang pelajaran, pendekatan inovatif terhadap pengajaran, serta komitmen terhadap etika mengajar, memberikan dampak positif pada siswa. Guru yang berkomitmen terhadap pertumbuhan intelektual dan pribadi siswa mampu membuat rencana pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menarik. Untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan profesionalisme, guru perlu terlibat dalam pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Lingkungan kerja yang positif dan mendukung, termasuk fasilitas yang memadai, hubungan baik antar karyawan, dan dukungan administratif, juga memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas guru di kelas. Guru yang merasa dihargai dan didukung di tempat kerja akan lebih bersemangat dan produktif dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka.

Abstract

Education in the contemporary era is increasingly influenced by technological advances and the important role of teaching style in stimulating students' interest in learning. This research aims to determine the influence of the use of learning technology and teaching styles on students' interest in learning at SMA Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan. The research population was 205 students at Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan High School, with a research sample consisting of 75 class XI students. Research includes quantitative research. Statistical analysis uses regression techniques. The results of this research reveal that there is a significant influence between the use of learning technology and teaching style on students' interest in learning at Al Azhar High School Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan. These findings provide an in-depth picture of the factors that influence students' interest in learning in the educational context at Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan High School, providing a basis for developing learning strategies that are more effective and in line with students' needs in this modern er.

Abstract

Motivation and learning have a mutually influencing relationship in the educational context. Teacher competence and parenting patterns emerge as key factors that can influence students' learning motivation, which ultimately affects the quality of their learning outcomes. This quantitative research aims to analyze the direct impact of teacher competence and parenting patterns on student learning motivation at MA NW Kotaraja, East Lombok, NTB. Through the use of questionnaires as data collection instruments and multiple linear regression analysis, the research results show that teachers' understanding of subject matter and their ability to convey it effectively has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Furthermore, supportive parenting styles, providing emotional support, and providing positive encouragement also have a significant influence on students' learning motivation. These results highlight the important role of teachers and parents in forming a motivating learning environment, which in turn can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes at MA NW Kotaraja.
