Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Main Creation Synthesis, particularly focusing on whether these factors contribute to meeting performance targets. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 127 respondents. The data analysis employed inferential analysis using multiple linear regression. The findings of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that Work Discipline (X1) exhibits a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Similarly, the Compensation variable (X2) positively and significantly influences employee performance, as does Motivation (X3). These results suggest that improvements in work discipline, compensation, and motivation can enhance the performance of employees at PT. Main Creation Synthesis. The implications of this study emphasize the potential for employees at PT. Main Creation Synthesis to enhance their performance by fostering a strong work discipline, providing fair compensation, and promoting motivational factors. The study underscores the importance of addressing these aspects to contribute positively to overall employee performance and, consequently, achieving organizational targets.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the specific dimensions of motivation, work environment, and work discipline and their influence on employee performance at PT. Tamim Zada Rajawali. Utilizing quantitative techniques and descriptive methods, the study employs multiple linear regression inferential analysis to interpret the data. Primary data is collected through closed questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and the analysis is conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 23.0. The findings reveal a notable contradiction in the impact of motivation (X1), which exhibits a negative and significant effect, contrary to initial expectations. On the other hand, Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) demonstrate positive and significant effects on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The unexpected result regarding motivation prompts the need for further investigation and clarification. Based on the study results, it is recommended that companies pay close attention to and evaluate employee performance to enhance overall effectiveness. This research contributes valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve employee performance through a comprehensive understanding of motivation, work environment, and work discipline dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of education, training, and individual characteristics on the performance of civil servants within state administration institutions, focusing on a sample of 101 employees randomly selected from the population of 135 at the Jakarta State Administration Institute. This research is included in quantitative research, where the research instrument uses a questionnaire. Utilizing the "Multiple Linear Regression" analysis, the findings reveal nuanced relationships. While education positively correlates with employee performance, the effect is not statistically significant. This non-significant result should be interpreted with caution, emphasizing the need for further exploration and nuanced consideration of the role of education in enhancing performance. Conversely, training exhibits a positive and statistically significant impact on performance, emphasizing its crucial role in bolstering employee effectiveness. Furthermore, individual characteristics have a positive and statistically significant influence on performance. It is essential to convey that the positive effect of education should not be dismissed due to its non-significant nature; rather, it prompts a deeper examination of the intricate dynamics between education and performance. This research underscores the importance of understanding these factors in the context of state administration institutions, providing valuable insights for optimizing the contributions of civil servants and enhancing overall institutional effectiveness.

Abstract

This research investigates the multifaceted influences of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and compensation on employee performance within the context of PT. A B C. Employing a quantitative approach, data was gathered from 125 respondents through the administration of structured questionnaires. The study utilized both descriptive and inferential analyses, incorporating techniques such as linear regression and modeling tests. The findings revealed a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the regression equation: Employee Performance = 0.317 (Transformational Leadership) + 0.220 (Intrinsic Motivation) + 0.328 (Compensation). The overall model proved to be statistically significant (ANOVA p-value < 0.001). Notably, transformational leadership (p < 0.001) and intrinsic motivation (p = 0.005) exhibited substantial effects on performance, while compensation, although included in the model, did not show a statistically significant impact (p = 0.10000). Based on the results, recommendations are proposed to enhance organizational performance. These include fostering improved communication skills among leaders, addressing intrinsic motivation factors among employees, and reassessing compensation strategies for greater effectiveness. Implementing these recommendations is anticipated to contribute to overall performance enhancement and organizational success.
