Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase students' learning motivation through a self-efficacy approach. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This type of research is classroom action research or classroom action research (PTK). This research uses a design developed by Kemmis Mc Taggart which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Kemmis and Mc Taggart unite the components of action and observation as one unit. The results of this observation are used as the basis for the next step, namely reflection. Reflections are obtained which then create a modification which is actualized in the form of a series of subsequent actions and observations, and so on. The data sources used in this research are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data in this research are school documents or archives. Based on the results of the evaluation of action in cycle II, 10 or (30.3%) students had self-efficacy in the very high category, 24 or (69.7%) students in the very high category. high, and there were no students in the very low category with an average self-efficacy score of 94.91 or in the high category, this shows that there was an increase in the self-efficacy score of 2.62, namely the average self-efficacy score. efficacy increased from 92.29 in cycle I to 94.91 in cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and describe the application of linguistic innovation in increasing students' language creativity at SD Al Washliyah Tembung in the context of Indonesian language learning in the classroom. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on collecting data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. Various linguistic innovations, including word creation, language games, associative thinking, exploration of dialects and language variations, sociolinguistic simulations, as well as collaborative literary works, are applied in the learning process. The results of the research show that the application of linguistic innovation can stimulate students' creativity at SD Al Washliyah Tembung in language, expand vocabulary, improve communication skills, and deepen understanding of language diversity. The implications of these findings provide valuable insights for educational practitioners about the importance of adopting innovative approaches in language learning to stimulate students' creativity and enrich their learning experiences

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Citizenship Education (PKn) in forming students' democratic attitudes at Cinta Kasih Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach that refers to journals, books and other sources that are relevant to the research topic. Through analysis of the content of selected literature, this research identified several important aspects of Civics that play a role in fostering students' democratic attitudes at Cinta Kasih Elementary School. These aspects include: introduction to the concept of democracy, formation of political awareness, development of participation skills, respect for pluralism and diversity, learning through experience, and student empowerment. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the importance of Civics in developing students' democratic attitudes, as well as provide a basis for developing a more effective Civics curriculum and learning strategy at Cinta Kasih Elementary School.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) peningkatan kemampuan kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan Differentiated Instruction lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV dan sampelnya dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan penelitian para ahli dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran melalui pendekatan Differentiated Instruction (DI) lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Peneliti menyarankan agar pendekatan Differentiated Instruction menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

This article discusses a comparison of leadership in the context of good and less good schools. Leadership in educational institutions is very important for achieving academic goals and developing student character. However, leadership at elementary school A and elementary school B has differences in leadership style. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with school leaders at SDN A and SDN B. Data analysis was carried out using the thematic analysis method. The results of the research show that leadership in SDN A schools is more focused on achieving educational goals, while leadership in SDN B schools, on the other hand, is not focused on achieving academic or other targets. In the context of educational development in Indonesia, this research can provide insight and understanding of the differences in leadership in two different schools. The conclusion of this research is that as a leader it is important to understand and adapt leadership styles to achieve mutual success in accordance with national education goals. In implementing research results, leadership training programs to improve quality, increase communication and collaboration, improve resource management systems, and increase innovation and creativity can be carried out as concrete steps to improve the quality of leadership in schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for educational leaders in improving the quality of leadership and educational development in Indonesia in accordance with national education goals.
