Abstract

In the era of globalization, multinational companies face complex challenges and opportunities in various jurisdictions. Financial strengthening is a key strategy to increase a company's competitiveness in a dynamic global market. This research examines how efficient financial management, managing foreign exchange risks, optimizing capital structure, and investing in technology can support the stability and growth of multinational companies. Through in-depth literature analysis, this research highlights the importance of integrated and holistic financial strategies to ensure liquidity, reduce risks and maximize profits. With a sustainable and responsible approach, multinational companies can achieve competitive advantage and contribute to inclusive global economic development.

Abstract

There are many factors that become obstacles for zakat institutions in their development, one of these factors is the lack of public understanding of the concept of zakat, the evaluation of strategies that are not optimal and the effectiveness of the program, so that communication strategies and educational programs are needed which will generate knowledge related to the institution to increase community participation. This research is an explanatory quantitative study that aims to analyze the factors that influence how community participation in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Makassar City, using a population of people who have lived and had direct contact with LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Makassar City, with a sample size of 96 respondents. The data used was obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy partially has no significant effect on community participation with a significant value of 0.258> 0.05 and the education program has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.000 <0.05 on community participation. This shows the importance of improving educational programs to increase public understanding of the concept of zakat and the activities of zakat institutions, this can be a reference for other zakat institutions in increasing community participation and the effectiveness of the programs carried out.

Abstract

This qualitative case study investigates the intricate interplay of digital media initiatives undertaken by government and non-governmental entities in Indonesia to promote religious tolerance. Indonesia's diverse religious landscape provides a captivating backdrop for this research. Government bodies have harnessed digital media to bolster transparency, accountability, and interfaith dialogue, while non-governmental organizations (NGOs) assume roles as advocates, watchdogs, and proponents of religious diversity awareness. The study critically assesses the effectiveness of these initiatives and their influence on spiritual perceptions and interfaith interactions. It underscores the pivotal role of the Indonesian context in shaping these endeavors, offering insights that extend not only to Indonesia but also to the broader global context, emphasizing the importance of fostering religious tolerance in our interconnected world.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) in the hospitality industry is a key element to achieving success and providing quality service to guests. HR management covers various aspects, including career planning, development, training, compensation, and performance appraisal. This research uses a qualitative approach in a descriptive research type to understand the important role of HR in the hospitality industry. Career planning and employee development help motivate and maintain employee morale, while ensuring placements that match their competencies and goals. Fair and sustainable compensation is an important factor in maintaining employee satisfaction and motivating them to perform. Performance appraisals help identify employees' strengths and weaknesses and provide the necessary feedback for improvement. In the competitive hospitality industry, effective HR management is the key to success in delivering superior service and achieving long-term business goals. This research provides insight into the importance of HR management in the hospitality industry in the digital era.

Abstract

PT Sugar Group Companies requires an information system that affects raw material inventory control. In this research, the Exponential Smoothing method is implemented to estimate the amount of raw materials needed in the future. This method is useful for companies to carefully calculate the amount of raw materials needed, this can reduce the budget and increase operational capabilities. The results of the study state that the Exponential Smoothing method can be used effectively in raw material inventory control information systems, both in industries that have high differences in demand for raw materials. Therefore, this system can facilitate PT Sugar Group Companies in optimizing the use of resources and developing service quality.
